    What have you made?

Nothing too epic just had an idea to avoid loosing mags from pistols . Took the grips off sanded the base edge down a bit then cut a piece of Velcro to fit around the screw raiser back together trim the Velcro to correct size and job done ! 👍

  2. Well. First new kit brought in well over 7/8 years. Set myself up with what I’m going to try to narrow down to be a mid war marine impression. Long way removed from my usual Russian kits but fancied a change and something I’d not done before. Everything is repro for the time being and chances are I’ll just swap a pouch a month or there abouts until at least the webbing is original. Just need to get it dirty & add my own flair to it now

  4. No that's standard, and the ket-chimps are offended by that comment as they have better capabilities regardless of their lack of experience or mental state.

  5. It may be blowing a hoolie out there today, but it hasn't stopped DHL and the local postie! Finally sourced some OG-style Cyma metal mid caps (Tiger111HK taking just over a week from order 🤜) a multicam tropic Spiritus-clone chest rig from Weapon762 (again, just over a week from order), a TMC panel I wanted for the kydex SMG insert, which, sadly is as much use as tits on a fish at retaining GBB MP7 mags (cheapy elastic insert will be procured instead) and a few Bio BBs to test. Still waiting on a couple of Baofeng UV5-Rs, which I do have an Ofcom licence for, before the ham wankers get triggered, and also a lens protector for for an Eotech.

Some sites insist on DMRs being 7.62 . If so I’d suggest an HK G3 .

  11. Did you adjust the hop up at all before firing those shots? If not, do so. The AAP needs a touch of hop to do anything, as when it's off, it's very much off. It's either that or the arm has come loose during shipping, of which I've heard of a few instances happening. Mag doing leaky things is just the joys of warehouses and airsoft QC I guess. I'd be the type to sort it myself (bit of silicone oil in the fill valve and a bit of pressure overnight and a lube of the bolt to help it out), but best to excercise the right to a return/replacement/refund whilst we've still got some consumer protection cutting about 😅

  12. I think it's fairly apparent that this answer is from someone who not English as their first language speaks. Not a criticism, but it's impossible to comply with contractual terms that can't be explained cogently by the people whose job it is to do that. What I'm not going to do is to ask a leading question about airsoft, since I want to avoid an answer of "Very sorry I am to be informing you that all gun soft airs firearm are prohibit most strictly."

  13. Hi all. What a bloody awful day. Thought I'd pop along to an elderly neighbour to see if she needed any shopping. She did so I gave her my list. Well pointless both of us getting blown to fuck.😉 Regards

  14. Nothing wrong with using non-gun parts. I think of it as being resourceful. I have one gun which has a purple calpol syringe tube as part of the hop up - just happens to be the perfect size to feed bbs from an M4 mag. This fix is one that I'm most proud and ashamed of at the same time.

    LCT RPK

    This advert is COMPLETED!

    • For sale
    • As new

Brand new LCT RPK FPS-332 ON .2g Runs nice on a 7.4v Bought this gun on a whim however had a change of heart and now selling to fund another project! It is brand new. Never been fielded simply been out of the box and tested in my room! So does have the uusual AK selector line but that's the only mark on the gun! It was very low FPS when I bought it so I have since then changed out the piston head as well as the spring! Now it is shooting very nicely at 332 as seen. Comes with the one mag as show aswell as the box and paperwork After £340 plus postage and PayPal fees or can be collected if the buyer would prefer! Either from Derby or Lincoln

    Motor wont connect.

So I have this scar-L from cybergun. I pretty much change everything. Zci gears/motor, shs piston/head/cylinder/head nozzle etc Perun AB++ mosfet It happened before but it fixed itself I didnt bother to find out whats the problem . All was working fine until I decided to get a new bucking unit (maxx unit) it doesnt fit so i had to custom fit it. It has feeding issues but I managed to fix it. The hop unit was moving after each fire, I put a lot of orings to stop in moving forward and backward. Semi auto is fine. Then i tried full auto then it stopped. (The mosfet has yellow lights that blinks that says the motor is not connected. It turns green and make a beep sound if everything is in order) I opened the motor and check the connections and they are all fine. But when I close it the yellow lights blink when i connect it to the battery. Or even just pushing it without the cover. Now when I leave it open theres the green light and the beep, the motor works. VID_20220218_170127.mp4 Im completely lost to whats the problem is. It might be the gears inside but i want to avoid disassembling everything if there is an easy fix. Thanks for reading.

  18. In the nicest possible way , bollox they won’t break ! It’s an inevitable fact eventually they will break if only due to the fact there made of plastic and not the ‘proper’ polymer like the real ones(which do crack but very rarely break) .😉

  20. I assume (PB) are already set up to receive stock from European suppliers and deal with paperwork so they could take orders from TG and ship when they have enough to fill a pallet. I would be happy to wait extra time for them to get enough orders in for the bulk delivery but I guess there isn't enough profit as you said.

I went full custom with my SCAR H DMR. I got the base gun for £150 boneyard, and it's getting a e&c quick change gearbox with SHS and zci internals, maxx hop and a BTC chimera. Not decided on what motor I want to put in it yet.

I got mine from BBGUNS4LESS, yes they sell springer's, but they're a sound business (and Patrol Base are either not getting new stock of Double Eagle rifles from the European distributor, Krakman / Taiwan Gun, or their shipment is amazingly slow).

It uses a non standard hop unit and nozzle so you need to be careful replacing those. Other than that it should be fairly straightforward. Not sure a drop in Mosfet will go in without some filing.

  29. Asked a tech who used to work on these. A standard V2 should work as long as there is not too much reinforcement at the front as it's quite a tight fit.

  31. IIRC it's down to licensing of company logos which are trademarked. H&K allows TM to use the logos as their targeted market is Japan, whereas in Europe they gave the licensing to Umarex Personally I don't really care about correct markings as, especially with pistol, they're not going to be seen much

  33. there is. pinching an image from google: the portion of the hammer visible in that picture tends to fracture when converted into finest chinesium, usually the lower half of the "loop" breaks off leaving a stub of the upper portion (which is visible in the adverts picture- you can see the 2 points where it's fractured). the main body of the hammer remains and the pistol can be used entirely normally, it just looks bad and the fractured stub will be sharp.

I have the JG G3 model, it’s quite light making it easy to hump about site all day, works reliably and due to the long barrel length, pretty accurate with good range. I haven’t upgraded mine, which I would like to do when I stop buying other silly stuff. All in its a good value for money rif that gets the looks 😉

  39. I picked up the WE Hi Capa Dragon 7" Type A. An old gun, and definitely not to everyone's liking, but I think it's pretty. There's a lack of decent videos in English for this sidearm, so I put one together. I can't stand unboxing videos where they talk about every little feature, like "It has stippling on the grip". No duh! It's a video mate, we can see it. So this is just a very simple look at the gun.

  41. It's all terribly exciting right now. I now have all the constituent parts for a sleeper FN57. Basically all the FN57 specific upgrades, already got the non threaded non screwing up outer barrel. Now acquired Guarder Gen 2 slide and frame. The upgraded Hammer and recoil springs, specific inner barrel upgrade etc. Nice to get the Strike Warrior back up and running with a grip safety that's not split in half. I am seriously contemplating buying a second FN57, boneyard or otherwise and do a stupid build that won't fit in any holster.

One thing that may help is if you get the m45 mags as they have a fractionally bigger reservoir design. Not much but more is more as they say.

  44. Mmm, it's a constant risk that the first or only person to answer a question might be Billy Bullshiter. I'm a serial replier (hello), but will always try to distinguish between what I've heard and what I've tried. I prefer "I don't know, but have a hug" than giving a Redditard answer just to harvest dopamine. Even within the personal-knowledge category, I'll caveat it out the wazoo with "for the specific examples that I received, when I received them" because of @ak2m4's point that last week's widget made in a batch by Genericorp, distributed in a container by Wholesellers Inc. and grabbed off the shelf by Tactical Customs Ltd may be entirely unrelated to what you'll receive next week.

    Blind Firing.

It was a standard walk on day. Most sites have a rule saying you cant shoot through something smaller then an A4 sheet of paper. Also many sites don't allow people to shoot with guns over their head. The thing is you're bringing up points that really have no bearing on this specific situation and only replying with a bit of "Whataboutery?". Some people say Airsoft is either supposed to be playing it as it's own sport and not following any traditional ideas of how a rifle would be used in real life, OR going full milsim and only playing with low caps. The right thing for me is somewhere around the middle, making play immersive but fun for the majority at the same time. I would hazard a guess that what the guy was doing in my scenario may not be against the rules of some sites, but is not the norm and is certainly going against the spirit of the game. I would like to think most people would agree with me. But I couldn't speak for them.

  46. I have to find myself disagreeing....lol, its user error, if you actually use the locking lugs with the proper technique they don't break. Top one in with a downward motion and rotate clockwise to lock lower lug in place, removal is the reverse of fitting. I've never broken one since learning that technique....broke tons before that.. But always get severely frustrated having carefully packed G36 mags I've sold to be told they were damaged in the post.... err Naw, yer an erse and broke them trying to force them together or apart.

  47. Modified for convenience ? Must be worth more....

  48. Maybe I should brazen it out and say "Customised so the couplers don't get caught up in your webbing like they always do!" I reckon most G36 users do cut them off anyway...

    What have you made?

Finished the stock mod for my ICS CQR 'Orion' Fits battery size H21.5 L115 W34mm https://www.modelsport.co.uk/product/spektrum-2200mah-3s-11.1v-100c-smart-lipo-battery-ic3-443852 What I forgot to take a picture of is that you need to chop about 3 inches off the buffer tube. The stock is still completely stable without it. I had to get my black n' decker out for that.
