  1. Right, I just got an email back from Rebekah Brooks. She said: "we need more to go on if we're finally going to shut airsoft down." I prepared this for her: Airsofters Try to 'Snuff' Out 'Risk to Children' - by Constance Curtaintwitcher Following on from our damning story about the supermarket that sold firearms to schoolchildren for pocket money, we approached the 'airsoft' community, who approve of such activities, to gauge their opinion. Airsoft is a form of paintball, but unlike paintball it's not 'just a laugh.' In this dark world of make-believe grown men lure younger players to hidden 'sites' across the country where they're told to act out various fantasy 'scenarios' in the hope of one day earning the right to buy ever more deadly and realistic looking guns. One lead spokesman for this shockingly large and growing trade spoke to us, but would only be identified by his evil sounding moniker 'Snuff.' We told him about how the industry had been exposed by a concerned insider with a message of hope for change and better regulation and he nonchalantly replied that the message should be "ignored." During a frankly shocking confessional interview he went on to discuss "buggering" and how he had personally been involved with "tennis ball hand grenades." Will these be the latest tools to drag our innocent children from their safe and snug beds and into a world of terrorist training? (See our editorial. The answer is; yes, yes they will. That and immigrants.)

    Airsoft Gun Sound Sim.

Ok so some of you will be aware that im in New Zealand. While here im going to meet with B.L tech. The makers of the airsoft gun sound simulator. For those of you who dony know its this. http://bltech.co.nz/top-secret/ Already had some good questions about it. Just thought it would be easier to have a topic about it to discuss and put forward any questions.

  3. Some of you know how passionate I am about the VCRA, so I was shocked to find these in one of their stores today: I've already prepared this news story for publication in the Daily Mail: Morrisons Super Black Market - by Victorya Ukipy The well known UK supermarket 'Morrisons' has introduced a new line: deadly firearms for children. For just £3 our reporter was able to purchase these two replica firearms. The guns are exact models of the powerful Glock 19mm that is used by police armed response teams and the MP5 assault rifle machine gun that was famously used by Osama bin Laden. Most shockingly of all our reporter was not even asked for a UKARA license to purchase these guns, which is a legal requirement in the UK. Outside he asked one of the Morrisons employees to explain how this was the case, however the employee failed to answer questions such as: 'don't you think there's a risk that kids might fill these with acid and shoot each other? Or that they might fill them with petrol and then fire them into the engines of cars that are only supposed to be filled with diesel?' The employee's comment was simply: "I don't know mate, I just get paid to push the trolleys." Well, as our investigation has shown, that's not all they're pushing. They're also pushing death on our kids. They may also have something to do with the rise in illegal immigration. Our investigation continues.

    Suppressor integrated

no, there is no way with off the shelf parts you can attach a suppressor directly to a delta ring or upper receiver. you could make a very very short barrel and attach it that way, but the answer to your question remains 'no'.

  8. Hi guys, Quite new to the airsoft scene after moving from Paintball, had been playing for about 3 years before so I have a good frame of mind and strategy's and tactics, I think I had made the right move from Paintball to Airsoft, loving the guns and the amount of detail however trying to get used to the internals will take a while to get use to, currently have a d&g dtw, with a red dot sight, however I was supposed to get a flashlight and a laser but I got scammed not the best start to the sport but it won't get me down still have a gun! I have dye i4s for a mask and my kit is a mtp Osprey, with mtp trousers and ubacks. I do live up in Glasgow so if anyone lives near give me a message and we shall get a game! Hopefully if I extend my range for games and such will see some of you up and down the UK! Can't wait to break into the sport and get going!

  13. But if your mum/dad/other responsible adult doesn't have UKARA then they can only buy you an imitation firearm. They can't use your defence of skirmishing (which you can't really get until your 18) so unless they have their own you are not going to be getting a RIF.

  17. That's good to know I guess, I've got a budget of about £200, should I continue to save up or just get a rifle around that price range? I don't want to get anything which is uber expensive and then find out that I've gone off airsoft.

  18. They seem like innocent toys but in secret, Morrisons actually direct them to pyrotechnics; they send children in large quantities to buy the so called "cheap toys" and they give them to the pyrotechnics. The pyrotechnics then fill them with petrol and attach an ongoing fire at the end of the barrel. They are gonna get an army of them of and burn down da citeh.

    Bad day..

That's standard airsoft monkey metal. Decent ABS plastic I reckon is actually stronger than some of the metal receiver that are knocking about.

  21. Really? Your telling me that those pictured toys closely resemble a real gun to a normal person? That's the working definition of a Imitation Firearm. Did you know there are companies that sell "wild fruit" products but they are technically breaking the law because you cannot sell wild fruit, berries or nuts for commercial gain as it's technically theft. If they are commercially grown then it's false advertising. Nothing gets done because 1) The Police/trading standards have better things to do 2) nobody cares

  27. Performance depends on how well you build it really. You can have a full 2000$+ VSR full PDi parts and still have it shoot like shit.

  28. lol? In all seriousness don't post that to the dailymail. Bringing their attention to UKARA and VCRA and our hobby will bring nothing good. Making them look silly with obvious bogus firearm names wont be something any of the general public will get, just imagine them taking that 100% seriously and them being outraged. We might laugh, they will lobby the government in mass with their morale panic and we'll loose our hobby. We'll still be laughing right up until the point RIFs and IFs are completely banned. While we might chuckle about how ridiculous the law is in many ways the general public does not understand our entirely safe and consensual use of imitation firearms and would just prefer the entire thing was banned. Those of us that attend rifle clubs and such know full well that when asked what is behind the gate to say anything but "A rifle club". Its a womens institute, its a gay man speed dating session, even its an abortion clinic! None of those will have protests outside of them in the way a rifle club would if it was found out. Below the radar, always.

  29. I posted a lot of comments on their guns and I know for a fact they all got taken down. They weren't being offensive or even saying JBBG was bad or anything but you mention one bad thing and it's deleted! I'm sad that video has 52k views.

  37. I'm getting a little tired and fed up of seeing various shops coming to advertise on the forum without checking the rules. Please refrain from posting about your all singing and dancing sales, or posting repetitively in hope of gaining more sales. It'll just get deleted so you're wasting time for the both of us. A topic with a link to your website and a description about why players might wish to do business with you is absolutely no problem. Even better if you can come back to the forum and answer any questions that might be posted in your topic. Your own topic full of copy and pasted marketing spiel will get no replies (before it's deleted) and it won't look great on you. As a forum with very little income, we can appreciate times may be tough at the moment, but we have to keep the rules the same for everyone, it is only fair. Apologies for the grumpy message but thanks for reading
