You can fecking scoff but I did have a guy turn up with a snapped cucumber stuck up his bum , he said and I quote “ he was a naturist who was picking tomatoes in his greenhouse with no clothes on , when he lost his balance fell back and sat on the cucumber” and after a bit of digging and pulling the Doc who removed said cucumber from said rectum thrusts it in to the air like King Arthur drawing Excalibur from the stone and exclaims in a very thick Aussie accent “oy mate how long you been growing your cucumbers it Tesco rappers !” 🤦♂️ Shortly after this the bloke and his ‘friend’ scuttled off . As they where passing through the waiting are the Doc sticks his head through the doors and shouts At the top of his Aussie voice “mate ! You left your cucumber behind !” 🤣🤣🤣5 points

Ok, further update. An owner of one of these helmets (bought from the IPSAR Twat) did a 1m shooting test with a full-auto 350FPS AEG. He posted the video in the Dorset Airsoft Community group - but here's the important bit - the lens failed. A hole in the middle, and the edge chip/cracked away. Thank fuck I flagged this up in the first place. Imagine what a 500fps Sniper shot at close range could do.5 points -
The real question should be @Cr0-Magnon is “By how much is @PopRocket123 punching above his weight? A) A little, B) By a preverbal fuck ton, or C) So much he would knock the fuck out of Wilder/Fury/Joshua at the same time ??4 points

You have to make your own decision on which gnu to get. You could have 100 people firing different names and specs at you, great if it's the same name but it won't be and then your head will be in such a spin that you will think you're a hoovermatic spin dryer! First off find a gat in your price range that you like the looks of which is no different to choosing a girlfriend/boyfriend/wife/husband. We gotta look at them so they just as well be worth looking at. If after a few goes you decide its perfect then happy days. Good choice. If however it doesnt do what you want then swap it in for something else. I'm on my third wife now,I mean gun😉 But whatever you do keep your finger out of the internals! It will end in tears.🤭 A bit of lubrication now and then however will keep things sweet. Lol. But joking apart the decision is yours.Take your time, research and don't impulse buy👍 Regards2 points

I think his attempt to dox @PopRocket123is quite honestly disgusting. I know that you aren’t too bothered by it but if some twat where to put pictures of my partner and kids on fb for so imaginary vendetta when I had called out their BS that person would be getting a visit. This guy in isn’t an arsehole, c**t or dick because they are all useful. Maybe he should test his helmet whilst he is wearing it then @Druid799 can send us the pictures so we can all laugh and award him the Darwin trophy of the month. Absolutely no time for idiots like him, gives us all a bad name so well done to everyone who has named and shamed this clowns terrible product.2 points -

Which facial hair did you settle on in the end? I was half-tempted by those WARQ helmets but generally speaking never been too keen on helmets. I just don't see it with this one. IMO it doesn't even look like something which would be used in a military application, so the "Operator" appeal isn't even there.2 points -
You been in a coma for the past 20yrs ?😳 😂😂 Unfortunately mate I can more than unhappily tell you from personal experience of dealing with the walking abortions that troop in and out of my A&E Dept everyday with the most bone headed injuries you could possibly imagine I’d say there’s more than enough totally oblivious to the blatantly obvious fact ‘what a piece of shit helmet this helmet is’ airheads wandering around out there who will be standing there waving a fist full of beer tokens screaming “take my money now !” .🤦♂️2 points

And ad agency I used to work for had a Maxim in the boardroom. Legend has it it was used on the Russian front. I spend a lot of my spare time behind the sewing machine, either modifying things to fit my hobbit size frame or updating designs to a more modern/useful cut etc. The plate carrier was built from scratch using 500D PECOC Hybrid pattern fabric. Based on the Viper VX buckle up plate carrier. (The buckles and cummerbund are Viper - using their buckles allows me to add on any Viper mini rig) I've built two of these now, one in this PECOC pattern and one in BATUS/Opfor Blue DPM. I'm working on a third in good old fashioned Queens plaid DPM 1000D fabric. The DNG parka was inspired by Hannleitassa's "Krus cut" parkas on Instagram. Cropped to waist length, added a zipper, removed elastic cuffs and added velcro adjustments. Added "raid mod" pockets to shoulders, added actual pockets where the pocket flaps where. I'm going to start a second one soon that will be a pull over like the 0241 TOP. I'm also having some fabric printed in DNG but an Arid colour wayto build one from scratch. The "Micro fight" clone is copied from a Viper VX mini rig, Again, using Viper buckles so it's cross compatible. From the previews the colour on these looks mental. I'm not sure what colour profile these forums use, but they look completely off to how they should.2 points

THE TM MWS thread
Captain Darling and one other reacted to SSPKali for a topic
Handily I can't post on that group as they have refused to let me join. He doesn't say *what* is jamming? The bolt? The valve/NPAS? Silver RATech will jam in a TM nozzle and needs sanding to move smoothly. A quick and cheap option for him to try is to glue a 0.1mm gear box shim to the back of the TM valve. That will close the gap the gas flows through a tad and will drop the FPS. A bit trial and error but worth a shot!2 points -
Got my MACV SOG (ish) loadout sorted. (I know webbing isn't right but close enough for me 😉) And a choice of weapons 😄 Yes, the XM177 look is spoiled by the A2 upper but I'd rather have the lovely recoil of the Lonex BAW than the correct details 😁2 points

yeah i've seen co2 at "1200", although that was on one of those relatively cheap shell filler setups so probably not the most accurate gauge, and on a very warm day. still no-joke levels of pressure to be trusting to something made by an unknown brand.1 point -

Welcome Harvem, Anything mass produced in the East can have QC issues. My SpecnaArms SA-E03 is amazing so I got lucky I guess. Sounds like you have a preference for the CYMA looks so go for that one. CYMA are one of the best budget makers so you should be fine. If it does have a problem then contact the shop for a replacement. First thing to do when you get a new gat is to clean the barrel. Often overlooked but there is almost always a load of crap in there from the factory.1 point

I agree. I'm an idiot but a measured idiot.🤪 We all want to make a buck but not at the expense of a person's health. I can't believe that this chap deliberately set out to create a product that was unsafe. I think that he had an idea, set to work and was pleased with his creation(bit like a certain German and his new baby😉)but paid no attention to its build quality. Then when the comments started to come in he realised but it was too late and he can't accept that he has fucked up. ☹ Regards1 point -

Tommikka reacted to Speedbird_666 for a topic
Most early Paintball HPA regulators were adjustable. Huge, heavy, stupidly expensive, but adjustable outputs. Air America Armageddon, Smart Parts MaxFlow, WDP Angel Air (towards the end of the adjustable era) are a few that spring to mind. Preset screw-in regulators became popular from around 2002-ish onwards when people realised that well over a pound could be shaved off the overall setup weight. I played for a team that was 'sponsored' (Read: discounted) with Air America products. Wasn't a huge fan myself.1 point -

More food for thought than anything else, but on a more serious note I just think a broader consideration of what you’d consider ‘needing in a hurry’ might be worth having. So much of the, being blunt, what I’d call unnecessary junk that you’d have down as wanting to carry on a rig would at best be in a backpack/rucksack for me. In no way trying to say there is a right way of doing things, if there was I imagine all of the answers here would have been identical (budget permitting). It’s just kinda clicked for me that you ultimately want to carry a whole load of stuff, conveniently, comfortably, in a balanced capacity all on a chest rig with no direct counter ballast. Something like the Thing 2 from Spiritus would do a much better job of spreading/supporting that much weight but I ultimately think you’d wind up in at a not entirely different experience to the TMR after a few hours (at least without a better harness, i.e. the AirLite one but we’re in silly money territory at this point). I’m open to being wrong, it’s been a long time since I felt the need to carry all but the kitchen sink with me. Just my thoughts having considered what it is you’re seemingly looking for. Especially in the longer games you have more than enough time to whip a backpack off and scoop out what you need, the only stuff you need immediate access to would be the same shite you’d want on what I’d call a ‘regular skirmish day’ i.e. your ‘combat stuff’ and hydration (mags, speedloader, maybe additional ammo on top of the speedloader contents, water, a spare RIF battery, pyro if that’s something you care for).1 point

So my favourite site is closing down and selling the rental gear. Nabbed a combat machine for cheaps. Something to tinker on without me worrying too much about destroying the gat. Plan to slowly upgrade parts to see if i can get it going well and learn teching. Any advice on what parts to go for first. Im guessing the usual barrel and hopup assembly first. Need to find out which CM it is first tho. Collecting sunday. It is the M4 variety, the first and only M4 i have ever owned1 point

Same with my we beretta mags. They fill with no leakage or hissing and spitting. I guess the fill spout is matched to the gas can spout. TM 226 mags on the other hand hiss and spit like a moggy fronting up to a rottweiler 🐈 Regards1 point

Helped a friend mount a glock AEP on a drone once , basically mounted it upside down with the pistol grip cut off , a short length of loading tube epoxy’ed to the feed slot of the barrel and used a fruit shoot bottle cut down as the feed hopper . It was a big ass professional grade drone mind .1 point

Aeg for Rc Airplane?
two_zero reacted to AK47frizzle for a topic
AEP gearbox? Gearboxes are bloody heavy so you'd prolly need a plastic one tbh. The best option is probably getting someone to design in CAD and 3D printing a custom frame and feeding system to the plane (hint hint, maybe pay me? :)))))))) Then again, that kind of thing might get you potentially arrested AHAHA1 point -
To be honest it's a question of trying it and see what happens. I have a 3.5 which marries up to the CQBR barrel length. If I use the 4.5 or 5.0 the question is will the valve let through more gas at it's minimum setting than say a 3.5 will? Buy one and let us know.. It's all a learning curve for everyone1 point
