RostokMcSpoons
The Breakaway Coaster doohickies arrived from eBay. With a bit of dremelling I gouged a chunk out of the inside to accommodate the existing zoom lever hump... and I have to say this is an excellent "Extended zoom lever mod" for a mere £6. Popular Post SSPKali
Raid modded my Helikon BDU shirt. Wrist adjuster and chest pocket buttons replaced with velcro. Lower pockets removed and large loop velcro patches added. These were then attached to the upper arms. Also bar tacked over a small rip. Quite a productive afternoon given how bleedin’ hot it was! Popular Post Stevobeavo
decided to make my own gun case. It's not the neatest but it works. Bought a tool box from b&q, hardboard, pick and pluck foam and a few cans of plasti dip. I made it three layers with the bottom one glued to the base of the box. With the pistol layer I can pick the foam out for other attachments if needed and just plasti dip that section again to firm it up. All the layers also have foam under each piece of equipment. Yeah! 😂 Might have to make a mk2 and adjust the height of the crossbar to make it slightly less religious, but more importantly actually lift my pc a couple of inches higher 👍 Tactical Pith Helmet

Popular Post Clanktank
Some gear and shim holders for when the gearbox is in bits. Made from old bearings, brass hook stubs, and some wood offcuts. Popular Post Skullchewer
Got some Shadow Foam from Airsoft Anonymous. For the top layer of the extra large case I bought some velcro straps from Amazon, cut slots for them then glued the whole thing into the lid with a strong foam adhesive. I have a foam layer that sits in the middle when the case is shut. Decided to try something fancy for the other lid. The triskelion came out a bit wonky, but overall I'm very happy. concretesnail, Enid_Puceflange, RostokMcSpoons and 2 others

If I could make a suggestion - extend it all the way back into the butt-pad cavity so it butts up against the flat section at the back. It'll act as a stabiliser to help to reduce flex/wobble. Also gives you more battery/wiring space.

Nick G
A build in progress. Transplanting an AUG hop unit into my S&T M249. I've had feeding issues and low power in it right from day one so decided to try this before I retire and replace it. More work to do yet, but as of today I've got it feeding and the power level is up. I fitted an adjustable nozzle which I'll need to dial in fully yet. Planning to give it a shake down at the next game day to see how it performs. Nick G
BB feed now in place, by opting for a side feed I can use my existing Classic Army box mag, which handily has a quick release for the feed. Sits behind the bullet belt nicely. Tried it today in a mate's orchard and it feeds fine and was hopping .25's with plenty of adjustment stil available. Now it's feeding I'll play with the nozzle and find the longest length that will still feed. At the moment it's set at a conservative length. It's getting there. Enid_Puceflange
Received my free sample of ShadowFoam yesterday Just enough to try out in one of my pistol cases Decent stuff, easy to work with, looks tidier than the pick n pluck foam that I’ve tried before, that seems to easily misshape without much effort RostokMcSpoons and PopRocket123

RostokMcSpoons
Contrast that sterling effort from Mr Chewer with me rocking up at Special Ops with one of those big blue plastic Ikea bags with three or four guns poking out, and a rucksack full of mags 'n' shit ;D Lozart, Skullchewer and Rogerborg
