By my maths (and an attempt to navigate the not particularly easy to follow options on DCA) you're not far of the mark as you are. The total of what you've got listed seems to be £1100 give or take (£975 for the upgraded RIF, £125 for the EPMs). Taking the very broad sweeping general advice of 60-70% you at a range of £660-£770. Marui's tend to hold value well and yours looks to be in superb condition based on the photos. For the whole lot I actually think your price is pretty fair (expensive, but not overpriced) and despite varying opinions upgraded Marui's with Titans are desirable (albeit a big 'buyer beware' due to there being a Titan in there and no warranty from the person that installed it). Only thing I might suggest to make the price a bit less eye watering to those that might be interested would be to split the EPMs out. Sell those for £80-£90, and knock that much off the price for the RIF. Food for thought at the very least, I'm sure opinions will vary but as I said in the first paragraph expensive but not overpriced. Edit: Apologies for this grim reminder as to how much this lot cost in the first place.2 points

For sure, if you like throwing mags around and not being able to do that is a deal breaker then that alone is enough for it to not be a good fit for you. I'm honestly not sure that's something different mags would change, they're heavy twats whatever the weather so once you're introducing gravity to that weight chances are something is breaking. I'm sure you're smart enough to know what could prevent that issue specifically, but it seems like frisbee'ing mags around ranks higher in your personal priority of things you want than the things the MWS does offer that your other platforms don't. I'm not convinced you're likely to find a GBBR/GBBSMG (is that abbreviation a thing?) that'll be able to shift that list of priorities, at least not as a 'primary squeeze' but I hope you get some degree of joy from dabbling 🤷♂️.2 points

Not sure I say it quite ranks as fanboying (though I am genuinely surprised by the lack of fanboying to convince you that the MWS is fine, and that it is you that is the problem). Just think the opening gambit on the GBLS was poorly worded 'have you taken a look at, it might be your cup of tea' would have likely come across better give the experience/lack thereof. But I must say the entire exchange has been thoroughly entertaining and I hope it continues.2 points

The Big Dragon M140s seem like a decent blend of torque and speed: I've got two of them now and am pretty impressed for the price. If it's struggling then I'll go for the M160, it's apparently decent as well (but the M120 is not). That's what I'm planning. It's a smallish site with shortish games and there aren't that many opportunities for lurking and hiding. It's typically more about push-the-objective, and quite a few times I've been standing in the open with my BASR watching BBs land a few yards in front of me (doubtless to rants about "OMFG CHEETAR!" from the shooter). Having just a little bit of extra range to reply with, without having to haul the bolt every time would be ace. Worst case if it doesn't work out I can dial it down a bit and put it back to an AEG again. That, exactly. I'm playing boltie, but half the time I'm ditching it and going full ham with the MP5K. So I'm not really looking for a lurker role, just some variety and hopefully those critical few extra metres against a pinned down AEG target.2 points

Gotta pump those numbers up, while definitely not being suspicious at all, before starting to send PM's to folks with wanted ads up claiming your uncle has exactly what they're after... which is also definitely not suspcious at all.2 points

I just saw a site on Facebook having recruitment days for marshals. Full training, "level 3 first aid training", and earn £70 a day plus possible performance related bonuses. It was very tempting to reply with: "Do you want to earn less than a living wage with no guaranteed hours, no job security, no benefits or holidays, all in return for wishing you'd rather be playing while getting earfuls of abuse and moaning off of angry punters for things that other people did?" God bless marshals though, I can't imagine how anyone can stand us. I mean, it.2 points -

From my limited experience they feel like they're from the same factory as WE but didn't pass their already quite liberal "quality control". I don't see the point of getting one of these now that AAP-01 exists unless you REALLY want just throwaway Glock look-alike and not actual functional workhorse. Yeah they work, they shoot BBs, they will be just fine in CQB environment. Cheap and cheerful but quality and performance-wise there are just better products out there. I always recommended CZP-09 as first pistol for someone that was thinking about getting their first gas sidearm. Why jump down TM upgrade rabbit hole or WE shit hole when you can have quality product working out of the box for 90 pounds that's compatible with both green gas and CO2? Even if it's a dead end with proprietary mags that don't find anything else it's just amazing pistol for the price. I've since jumped on AAP-01 bandwagon because it's amazing and it can be ANYTHING you want it to be and takes in the cheapest GBB mags on the market (Raven/Viral 50rd mags are like what 30 quid?). Wanna sidearm? Take one out of the box and off you go, doesn't need anything done to it. Wanna run it primary? Go fun mode, attach the stock, rails, maybe a foregrip, slap a long stick - there you go, you've just got yourself MP9 or MP5K PDW except you don't need to trade away your kidney for a bunch of big mags. It hops 0.40 out of the box - if you really want it you can slap scope on it and snipe because it's laser accurate. Oh you like your AAP so much that you want invest more into it? There is a metric fuckton of official upgrade parts. I just don't see downsides.2 points

*Ahem* So, hi guys, and hello airsoft world: it is a comeback because I had left. Apologies for not answering the messages in my inbox from last year: when it all went wong and sites shuttered for the 2nd time (3rd? I lost count), I logged out and haven't been back since then. I couldn't bear to talk about airsoft without playing it, and it was certainly healthier for my bank balance to not keep buying stuff that I couldn't use. But woo and also hoo, we're back, baby, indoors and out, and it's even better after a break. Sadly the excellent local indoor site, the Depot, died the real death and has never come back, but we're got a decent new outdoor site near Glasgow at Area66, so it's all good. OK, I did make a few tech purchases. My plucky plastic Galaxy MP5K with an M100 spring, mosfet, Big Dragon M140 and the air seal spot on is now shooting at 1.04J / 335fps on a 110mm barrel, and snappier than a snapping turtle playing snap while drinking Snapple. I've even just made my first purchase of a toy over £100. Sure, I felt a bit dirty, but I have stuck to my policy of perversity and having previously bought a long M4 to hacksaw it down, I've now bought a short one (Specna Arms Edge Colt 933) in order to barrel-extend and DMR it. Quick change gearbox, yes please. I've even (looks around guiltily) sprung for surplus DPM for a full impression kit of "generic airsofter on a budget". I'll catch up now and see how lockdown-and-release has been treating everyone.1 point

Bit late to the party, fully aware of the uselessness of this thread. The AAP out of the box is one of the better handguns available if TM is too expensive, I personally wouldn't touch anything that boasts being metal on the box, most of the times the "realistic" lump of metal is what makes the gun run like shit on anything that's not HPA at 500 psi or 4.0 gas. With that being said, the AAP can easily turn from cheap and cheerful handgun to a proper bottomless money pit, just like Hi Capas. I'd stand clear of 1911s, single stack magazines aren't known for having great efficiency.1 point

it's not as bad as the "semi auto" one that was out a while back. cant remember who did it but that thing was just hosing down every corner with a shower of bb's. and yet people would lose their shit if you rocked up with an hpa running 3 round burst.....1 point -
Upgrade/Spare parts are extremely scarce where I'm located. NPAS are nowhere to be seen, except for one store where it has been out of stock for a century. that's why I'm wondering if it would cycle properly on Blue gas.1 point

This package is available new from HK for £120+VAT+shipping so perhaps start at £120 and be open to offers. The KWA/KSC is kind of a dead platform with the proliferation of TM and WE Glocks so that whilst semi rare, I don't see much of a market for it. Though every now and again someone does post looking for KSC Glock mags. Maybe worth searching the wanted ads looking for those people.1 point

Hopefully this isn't within the realms of being an impatient prick (if it is... then sorry, not sorry), just wanted to do a bump of sorts of a thread I've got in the appraisals section... a section I myself rarely look at unless I have a post in there. It's for a KSC G23f with some extra mags, if you have any thoughts on a reasonable/fair price please let me know because I'm clueless. Plenty of photos in the thread which I'll link here.1 point

Don't you worry, we managed to figure out you were at the very least still alive via your activity in the Negative YouTube comments 😅. Glad you wound up with some positive news on the site front, I'm looking forward to your incoming 'wat am best gnu under £100 2021 edition?' thread 👀. My spidey sense also says that DPM is about to hit an upswing in terms of gucci appeal (I don't think it's ever truly gone out of fashion, but I can't shake this feeling it's about to become very in fashion). It's long since been replaced by MTP in the 'generic airsofter on a budget' stakes.1 point

Player marshals can be a good thing but finding good ones isn't easy. They can't just be a mate they have to an employee and held to the standard of marshal first. A strict set of rules regarding how to deal with things to prevent people trying to abuse the role and the understanding you are in game to help propel things and keep them fair for others not for yourself is a must.1 point -

sure you got that calculation right? 0.86g at 120m/s is equivalent to an 0.2g going at 816fps? for en166: there's f marking for low velocity, which is 0.86j there's the b marking for medium velocity which is 6.19j there's the a marking for high velocity at 15.5j only the f marking should be of concern, but needless to say the gaps between them are massive, so whilst eyepro that can stop say 4j would be fine for uk fields it'd still only be f marked, of course it's not really worth rolling those dice.1 point -
Got access to a garden ?, I'd take them outside & in a controlled environment do all the things your not supposed to do to lipos, get them wet/expose them to sunlight/feed them after midnight, that sorta thing, get them to combust "safely", they'll only do it once.1 point
