I looked into both (basically being a massive WAS fanboy) and chose the Condor Gen 2 belt. The main reason being the condor has the flaps (fnarr) you can lift up to attach any droplegs to the actual belt instead of the MOLLE. Reason being that while I don't like the standard drop leg that rides somewhere near a teenagers knee I do prefer a lower riding holster so my chest rig doesn't interfere with my draw (I use a Safariland style holster with a Safariland dropflex adaptor to lower it by about 4" from my belt). I do have a WAS yoke set that works absolutely fine with the Condor belt too so I have the options.3 points

That's not how Google SEO works chap - there could be a multitude of reasons as to why theirs isn't showing up and yours is but none are to do with the originality of the text. I'd wager most of it is the fact that you're using Google's own Blogger service. Are you saying that a shop in America saw your blog and within 24 hours decided to copy/paste it onto their own website? The two seem strikingly similar down to the specific ordering and structure of the paragraphs; many sentences are word-for-word identical. Be honest - we were just starting to like you.3 points -

I work for a university, which means I have access to stupid amounts of plagiarism checkers. I just ran the your post against the article that Jedi Master posted, yours is exactly 51% plagiarism, which when yours is about that much shorter - Completely plagiarised. EDIT: On inspecting headers, guess who's post was last edited first?2 points -

just don't be a dick and shout (call your hit mate) or not take your hits.... try not to do what all noobies do... and sit back behind everyone pointing your gun at the same spot for 30mintues and wonder why you didn't get to shoot anyone. try to stick with people that are regulars and its much more fun, also play the objective. and don't worry about getting hit, it doesn't hurt that bad unless its pointblank. also wear gloves nothing is worse then getting shot on the finger that's a killer2 points -

So I have finally booked myself in for Sunday the 4th of October at Slaughterhouse Airsoft, Hull. As you can imagine, I am excited to get my first taste. Any tips or info would be appreciated, also any "unwritten rules" or general morals of skirmishers would help (Just so I don't stick out as the prick of the game) I shall post on Sunday to let you all know how hooked I am!1 point -
No, IRL the two rifles are completely different calibers too.1 point

It happens... Pros: -Fun -Flexibility & manoeuvrability -Fun -Speed -Fun -Lightweight -Did I mention it's damn FUN!!!! Cons: -Less reliable -Less ammo capability -Shorter range -Less accurate -No optics (with exceptions) -More likely to be heard by opposite team (vs. AEG) -Just a generally a less effective primary As my main goal with airsoft is to have fun.. I really should consider using it more often!1 point

Try to give yourself 2-3seconds to identify players before opening up, look for arm band colour etc, nothing worse than being blasted by friendly fire. Call out enemy positions when you see them. Take your hits, call out dead man walking/crossing when your on route to respawn. Don't tell friendlies where they are once you been shot. Take, your hits. Most importantly have fun! At the end of the day it's grown men playing with toy guns like we did when we were 5 yrs old! N it's fkin great!1 point -

No! I will not have anything derogatory said about Wikipedia, it is a seriously robust scientific repository of information crucial to the smooth operation of every day life. If it were bad, why would 99% of students use it to find material to reference in their dissertations?1 point -

I should have been more specific, pasting the paragraph below into google takes you to the tacitical gentleman website (second listed search and not your blog posted on 30 Sept), so must be original version ??? The Screaming Eagle Badge of the 101st Airborne was created in after the war, in 1921. The eagle head was a representation of the Civil War mascot "Old Abe, of the Wisconsin Infantry Regiment. I am just used to crediting source(s) in essays and reports; the internet is full of plagiarism, and never trust wikipedia.1 point -

It's really straight forward but hard to describe so I just left it at 'modification'. Basically the tongue with the velcro needs to be threaded back under this retaining part at the top of the magazine. Once you do that, it gives the tongue maybe a couple of centimetres more length and that's enough to wrap around the longer 1911 magazines and for them not to come undone. M&P magazine looks like it would fit fine. If you can measure the height of one I'll check for you to be sure.1 point

I use Flyye pop flare pouches for 50rd Glock magazines and then just Warrior pistol mag pouches for the rest. The Warrior ones are good, but you do need to do slight modification to fit single-stack 1911 magazines in them.1 point

I normally carry 4 mags for my pistol, the admin pouches on my rig have pistol mag slots so I'm fairly lucky in terms of carrying them. 4 mags gives the ability to suppress and leg it if needed as you can spare a mag1 point

unfortunately i wont be there on the 4th, work as for tips, like the others have said :- keep your eye pro on at all times when in the game area listen to the briefing your footwear must give ankle support, wear boots take water and a lunch if you think you have been hit, just take it, you will be back in the game in 30secs or less (as long as it takes you to get back to a respawn etc) no firing through gaps smaller then an A4 side of paper (there is lots of cracks etc, and before this rule it did get abit silly/campy) arrive early and see if someone will give you a walk around site, its good to know place names etc They do promote a bang rule, to try and keep point blank firing to a minimum, don't be afraid to use it be aware of pyro kill distances etc but most off all don't be afraid to get stuck in there1 point -

Battle belt advice?
shortman reacted to Jedi_Master for a topic
I recently purchased a battle belt by Warrior Assault Systems (no surprise as I am a fan of their kit) for about £45 for the PLB enhanced belt. Strong construction with plenty of adjustment around the waist and well padded for comfort. There is a decent range of WAS pouches to put on the belt, or other brands with Molle. It has loops for attaching straps/suspenders, etc. I currently have my belt fitted with: a triple M4 mag pouch, slim dump pouch, medium admin pouch, pistol holster, and double pistol mag pouch.1 point -

Welcome..... eeeeeeerrrr....time to get ...slaughtered then! ..well your bank balance once you get in to it more! Wear comfy clothes (does not need to be full blown Camo!) and Boots, i guess should all be on the hire sites website? Face / eye pro is provided so i guess no need to worry there take plenty to drink....just in case Listen to the briefing, they should explain all the safety stuff like no running, mags out of gun, empty gun before entering safe zone etc... Dont worry to much about getting hit, just enjoy it play rules, follow a few around and see what goes on, maybe some members here who are going?. i did that and go told where to shoot. attack etc., then you'll pick bits up and learn the site as well ask a few questions and dnot be shy....people will talk to you...even eventually I guess try not to shoot some one real close, ive heard some members who play have snuck up behind teams and just said dead and tapped them on the back instead of pulling the trigger....again dont worry! just enjoy it, have fun, dont let anything bother you and start saving!1 point -

Genuine B6 charger as said at beginning Well impressed with my clone one and tbh the price HobbyKing do them for you may as well get a gen B6 (I found out what a good price they offer AFTER I bought my snide ones) Charges quick - even at a modest charge setting Them slow cheapo ones I used before will be included on any future gun sales (if I can bare to part with my toys - no they are mine for keeps, always hated getting rid of my stuff but I'm hoarding way way too much) anyway - back on track - Genuine B6 is what you want1 point -

For woodland/outdoor stuff where I'm less likely to be shot at point blank I wear a sisu 2.4 mouthguard (very very low profile, but hard as nails - I've been hit in the teeth with it on and they're all still there!), it's pretty good in that you can talk/drink/breathe properly with it in, still can't whistle though! For CQB/indoor stuff it's lower mesh/full face every time, I took a chance a few months ago with gumshield for CQB and ended up covered in my own blood when about 5 guys opened up on my face from 10-15' away (I was a dead man walking too!). Won't be doing that again.1 point -

used to wear lower face mesh, works well and probably wont steam up. As for gum shields. I've seen people having their lower teeth shot out, as most only wear upper ones, this would not protect them. Also they are meant to take a blow from a fist to the face, not a 6mm at ~1j. Also my close friend always plays with mask, except ONCE when his girlfriend joined in and he lent it to her and played only with goggles. After a long process, lots of pain and money, he now has a fake tooth. He also have quit airsoft as he feels really uncomfortable with it even when masked. Is it really worth the risk? :/ rofl1 point

The truth and nothing else but the truth. I was an Army photographer - I love taking photographs. I attended my first Airsoft game last year (Combat South Charity Event) and offered all the photographs to the organisers for free, to do what ever they wanted with them. A lot of players asked if they could get copies of the photographs so I pointed them to my Facebook page where they can copy them as much as they like, some of the players emailed me to say that the print quality wasn't very good. (web images are only 72 DPI and print images are 300 DPI) so I set up the SmugMug site so they can buy them. I am a professional photographer with overheads, fuel, insurance, web hosting let alone the cost of the gear.1 point -

Chees guys, I'll keep playing with my mesh mask, it's the v2 one or something, with ear pro as well, it's just the nose annoying me a bit but I'll go to b&q and look around, may also be I had it to tight on my head..... I'll try it a bit more before next game, prefer the mask/google pro but good to hear what the alternatives are like.....plus helps other noobs1 point -

Zak Da Mack reacted to Aunty Pasty for a topic
I bought a lower mesh mask after somebody decided to full auto into my face from what seemed like a relatively close range. Aside from the teeth, it can leave marks on the skin and lips which could take awhile to heal up. As said above, they probably need altering/bending to fit your face better. They also vary in shape a bit as well so if you have a big nose, look out for ones with more nose room etc. The trouble with masks is that it's a bit harder to aim if you're trying to rest your cheek on the stock.1 point -

I went out to get the WE G17, but he also brought the 5-7, and I loved it, couldn't resist getting it, it feels right without going over the top, and it also fits into my WAS universal with only a bit of padding, only complaint is the bloody stripping mechanism is chipping my thumb nail. also just paid for a Xcortech 3500 to finally know how hot my guns are without having to do onsite modifications.1 point

Yup 48yrs young, smoker so I fully understand about fitness etc.... First thing forget ya K D bollox I'll gladly let the younger lot go sprinting off all guns ablazing I'll hold base, or try a sneaky road less travelled route to get a few kills before I'm taken out Failing that I'll go for a decoy or diversion mode of play Hopefully my younger or the more professional players will seize the moment to gain ground whilst my hairy ol'ar$e is being shot to bits..... I know I'm never gonna own or dominate but I play for fun or $hits n giggles that is all.... By all means go for a sniper role, but you can have a great time if you don't take it all too serious and try to play above your level and be something you are not. No offense meant, give it a go but by all means try a few different styles of play without the stress if you succeed or not. You could very well make a good sniper but above all don't get too stressed if things don't always work out. Learn your own strengths n weaknesses but above all enjoy being an unfit saddo with you guns Well it works for me1 point -
