I'm confused... If you're the first owner and they're the third owner... How did they buy it from you? (what happened to the second owner?) I thought my kids' home work was bad enough! I think my braincells are dying from incarceration. 😄 On another note and NOT directed at any single individual... The word NEW should be banned in all used sales, unless it's used in a sentence like this: "this item is not new"...4 points -

@Adele never mind all this who sold who and how many owners its had I can sell you a NOT NEW Enter/return key for your computer to make your rants easier to read. Hell if your going to stick around I will send it to you for free, just cover the £18.99 P&P and an extra £20 for paypal fees and its yours! Note, I cannot guarantee it will fit any existing keyboard. But yeah, we are missing the middle man here, whats going on?? And honestly Im not so against the word New in a post as some of you are, as long as the price is under retail to make buying from an individual worth it vs a retailer. I am sure we have all bought something, never used it and wanted to sell for as close to retail as possible. I cant really blame people for that. Although it is all about open honest communication. "As new unused" is better then some descriptions I have seen. A lot of the toy chucking which has happened in here could have been sorted with better descriptions. Its all about asking the right questions as a buyer, and being as honest as possible as a seller, unfortunately (not pointing fingers) not everyone is as honest and upfront as we would like3 points -
Being furloughed, and the lockdown stopping play thought I'd tick off something I've wanted to do for ages. Painted the MK18, and even the MK46! I'm now the proud owner of two very salty looking RIF's wanting to create a worn 'in country look' Painting a RIF is of course very subjective, but I hope you all like. This was the first time I've ever sprayed one of my collection, and it was a lot of fun!3 points

Boredom struck so decided to test fit my black loadout for indoor/CQB and urban games. Tired of running around the same bloody forest every game. Just missing some Umbrella patches now and some elbow/knee pads Hera Arms CQR with 4-14x50 scope. Currently mid-mod into a DMR Cybergun Desert Eagle. Three dual pouches on the chest that take two M4 style or my clamp paired MP5 mags comfortably on the carrier. Small viper pack for misc items/bladder on back. Two pistol mag holders, dump pouch and grenade pouch on the belt. Deagle holster on the right thigh.2 points -

Adele , Carlos, Mad-dog - all the same person , due to the seller using different names I hadn’t realised it was all the same person , how could I? 🤷🏻♂️ Anyway, he’s made his thought known via private messages, even invited me to drive 4 hours to his house so as he can show me his physical prowess. I havent accepted the invite, I dont like council estates 😂2 points -

Double Eagle M904g – Aka the Original Q Honey Badger
Tackle reacted to Speedbird_666 for a topic
mightyjebus - thanks for the pics. Warranty? Sending a cheapo gun back to Poland? Yeh, that's not happening for me - I can fix and tune most guns to a reasonable standard now so I'm happy to split open a gearbox. But I do understand where you are coming from. I just opened up my son's new/unskirmished Specna Edge - I'm glad I did as it was a complete sh**show on the inside. Now fixed and running nicely switching out a couple of parts and a bit of elbow grease (I won't bore you with the details) - I wouldn't of trusted the retailer to have properly 'fixed' it under warranty. I think my concern about the DE M904G is not really the mechanics, because they are easily changed/sorted, but rather that Falcon fire control unit. I desperately want it to be good, because DE potentially has a game-changer on their hands with this gun. It's just that it's unproven and in the current lock-down climate it's reliability cannot be established. But if that Falcon unit proves itself decently reliable - DE has just kicked the likes of G&G squarely in the teeth - I mean who would want an over-priced Combat Machine (up to £200 these days), when they could buy something like this? I'm excited, but remain a bit skeptical.1 point -

Sorry for hijacking this thread with my photobombs but I got my Madbull RIS II FSP rail cerakoted and picked it up today, looks absolutely stunning if I say so myself! It's for my 2nd MWS build, Block II FSP replica. Unfortunately I still do not have my FDE stock yet, last part I am missing for the build. Anyways, here are some pictures of my rail getting Cerakoted, was a black rail to start with but forgot to take pictures of it1 point

here's a couple of pictures. You can easily get a 11.1v 1200Mah LIPO inside. I've made it long enough that the stock locks into position and adds a bit more support to the extension. I'll put the extension up on thingiverse once I do a bit more tidying up of the model.1 point -

Whoops lol. Yea thats one reason, a second reason is there is an optional rail piece that can be fitted - you wouldnt want that behind your hand, and third most people would find it easier to press the button with their thumb over a finger, especially if some grit or anything got inside and stiffened it up a bit. But go ahead and put it whichever way works best for you, this is airsoft after all. Youre just giving me more fuel for my backwards GripPod joke is all 😉1 point -

I haven't opened the gearbox yet. The main reason is it works very well and I want to run it in anger before opening the gearbox up. I've seen nothing on the build quality so far to indicate that the gearbox will be rubbish. I'm inclined to think it might actually be good inside.1 point -

Tackle posted the link to this thread on the Z1 forums. I'm so tempted to order one, I even have it in my TaiwanGun basket ready to pay. mightyjebus - have you had chance to open up the gearbox? I've seen the pictures, and it looks decent. But the marketing pictures of Specna Orion gearboxes also look decent too, but in reality they are rubbish (at least in the case of my son's Edge). But £116 shipped. Damn, that's cheap.1 point -
My chrono from firesupport arrived today! So I got that set up while the kids had a nap. 1) 298.8 2) 298.7 3) 300 4) 297.3 5) 297.2 6) 299.4 7) 299.2 8. 297.6 9) 299 10) 296.6 So an average of 298.5 Pretty happy with both the gun and the chrono. Atleast I know I've got something decent to build on, which is the reason I went with TM in the first place. That's the chrono I bought, got decent reviews and at £55 it seemed worth a punt!1 point

I hope everyone is keeping safe and well during this unusual time. For keyworkers like me, keep on there's light at the end of the tunnel. I haven't been able to play for a number of years due to early stages of heart failure but this has certainly made me think and I'll be getting back playing once we're back to normality :o). Keep safe everyone.1 point

Lol First of all, you seem to have forgotten to put up your abusive response to me also....... How can I have sold it to you new? I am not a retailer , I bought it from Evike and sold it to you as never out of the house , not as not fitted nor removed from packaging. In as new condition, and selling new are two totally different things You do appear to have now taken on board my more than polite hoisting (privately) that the item isn’t new after it leaves the shop and changed your listing to used, well done Anyway, crack on with it , here we go........... I’m glad I invited you along 😉1 point -

So I tested the AEG today using various weighted BB's and the results are: 0.2g upto and including 0.28g no problem with hop or overhop 0.3g upwards don't hop. I'll probably run 0.28g BB's until I get around to S hopping the inner barrel. If you buy 1 and want to run heavier BB's then you will need to look at another hop rubber/bucking/hop unit to run the heavier BB's. I also tried to measure the inner barrel as I'm curious to see what the inner diameter is however I ran into a couple of snags. The first being the flash hider. The grub screw that holds it on and the flash hider actually have thread lock on them. I wasn't expecting this for such a cheap AEG and is something normally seen on high end AEG's. I had to end up press fitting a star drive bit into the grub screw to get it out and used set of pipe pliers to get the flash hider off. This sounds like a negative but its not. It just means the build quality coming from DE is pretty high. You can see on the picture below the red residue of the threadlock on the inside of the flash hider. Once I got the flash hider off I used my calipers to measure the inside of the inner barrel and got a weird reading of 7.4mm as I pushed the calipers in further it got smaller 6.4 until I couldn't fit the calipers in any further. It turns out the inner barrel has a taper for the last 15mm of the inner barrel. Again this came as a surprise on such a low cost AEG. I haven't stripped the gearbox yet but I did find this good photo on Taiwangun showing the internals. I've pretty much set on this layout for now (apart from a 3D printed battery entender which is printing as I type this). If anyone is interested it's now £104 on Taiwangun and this is a mental price for such a good little AEG. I'm tempted to go buy one of the longer models as I think this whole series from DE could be very good value for money. *EDITED as I don't know which way a red dot goes on a rifle1 point -
