  2. I vote Team Fluffy Unicorn assembles at Snakeeyes' next game and all take turns in asking him for BBs and to hold our guns for us. All. Day. Long.

  4. I would LOVE to P* a pulse rifle, shame the mags are a faff and no easy way to attach an optic. Imagine getting the under barrel launcher to load and shoot the Goblin shells xD

  6. Yep I'd always hold onto someone's gun for them. It's a good excuse to have a good play with it and compare the feel to my own. It also allows me to make innuendo jokes with a complete stranger which is possibly one of my favourite pastimes 😁

  7. I don't understand the situation where anyone would want to hand their gun to anyone else, what better things have you to be doing? And why is a sling not sufficient?

  8. I've done it, a guy with pistols was blatting away, he threw them on the ground & grabbed his other 2 pistols, he just said ok & off he went I was out so said ill meet him at the SZ entrance, I cleared them both, working parts to the rear & waited for him, he came back about 5 minutes later & said cheers buddy What is the problem with some people ?? a soldier will never say Fuck off, I ain't giving you any rounds, oh your bleeding like a pussy so I'll leave it to someone else If we're playing at soldiers with toy guns then start living by the same things they do (simulated obviously) or just Fuck off elsewhere

  10. I even fire it sometimes. If I am forced to hold someone elses gun sometimes the enemy pops up and its their darn gun that is in my hands so I shoot it. I find out a lot of people don't bother to zero their sights!!!

  12. Depends if you know where its been. More to the point what is your concern on holding another mans weapon? Its really only a question you can answer and a bit personal for here. I know its general discussion but somethings are a bit much. I am sure there is some sort of lifestyle forum that could help you more.

  13. So the question for the forum today is whether you should hold a stranger's gun or not when they ask you to? For example: you have just found a nice position overlooking a route used by the opposition team and a stranger on your team asks you to hold their weapon while they faff around (and maybe borrow some of your spare BBs ). Do you say: 1. Yes, of course 2. No, sorry I am busy 3. Where is your sling? 4. Something else Edit: 5. Can I keep it? 6. Am I wearing my fluffy unicorn and Care Bear patches? 7. Go and ask Snakeyes75 or Matto2494!

  15. They do look like cracking guns, if I was to get a Real Sword that would be my choice as their AK lines aren't quite what I am looking for in an AK. I think one of the regulars had one for sale a while back and I was very tempted by it.

Nope it's a custom one I got machined, 4-5" if memory serves, The guys charges about £35 to cut and rethread, then post back. Inner was also machined to size, Tanio Koba barrel which works a treat. Surprising range and accuracy considering it's so short.

  19. I'm a big fan of the MP5 SD models and AKs with metal receivers and nicely varnished wooden furniture always look decent. My Stoner M63/MK23 mod 0 seems to catch a lot of people's eye too as I'm always getting asked about it. I also feel a bit like i'm cheating using it but that's a whole other story lol. The Real Sword type 97s really stand out, think i've seen one ever on the field. Still not sure if I like the look of them or not though.

    which Scope

Nikko Stirling scopes are supposed to be pretty good and fairly cheap too. I would say this would be a good choice http://www.uttings.co.uk/p103149-nikko-stirling-mountmaster-3-9x40-ao-rifle-scope/#.VeCPyPZViko . But you would need to get different scope mount rings as the ones supplied are dovetail not 20mm.

  30. I think this forum needs a choose your own adventure series where we get a poll and whichever option gets the most votes wins. If I was to hold a strangers gun I would make sure to wash my hands afterwards.

  32. pre soldered ones for £9 so just over a tenner posted and no soldering iron needed perhaps http://www.ak2m4.co.uk/internal-parts/trigger-switches/zci-trigger-switch-v2-front http://www.ak2m4.co.uk/zci-trigger-switch-v2-rear now depending on where ya battery is fitted - me "thinks" you are looking at maybe front wired perhaps ?? worth getting one, it could be a sticky or tight switch contacts not releasing but for a tenner get one and if needed just replace with better wiring all supplied ready to go £9 - bargain !!!!

  42. A hat works very well to protect from hits to the head. A boonie hat will offer some protection for the ears, helmets don't tend to be as good for this. Also a boonie hat is better for hiding as it breaks up your outline more.
