VFC SR-16 upper re-threaded to proper RS specs. ALG Defense barrel nut installed along with the barrel and gas block/tube, all nice and straight and secure. Just need a new muzzle device to properly cover the inner (since it's slightly longer than the outer) and I can finally finish this build. It's taken ages since there was originally a VFC URX II on there which consist of a primary barrel nut, the rail itself which screws on to the threads that are on the outside of said barrel nut, then another outer-barrel securing nut. All 3 parts were torqued to insane values way beyond what's needed for airsoft and while there is a proprietary tool available to remove the outer barrel nut, there is no tool on the airsoft market for the tiny little primary nut or the actual rail. Took a lot of improvisation to get the damn thing apart so as to switch the forend.

so my new scope arrived (this is a work in progress, TM L96 AWS, Hawke 11235 scope, QD bipod, jack pyke barrel cover, jack pyke stealth tape (i am going to change this as i dont think it will works that well with my ghillie suit))

I've shot many pistols, both upgraded and not. I own many pistols, both upgraded and not. Upgrades on the barrel make no difference beyond you believe the pistol shoots better, so you shoot it better. I have a standard TM barrel and rubber in my race-pistol at the moment and it doesn't shoot any different to the PDI/Nineball setup on my other hop unit. Put it this way - I'm 'not bad' at pistol shooting (ranked 6th in the UK by 1/2 a % (thanks guide rod for breaking on me) to 5th) and I can't shoot the difference. For skirmishing, if you want to get more kills with your pistol and have £50 to spend - buy two spare magzines

You could try the insulation tape trick by wrapping (at an angle) the tape around the barrel, that may take some of the play out of the barrel Pmsl & dont worry, I understood what you were saying snake

Can't see anything wrong with any of your points, other than as a site you would not have a UKARA registration, unless you join UKARA as a site operator / retailer, so would not be able to get any whole RIFs through customs without it. Not sure of the requirements for joining, but no doubt others on here will be able to assist. If not, try giving them a call. As to setting up the company, you would probably be advised to register for VAT, as even if you do not gross enough in the first year to be required to register (about £80K these days I think), you could still voluntarily register, which means you can offset the VAT you pay on imports and anything you buy in the EU against the sales / charges to make in the business. The other problems will be with the various legislation, other than VCRA, that you need to comply with as a business. You would do well to consult a solicitor and accountant before you decide to go ahead and spend any real money on setting this up, just to make sure you are fully aware of all the likely problems you might encounter. Once you are satisfied that you are going ahead with your eyes open then consider setting up a Limited Company as a little bit of protection for your personal assets. You could either buy one "off the shelf" or have one set up specifically tailored to your needs (they tend to cost a bit more) but £500 ought to be enough to get you up and running (I set up companies all the time, but for clients of a firm of solicitors, so cannot help directly). Other than that, good luck with your new venture.

I'm not sure if they changed anything and I have not kept up to date,but they had some pretty bad reliability issues,especially with the drive train. The gears were very poor,got chewed up really easily and the whole gun liked to shake apart internally. They might have remedied the issues with newer ones,again,I have no idea. Can;t guarantee they will give you an edge in combat but they should be an absolute blast to shoot since the recoil is pretty heavy. honestly,the recoil is the main draw of it,performance wise they're just like 90% of stock AEGs. if you want a recoil rifle without reliability issues then the KWA and Marui ones are better bets,but more pricey. If you want a nice reliable rifle G&G are the way to go.

Mid table lol, were in the top 40 most we'll run clubs in the world and have one of the biggest fan bases and the money we would get being in the EPL we'd be winning it in 3-4 years.

I think its a fallacy to say that it would give you an edge in a skirmish. A lot of twaddle is often talked about this. Did they say how the Bolt would give you an edge ? IMHO As long as youve got a half decent rifle and I would say both makes you mention are, its down to you and the weight of the ammo. OK I lie - you need upgrades and more upgrades lol

It seems you do not have a deep enough understanding of the internals of the AS guns. The best is to bring it to an AS mechanic to fix it. You can easily make things worse or buy and try a lot of expensive parts before finding the problem.

Membership is now £30 for everyone - we can't get the pistol sessions anymore still get the PB voucher though! + cheaper playing rates, although those numbers escape me. The arena is generally rated quite highly, the games played aren't like most airsoft games, much faster paced 10-15 mins tops. it's clean, tidy and not dangerous. If you're making the trek down, it's well worth doing a thursday evening, late night store opening about 5 mins from the mill at Patrol Base, so you can do birds with 1 stone (or 2 hour drive, whatever)

I might not show it but everytime someone on my team screams "call your hits" I am wishing the marshals scoop them up and ban them. I was fighting next to one of these tits for a bit on Sunday and after he started calling that I just backed off and found somewhere else to fight the enemy. My tolerance for that sort of behaviour is really wearing thin.
