How MUCH!!!!!!! $265 = £170!!! so what is it ... Mobius action camera = £50 (ebay, loads of them on there can be had cheaper etc) x7 lense = £10 (i have seen a pack of lenses for less then £10, they are m12x0.5 lenses fit, no idea on magnification etc) RIS mount = £33 shapeways (with delivery) http://www.shapeways.com/product/2XJ243CG6/mobius-camera-picatinny-mount-forward-facing?li=search-results-1&optionId=40642873 total = less then £100 its almost as big a rip off as his "sniper rifle upgrade kits", where are just edgi custom works parts (see the "edgi custom works" on face book) i really do respect the guys youtube video's, he is an amazing sniper, but wow he knows how to charge!2 points -
Except in your example, they've told you what they did, and you know what it is that they got cheaper and added value to. What would you think if they only sold Shredded Iceberg Lettuce and the other was not an option?2 points

Recently I had a good stealthy kill-streak through The Mall and managed to sneak in a shop full of opp players through the entrance they were using. Out the corner of my eye I saw someone facing more in my direction than out the shop doors like the rest so I quickly turned and sprayed some bb's at him as he turned and did the same. Turns out it was one those pillars with a mirror on it and my own reflection. The noise quickly alerted the opp who turned round and gave me a proper peppering as i was standing there thinking 'doh' (if i'd not paused to 'doh' I could have got 1 or 2 first, or ducked away, but I just stood there thinking 'what a wally', which made me more of a wally)2 points -

I have been using a couple of black glasses bags with draw strings. With the lid, screw section and shoulder of a Pepsi bottle cut off and the draw strings tied around. Works great and don't rattle. Cost me £1 each for the bags (amazon) and £1 for a bottle of Pepsi max (because it has a black lid)1 point -
Yeah they look ok imo, general rule with all batteries is never leave them charging unattended for long to make sure they don't suddenly puff up loads, but bet they'll be totally fine. I seem to remember reading somewhere that if a lipo goes bad you're supposed to chuck it in a bucket of salt water..can't remember why though Best bet is probably just to throw it into the garden and let it do its thing, fumes they lot off when burning are toxic as hell so you wouldn't want to be too close hah1 point

you don't have all the internal wiring to watch out for and ensure it ain't pinched or popped out like v2's or the wire passing behind motor to keep low & in place on v2's V3's are much more test firendly - even rewire for mosfet after box is closed up the 2 part trigger is what took me a few attempts to put back together on my first AK but like most things there is a knack you soon suss out1 point -
Got a picture of the batteries? If they're badly swollen they definitely shouldn't be charged again, might be completely fine though. Individual Lipo cells have a max voltage of 4.2v per cell when fully charged, so the 8.4v (2s) is the cutoff for lipo's marked as 7.4v, as they have 2 cells, 11.1v lipo's have 3. Not sure how that particular charger works but if it's lipo compatible it will cut out when finished, trickle charging a lipo could make it go bang. Charging rate should be at about 2amps for the 2000mah and 1.3 amps for the 1300mah. They could potentially be done at a higher rate then this but keeping at that will ensure a longer life.1 point

Petition to get the UK government to relax laws on airsoft
Jedi_Master reacted to Colonel Kurtz for a topic
Unfortunately the law couldn't be tailored to say "well mannered middle class under 18's only", so it doesn't matter how sensible the minority are, if the law was changed you'd have all sorts of estate dwelling hood-rats running around with RIF putting the shits up the general public. Although maybe they'd all buy molle-belts too which might keep their trousers above knee height1 point -

Expecting my belt rig without its harness to work as well on site as it did when I was clearing room to room in my house. It kept falling down every 5 steps, sagging and smacking me in the arse . It ended up taking the trouser button off my BDU's so they kept falling down. So I was totally immobile beyond maybe 10 steps at a time, I was frustrated and sweating so my goggles obviously fogged up and I couldn't see f*ck all through the tiny peephole on the m14 iron sights which was a bit naff because it was the first time I'd used it so I wasn't much use. Just stood there getting shot a lot lol1 point -

Conversely, my best at the Mall went unfilmed. Came up the back stairs that are always lit red (regulars know where I mean) turned left into Salisburys to clear it - no one there. Now I knew my mates were still at the bottom of the stairs. I heard activity in the corridor came back out into the long corridor at the back of the store. 7-8 enemy. I literally walked up to each of them point blank and shot them with my pistol as they all thought I was a friendly. One bloke even shouting 'Will someone shoot this fucker!!" Brilliant.1 point -

Pinned down with nowhere to go. Finally built up enough balls to run out past the 6 foot gap that bbs were flyin through and make it to freedom. Deep breath and away I went. Made it! Put the breaks on, body stopped but feet didn't. Must have tried to stop on the only pile of bbs in sight! Next thing I know am looking the ceiling and beside me is my m4 minus it's stock which is now inserted in my anus.1 point

Things I wish I had known before I started or when I was new: 1. "There's a good reason why some guns are priced at £50 and others are priced over £100." Yeah that Double Eagle G36C didn't buy itself... luckily I also brought a Double Eagle M56B shotgun at the same time. 2. "Just because someone is geared up to the eyes in special forces kit doesn't mean they're actually any good." First game surrounded by blokes in real steel kit - was more than a little intimidated till I realised I was having more fun than they were. 3. "Gloves." Self explanitary really. 4. "Why didn't I find this hobby earlier?!!!" And finally... 5. "Rent guns first and THEN buy them once you have a UKARA number."1 point -

Magnified sights are for snipers and posers. Red dot sights don't always turn themselves off when you put your gun away. Red dot sights will sometimes turn themselves off just before you REALLY need to aim at something. Some people have no sense of fun.1 point

Petition to get the UK government to relax laws on airsoft
DEF reacted to BrightCandle for a topic
Well seeing as how currently I can't even see the contents of the petition I am not going to be signing anything. Other than removing the UKARA requirement what else would airsofters possibly want? To walk the streets with the RIFs in hand? For children to have access to RIFs? About the only thing I think is worth removing is the UKARA requirement from RIF purchases but honestly its a minor inconvience nothing more. You wont find me voting for children to be buying IFs and RIFs, they are dangerous if not treated with appropriate caution and frankly I think that ought to push an amount of adult supervision at all times, in the same way I think any firearm ought to involve an adult when being handled by youngsters. But the contents of the petition isn't clear (just a link to the vote, seriously you got 4 other people to sign it without seeing the wording?) so I'll wait until I can see what it is your asking for.1 point -
