As the title says , now in absolutely no way shape or form is this a pop at the seller , it’s just simply a personal thought on said items for sale , but this has to be one of the most batshit crazy things I have ever seen ! A belt mountable retention holster for an M4 ? It’s insane ! 🤦♂️ and I love it !🤣🤣🤣🤣4 points -
I don't care if it even works, it's a gloriously bold and daft idea and for that alone I love it.3 points

Soaked. Soaked to fuck. Removed my gloves for one game because they were soaked, got both middle and ring finger shot which are now bruised and swollen in a nice purple colour. Goggles fogged up to fuck all day. People left one by one because of the weather. When it ended, walked for 30 min in torrential rain with no cover and sat on the bus for an hour with all my stuff laid out everywhere on the top floor. Still was a decent day though.3 points -

Greetings all! Returning player here from over 12 years ago. Used to frequent the ZeroIn forums under the username Intervention - I've already recognised one or two usernames from there. Apparently, I had an account here also, but must have forgotten about it. So much has changed in the world of airsoft, it's mad. From the return of HPA (They were all but phased out when I first started) to the rise of youtuber wannabes haha Experienced bolty "bush wookie" player, but will dabble in different gameplay styles when I'm bored.. So, cheers and see you in my crosshairs! 🍻2 points

Just got the wiring loom built by Cage/Perun. Micro switches look to have some sort of coating over the switch (the bit that the are pushes down on) so hoping it will live up to the hype of those water submersion videos that Cage posted. It use's an electronic "fuse" so finally that shitty blade fuse in the stock is gone along with basic tone info beeps, low battery and tripped fuse. first impressions seem to be good. Anyone want an photos of any of the insides while I install it? Hight of the pinon against the bevel se t from factory ETC? On the subject of BBs, I have only ever run geoff's bbs, 0.32g Tracer and 0.36g SP. Touch wood never had a miss feed or crushed BB so wary of trying any thing else. This look interesting, a adapter that uses KWA 120 round EPM mags and still has bolt lock https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEeIW41gvg4 Good resource for maintenance and disassembly https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCctYtgnvuGhNogS7wxTE1-A/videos2 points -
Are we still talking about Airsoft here 😂😂😂 I did that once and came back with a new car. It was the same brand and colour as the old one just more power and more shiny. I was hoping her In doors wouldn’t notice. I kinda got that wrong 😂😂😂 . Let’s get back to new guns now. Right? 🙏🏼2 points

Yeah I literally knew this, but some other guys were claiming that silicon oil in their trigger box worked really well so I went with that, but luckily in the end it was just 15 minutes of work to clean it out, apply lt2 grease and problem solved! Definitely keeping silicon oil WELL away from my trigger box.1 point

Looks like the LMGs come with G&G's much maligned ETU. (pic from Evike's review video) Pull out the MOSFET, bin it, and plug in a Perun ETU++ instead. Just need to take the buffer tube off to fit it 'plug and play', no gearbox-opening shenanigans required. Then enjoy all sorts of programming goodness.1 point -
Finally snagged a Tactical Airsoft Fast Frag 60: https://ampedairsoft.com/tactical-airsoft-combat-simulations-fast-frag-60-single/ They're hand-made in small batches so had to wait like 6 months, and snagged the last OD one. It's for holding my Tornado2. Got my Milspectailor belt too: Great quality highly recommend. https://www.milspectailor.com/product-page/gen1-shooter-belt And 3x InvaderGear 40mm pouches for my master mikes:1 point

If it's sold as retail stock and at retail prices but it's not in retail packaging then it warrants a bit more investigation, there's a reason they're in a plain black box and that's certainly being glossed over by the seller.1 point

He's listed RIFT Comms Site 3 who say: So yeah, 500 is fine. Personally I'd go for reliability over out and out power. Given the required shot delay and MED there's no real advantage over a bolt action which would be easier to make reliable at that muzzle velocity.1 point

Welcome! You'll definitely find that some things have changed as you play more and more games. I was literally in your position 2 years ago, hadn't played in many years (I think it was 10 for me) and returning was both great and interesting. As you said, HPA has exploded (heck, even I've converted. Praise HPA!), but I think you'll also be shocked by how far even 1J guns can shoot now when tuned right, thanks to large strides in hop up design, and also how many people use bolties now, though I think this is related to the youtuber wannabes. I remember when I used to play in the mid to late 00s, an AEG shooting to 50m was a huge deal, and there were like... 3 people who used bolties at my site. Now I rock up to game days and there'll be over a dozen easily Hope you enjoy your time back. I know I have, but my wallet hasn't! HPA engines are expensive, I'll have you know!1 point

In my defence I don’t strictly have ownership of the said item as yet. I’ve paid my mate 50% and the remainder will be next pay day. I’ll of course post a pic next month. In the mean time I need to work on my guns to be able to pick the bloody thing up… to say I’m excited is an understatement. 🙈1 point

Tactical Pith Helmet reacted to ak2m4 for a topic
I actually quite like the P90, however every incarnation always had the hi-cap poor feed problem which you had to thump the mag to get it to feed again. Mid-caps are a solution but they are like 2 and half times bigger than a M4 mag, carry 5 or 10 of those around and you look like a right knob, in my case even a bigger knob. Novritsch perhaps should have gone all out and tried to produce a hi-cap mag which worked..1 point -

Huh, I did not know that. All I really knew is that they make what am bestest gnu EVER, the Double Eagle M83 A2. I mean just look at this bad boy, that's nearly 200fps of raw pulsing plastic gearbox power there, a red dot, 10,00,0000 lumen tactical flashlight, 100% grippable grip and a fully suppressed silencer. Most noobs go for the orange, but just between us, blue adds the most Joule creeps.1 point

Good, I'd like to see a lot more of this happening. I mean, I wish it didn't have to, but when it does, site owners should mean everything that they say regarding rules and consequences. We can all make mistakes, and get a bit of red mist on at times. But there are a very small number of excitable spunktrumpets who are incapable of or unwilling to play by the same rules and with the same good humour and restraint as everyone else, and ultimately the only way to deal with them is to make them some other hobby's problem.1 point

What Bio BBs should I be buying?
Lollingsgrad reacted to Ad_ for a topic
I bought some more Geoffs bio BBs, this time in 0.28g. These are 'Super Natural Precision' in white and black and 'Natural Precision' tracer BBs (they don't do tracer versions of the former - I'm not entirely sure what the difference is supposed to be between 'Super Natural Precision' and 'Natural Precision' as it doesn't seem to be stated anywhere; both are supposed to be 5.95 +/- 0.01mm). The packaging for these is just like the 0.25g BBs I bought before - self-seal bags with air holes punched into them near the top (I only bought small bags of the black & tracer version). They all looked fine except for a single tracer BB that had some kind of scuff mark on it. Of these three, only the white ones seem decent enough - about on par with the 0.25g version I tested before. The black and tracer versions seem like they're best avoided. Geoffs 'Super Natural Precision' 0.28g Bio BBs: Weight: All measured 0.28g except for one measuring 0.29g. Like the 0.25g version these seem to lean towards the heavier side. Size range: 5.93 - 5.96mm; 4 measured within the 5.95 +/- 0.01mm tolerance, the rest were 5.93mm minimum Roundness: 1 measured 0mm variation all around, 9 measured with max variation up to 0.01mm, 8 with 0.02mm, 2 with 0.03mm These are pretty similar to the 0.25g version, generally not being within the specified 5.95 +/- 0.01mm range (trending towards the smaller side). They're a little softer than their 0.25g counterparts but more difficult to break apart as they had a tendency to flatten out & I had to twist them apart after initially splitting them. I didn't see any signs of air bubbles. Geoffs 'Super Natural Precision' 0.28g Bio BBs (black): Weight: All measured 0.28g, again seeming to trend more towards the heavier side. Size range: 5.92 - 5.97mm; 15 measured within the 5.95 +/- 0.01mm tolerance. 3 were 5.93mm minimum, 1 was 5.92mm minimum, 1 was 5.96mm minimum (and that one had an upper measurement of 5.97mm) Roundness: 13 measured 0.01mm variation all around, 6 measured with max variation up to 0.02mm, 1 with 0.03mm These have similar consistency to the white BBs but with a larger size range (although this could just be down to the small sample sizes). However they are also much softer and easier to break apart than the white version so it would probably be best not to use these in midcap mags or GBBRs, as their softness will make them prone to getting deformed/flattened or chewed up. In addition to this I found an air bubble in one of the 20 BBs I broke apart. Geoffs 'Natural Precision' 0.28g Bio BBs (tracer): Weight: All measured 0.28g except for one weighing 0.29g. Size range: 5.87 - 5.95mm; None measured within the 5.95 +/- 0.01mm tolerance. 1 was 5.87mm minimum, 3 were 5.88mm minimum, 4 were 5.89mm minimum, 6 were 5.90mm minimum, 5 were 5.91mm minimum, 1 was 5.92mm minimum Roundness: 6 measured 0.02mm variation all around, 7 measured with max variation up to 0.03mm, 4 with 0.04mm, 3 with 0.05mm Surprisingly these are far less consistent than the others, and a fair bit undersized. Despite their smaller size they're still around 0.28g though, even leaning towards the heavier side. These are about as soft as the black ones but a lot more brittle; it didn't take much force to crack them open and they readily split into multiple fragments. I really wouldn't recommend trying to use these in midcap mags or GBBRs (or at all; loading a few into my HK416A5 AEG resulted in some double feeds/misfeeds and pre-shattered rounds exiting the barrel on firing). On the plus side I didn't find any air bubbles in the ones I broke apart.1 point -
