  4. well that esculated quickly.... All the mags I have (DE, GM and TM) all work fine however the gas routers on the DE seem stiffer than the GM router. Might try some GM gas routers in the DE mag to try to make them better. Only internal mod is a Flamingo hop rubber in both. I've got a RA Tech NPAS here which I might pair with a longer inner barrel to try to increase accuracy at range but keep the Joules down.

  5. Not sure about Crapples and IOS - but I have an app on my phone, and a different one on my PC that compresses photos from several megabytes to a couple of hundred kilobytes. Maybe have a look at this app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/compress-photos-pictures/id1449007043 The forum only gives you 100mB of storage - and deleting messages won't delete the photos/attachments. Click on your user name on the top right of the page, then select "My Attachments". You get a page with your storage quota and a list of the pictures and files you have uploaded. I am 41% into my quota. You've been around a while, so I would think you have a rather full storage.

  7. I’ve not got a PTS Griffin suppressor, but I have been interested in getting one. All the sights I’ve been looking at say that it’s compatible with the TM A2 flash hider, so as long as it’s the flash hider that came with the gun, you should be fine.

  8. Probably not with the RMR in the middle. It might be possible to add a velcro strip to allow room at the mid point but you'd have to experiment with it. Its probably your best bet

  10. Says 7.62 on it, you probably need 5.56 STANAG size ones . Something like these https://www.amazon.co.uk/Boosteady-Assist-Magazine-Protector,Pack-Protector/dp/B09D825BFX/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3QCH3YFHV03XA&keywords=airsoft+magpul&qid=1697300969&sprefix=airsoft+mag+pull%2Caps%2C103&sr=8-1 https://www.amazon.co.uk/Magpul-5-56-M16-Pull-tabs/dp/B00BUPZIDS/ref=sr_1_3?crid=14SGWY2TTEZRO&keywords=airsoft+mag+pulls&qid=1697301009&sprefix=airsoft+mag+p%2Caps%2C95&sr=8-3

I've mostly never bothered with adjusting airsoft optics tbh. The target is either close enough that I just use instinctive aiming, or it's far enough that an airsoft gun can't print any sort of useful group at said range in order to zero. A very coarse adjustment to get the wide area of spray at 50m+ roughly kinda midde-ish within the actual glass window (optic type dependant) is all I bother with and you can often do that just pre game while making any necessary hop adjustment for the bbs you've got that day. Then once in game you simply put the baddie in the middle of the glass, spray, and pray. When I have zero'd a RIF it was at around 10m, 15 max, as I only have the TM bb catcher that's got a target area roughly 9-10" square. The one time I used it to zero (was shooting a KWA GBB) I had to be very much sub 15m in order to shoot groups that were actually small enough to clearly define a mean point of impact and then be able to make any sort of useful sight adjustment.

    Tell Us a Gag. Please!

A man tells his friend that he has been sleeping around. The friend advises him to go and confess in church. So they go together and the man enters the confession box. Man: Father, I have sinned. Priest: What have you done, my son? Man: I have been sleeping around with married women in your congregation. Priest: Which one my son? Mary Charles? Man: No, father Priest: Patricia Jones? Man: No father Priest: Jeana Lee? Man: No, father Priest: Ok, put 5 pounds in the donation box and I shall pray to God to forgive you. The man comes out, puts five pounds in the box and walks out with his friend. Friend: So what happened? What did you get? Man: Three good leads

  19. Maple Leaf rubbers quite often have rather long feed lips. You could try GENTLY sanding it down to the point that it feeds OK. Can be a bit of a gamble if you take too much off and knacker your airseal. Alternatively you could flat hop or R-Hop with a prommy rubber.

You can swap out the lower for £20 (CTM makes it) and you basically have a Ruger Mark IV https://ruger.com/products/markIV/overview.html

I love it honestly. I was looking at slapping in one of the TNT Studios kits but they appear to be sold out almost everywhere in the standard 143mm length barrel and I don't want to go for a longer barrel as I like how short this is.

I usually like quiet guns, but something about the mp9 and how loud it is tickles me. Last time I used mine, the marshall said that it was weird because it sounded like it should be hot, but it was 0.8J. Plus whenever I flick it to full auto it turns heads 😂

  23. ASG/KWA MP9R. A loud but tiny package. Might have to look into, somehow, making it quiet but as far as i'm aware, the majority of the noise escapes from the ejection port...

Have a look at some of the AATV clips on YouTube for an idea on what to expect on group sizes with different weight BBs. Exactly. It's people not knowing the difference between maximum effective range and maximum range. Also, 70 airsoft metres is usually between 40 and 50 actual metres.
