Contemplating selling mine.... just had some custom 3D printed support brackets made for the awning as the originals snapped. It’s not the 270 deg one, it’s one of the original full length straight ones. We had a BBQ and beers under it last summer at one of the Airsoft games we went too. Was really enjoyable.3 points

Parts of that WOC are reasonably rare though. I don't think you'd ever find a buyer willing to pay that much (or even 20-30% off that asking), but it could be argued that it's worth that much on paper. The mags especially are impossible to find. The problem is that the WOC/WA just doesn't perform like a gun that costs that much. It's a very old design and they look great, but the bolt is very heavy, which is a problem in UK weather for 6 months of the year.2 points

If I remember rightly, it dropped my FPS by about 20-25 over stock!1 point -

So from what I’ve managed to piece together, red will give higher FPS, green gives low. Each of them have 3 settings to dial it up or down. Earlier in this posted, someone listed his results with the red which were useful. I purchased a blue blue and green. The green is in my MTR on the lowest FPS setting and it’s managed to bring it under the equivalent of 350FPS on a 0.36g BB which even the NPAS struggled with! Edit: read from here:1 point -

That's pretty much the reason why I bought it for her. Because it means I can wander round in a Hawaiian shirt with plastic dinosaurs calling myself Wash. 😁1 point -

My new toy just arrived... A Cybergun FAMAS Evo, which I plan to completely gut and upgrade. My first AEG back in the very early 2000s was a TM Famas, so I'm a bit nostalgic when it comes to these. I was toying on getting a TM instead, but the CG model doesn't have the stupid V.1 gearbox parts that the TM does. Instead it uses a combination of V.3 and V.7 parts, making upgrading it much easier. Initial thoughts: It has a lovely feel to it. Much more sturdy, no creaks (unlike the TM I had all those years ago...) and surprisingly weighty for a polymer body. Once the work gets underway, I'll post up an upgrade thread for anyone that's interested.1 point -

It always frustrates me when manufacturers do this. Make it a little hotter than all 350 just to make someone less experienced go "Oh that ones got the bigger number I want that one!" Only to then need to open it up to bring it down to a level that can actually be used, thus voiding the warranty.1 point -
