  8. Buying a boltie only puts you at about a 1 on the km scale of cuntery so you're ok yet ! You need to start deliberatly headshotting, shooting from out of bounds, spawn camping , keeping your weapon loaded in the safe zone, screaming at random players about hit taking when your BB was never near them, not taking your hits and posting videos about how you are an airsoft 'celebrity' to make it all the way to 'Full Cumstain' which is level 10 on the km scale of cuntery 😁

  10. thanks man, I've been tested each one before I send out and I think they work so well due to the higher polishing that I paid extra for the factory to do. I want to do some more video's on them but it's always windy or raining so might have to wait till the spring. I've now got 6.01mm on the website, they're about 20% more expensive but seem to offer the same performance. I had to drop ZCI inner barrels, I was getting so many reports of BB residue build up that I wasn't confident with them anymore, plus on a couple of inspections I found some shocking flaws. I've made a video and will upload it in the coming weeks but it's an eye opener.

  13. I've used LC's engineering for lots of engraving . They do the trades ( and machining) on my L119 builds , he also did the British trades on my Hi power. Never have any worry about them going wrong, always just send the parts that need engraving rather than a whole RIF. Biggest issue is his waiting list.

  16. Hey there, I'm looking to sell my kit, haven't played in more than 7 years and I don't have a charger or gas to check these are working, so please bear this in mind. Would probably be happy to be rid of it for a lower price considering this. It was all working when last I played but that was a long while ago now. Appreciate any suggestions on what this may be worth. Thanks in advance! TM M14 SOCOM - electric - leather sling - scope attached / mounting point attached - second scope - silencer attachment - flash hider - original muzzle brake not currently attached as can't find a small enough Allen key - 2x hi cap mags (spring wind) - 1x standard mag - battery - replacement barrell installed, still have the original as well - ramrod - original box included though it's a bit beat up and has been taped to hold closed for storage TM 1911 pistol - gas - barrell replaced with a metal one, original is included too - muzzle break attached, original included - 1x standard mag M9 pistol - unknown make - 1 mag Two tone Glock unknown make - 2 mags - ramrod Guarder glasses / lenses - 1 lens has clouded up so unusable.

  18. To all that bought bipods, are you still using them after a couple of games or have they been retired? I’ve got Krytac Trident SPR with an LPVO , a suppressor and low profile mags, so from the looks a bipod would go with this RIF but I am not sure whether it will be a good addition or just a useless weight addition (to an already heavy gun). I do like going prone but I would say that is only about 30% of the time (and less if it is wet and muddy), Back in the days when going prone I never used to hold the gun (a real G3) up with my left arm but we would rest the gun on something and then provide support with both elbows on the ground and the left hand pushing the stock into the shoulder (the G3 had a real kick). I know you don’t need to do that with airsoft guns but your left arm doesn’t get tired holding up the gun.

  19. Currently have 11 pews fitted with bipods, just for looks really, 5 are snipers, 3 LMG's, 1 Famas & 2 foregrip bipods on L85's, only 1 of them are a pew I use in game tho.

  21. As a motor, the brushless is 1mm shorter, compared to the xt brushed, from the motor front to the pinion end, the motor tower has no play in it. Altho I would suggest this dimension could be adjusted as the shaft was probably a bit longer originally. The motor appears to have strong magnets, and the stepping between them very apparent when you rotate the motor. Motor tabs are strong. I notice the tabs are nearer the motor ends, which caused me no issues but may in different grips at the end. There is room to bend the tabs through 90degrees which is an option you don't see usually. Don't bend the tabs lol. I'm really happy with this motor so thank you xt. This weekend I'll run this and the xt brushed through the ammeter and see what that reveals.

  22. I fitted mine to test and it functions just as the brushed motor does. I have a perun. Motor height was different and it needed to be screwed in further. It fit without issue I think perhaps I'll look at bevel height as I've got motor tower play which I removed on the brushed motor. Or shim the tower to fit the hole in the gearbox casing. I haven't fired any bbs through it yet but it fires normally on 7.4 and 11.1 lipo, a 7.4 lion and a 9.9 life.

  24. I'd guess groups claiming to represent airsoft would post to faceache as that's where they have the biggest audience. Unfortunately though size isn't everything (stop giggling at the back). I'd rather spend time on a smaller forum like this where the quality of information is higher, than the average airsoft group on social media which are full of morons who think they know everything

  26. @Fatboy40 hey mate, I've seen on a few other video's that with certain grips you have trim a little of the motor plate. I completely forgot about this so will add a mention on the description. What battery are you using with the Double Eagle? It's it's 7.2v maybe try a 11.1v If you don't have any joy with it just message me and we'll sort out a return on it. I'm offering all people who are in test this option.

I'm calling this a collectors piece as not only is it stunning and adorned with full Beretta Trademarks, but it's neither been skirmished nor had many rounds through it. It started life as a brand new Gen2 WE M92. Being a Gen2 this has better build quality, working decocker, adjustable hop (with "VSR style bucking) and full-auto capabilities. I then had the trademarks engraved and picked up a lovely set of Altamont "vintage" real wood grips. As per the photo, the original WE grips will come with this, a long with the WE box. Beauty aside, this would make a serviceable sidearm for skirmishing, if you're so inclined. Price includes PayPal fees and tracked postage. Please PM any questions, as I don't get notifications for anything asked on the listing.

  29. Useful if you're gonna be prone for a while and not wanting to give your position away while reloading or hitting your radio etc. Even then, a lot of places I end up prone are too uneven for a bipod to be super useful. Still, I tend to run one for when I have some nice flat ground to lie down on.

    THE TM MWS thread

No no, to expensive and i’m handyman/DIYer (?) so it’s not a big trouble. Some mags arrive with the 2 screws a little bit to loose. We just need to tighten them more (not so much, like quarter turn) and the probleme is solve. I took the opportunity to grease the seals and look how these mags works. Better to do this before a game ^^. Also, maybe in 2 or 3 weeks i will able to show you my final custom. I just need to receive some parts like EMG TTI Aero set and revanchist fire selector to complete my revanchist handguard.

  33. Just for a laugh i put my G3 bipod on my (already ridiculously heavy) AUG. Looked awesome but alas, made it too bulky to hold and actually use. (already ridiculously heavy because of the sound deadening and scope that i was using... ) So off it all came. Might put it on the L96 but tbh not sure.

  34. Yarp, it's play-style dependent. I've tried bipods on a boltie and a DMR, but I don't have the patience to make use of them. If I'm not shooting, I'd rather move. In terms of weight, I'd rather carry more ammo.

  36. In short - yes, I still use bipods. A lot. In long... Yes. I still use bipods, though I have removed them from certain guns and keep them on others (none are sitting idle, all my bipods are on a gun). I found that they were pointless for my VSRs, which are very lightweight rifles so it's no problem for me to hold them up for prolonged periods of time. Worst case I rest them against the ground and then slowly (so I don't get spotted) raise them if I need to shoot something. I don't run a bipod on my faux wood m14, since that's for Vietnam games and Harris bipods don't look the part, and I don't have one on my m14 socom, since that's designed around the idea of a recce rifle, which you want to be as light as possible while still being a longer distance rifle, as it's a rifle you're supposed to be doing recce with, which is a lot of movement over a lot of distance, and carrying unnecessary weight for that is bad; I know these things aren't important to airsoft, but muh immersion! Bipods aren't great for recce builds! However, I still run a bipod on both of my gas bolt actions (KJW m700s, one of which is in an m40a5 stock) as they're heavier anyway and if I'm lying in a spot, which happens a lot, I don't want to have to support the weight of that for long periods of time. I also run a bipod on my HPA m14, SR-25 and my MWS (the one set up as a mk12) for similar reasons. I use them all like sniper rifles and tend to find myself set up lying prone for long periods of time playing this way, since it's a great way to remain undetected. Also, my m249 has a bipod built in and I use that to deploy the gun to rain BBs on a position. It is heavy and will always be heavy, because LMG... Basically, anything I run like a sniper rifle, with the VSR and faux wood m14 as exceptions, I run a bipod on since I find myself going prone a lot and having to hold lines for long periods of time. I don't always deploy it as sometimes I can rest it on something else, like a log, stone or the ground if I'm cresting over the top of an incline. Considering most of the guns I use are already pretty heavy, in part because a lot of them are gas guns, a bipod isn't that much more added weight and is very useful for how I play.

  40. I'm upgrading my old G&G SCAR L. New compression parts (all XT - obvs), new XT 6.00mm barrel, changing the BTC Spectre for an Aster (because it's just easier to program) and the XT brushless motor to replace an old green Rocket high torque one. Breaking the cardinal rules of "only change one thing at a time" but hey, fuck it, living on the edge, right?

    What guns are needed?

We can have fun with the answers (and with arguing over them), but this isn't a serious question. Setting up an airsoft site is a huge undertaking. Even people who've done it successfully before sometimes just give up while starting new sites. As noted, you'll need a large area of unambiguously private land, explicit permission from the landowner, and if you have any sense at all, liability insurance to cover you when someone shoots Little Johnny's eye out (example from real life) and you get blamed for it. That insurance will come with a set of assumptions and conditions about how you run the site. If you're even remotely serious about this, you'll want to play at several sites first, and take careful note of how they do things: boundaries, safe zones and safety checks, chrono, briefings, and marshalling. Rental guns are way, way down the list of priorities. If you're not prepared to interject yourself into a petty altercation between multiple grumpy men hopped up on Red Bull and adrenaline, then it's best to just enjoy playing airsoft at someone else's site.

  42. As an observation, that is quite a restrictive DMR rule at that particular site. Only 1.48j/400FPS AND a 30m MED is fairly punitive, and I'm not sure the extra few meters range that could be achieved with the additional circa .3J would in any way outweigh the disadvantage of a 30m MED. As a comparison, I'm used to playing at a site whose DMR rules are 1.88J (equivalent of 450fps on a 0.2g BB), and has a MED of 25m. The additional power allowable gives you a more meaningful edge over the typical AEG, and the slightly lower MED gives you less occasions when you need to switch to a sidearm, and more of a fighting chance to be within the useful range of your side arm when you do have to switch. Honestly, with the DMR rules at your site as they are, it would seem better to focus on squeezing all possible performance out of the gun whilst remaining below the standard 1.13J limit in my view. edit: to add, i would expect that the measures which you have listed would do a very good job of extracting maximum performance out of the rig, at whatever power level you decide upon, but i will defer to the opinions of others who have better knowledge of this particular platform.

  43. Both my local sites were cancelled the last two game days. Both inaccessible and unsafe due to deadfall. As for bad weather kit, I like to use a tshirt and combats when I can. I do often take a camping shower and a stove and kettle. The drive home in clean gear and the smell of old Old Spice feels like luxury. I'd prefer Hai Karate but its damn hard to find these days.

  46. well, haven't been keeping up here the past few months, so now time for a shotgun blast.. In November i purchased a Fobus holster for my Cybergun FN Five-seveN along with matching adapters so i can have it as a drop leg fitting or mount it to the MOLLE of my plate carrier, as i intend to start running it more regularly as my john wick hi-cappa is getting a bit war-weary. i also bought a new sling and red dot sight, nothing special. no purchases in December January was just restocking consumables and bought some fill valve pins to replace leaking ones on my APS CAM shotgun shells and finally February has seen me buy a G&G gas Lee Enfield No.4 from OnlyAirsoft, which i have only briefly fielded at the Gaol last weekend to get a feel for it around the outside of the buildings lastly, a Krytac Kriss Vector arrived the other day from land warrior airsoft that i had pre-ordered back in November. annoyingly though, Krytac haven't sent out the spare mags for them yet, so i am waiting for them to arrive before i can use it in anger... though i was shocked at how light the mag that came with the gun is considering its a 60 round gas mag.
