So after all the messages that have been posted here it is, its not even exciting it's just they could ruin airsoft for us all if they continue. So most of you have heard of BAC and if you go on their website it talks to talks and appears to walk the walk. So I applied to membership and it was accepted but all seemed to be done a little to fast. Which got me thinking that considering that amount of checks they claim to make it was all a lilttle fast so I made her up. BELOW Completely fake not even a real person, submitted an application and sent a completely fake ukara email over to which contained a site that isn't even active nor has anyone played on it for a year or more and hasn't been UKARA for 2 yrs. so NO WAY should a defense been accepted for this person not if all their checks were done as they claim they are but OH SHITE BAG I received this...... ACCEPTED. pay my subscription and membership card will be in the post WOW. what a joke. now some of you may say well what you have done is wrong and out of order but if i can do this being an HONEST AIRSOFT PLAYER then what's stopping a thug from doing this and then being able to buy RIF's for illegal purposes. Now you might also ask why a girl well that's to prove I have NO intension of using this nor am i going to pay for this either. So i put it to everyone. There checks are poor, they validate anyone and take all info you as GOLD AND HONEST but lets face it there's more than a fair share of people out there that simply aren't HONEST. UKARA alternative my ARSE.

To this day.... I've never met a man who brought a TM recoil and then reverted back to a non recoil equivelant. The recoil function is a completely new dimension to your gameplay and once you've tried it you will ALWAYS miss it. Seriously if someone tried to swap me a £1200 systema for my £600 recoil I'd honestly laugh in they're face. I'm not knocking system (they are incredible guns) but I will always feel naked with no recoil. Yes gas gives a harder kick but for me I can't be asked with extremely lo cap expensive mags and the maintenance. It's quite simple... If you can afford a recoil... BUY A RECOIL If your cute... Pimp your own ass to afford one. If your ugly... Pump your mother! Just do what it takes!

1. Wow, BAC are bloomin' idiots to allow this through, although I don't think it'll ruin airsoft but, someone high up should be made aware of this. 2. This hype didn't turn out to be as big as I espected. I thought they were trafficking guns to convicted criminals for money or something along those lines. Did you mention that you were a regular skirmisher or show any proof at all?

zero your sights, learn to hit the broad side of a barn. most airsofters I have encountered struggle with the above two things.

British Airsoft Club, set up as an alternative to UKARA by a retailer which didn't meet the requirements to become a UKARA member so set up their own system and charged people X amount of money to join it; I expect they've raked in a huge amount of cash for doing pretty much shit-all. Now someone's realised that BAC membership means nothing in the real world because almost all of the big retailers refuse to accept it and HMRC probably don't even know what it is.

Hey guys. I did airsoft for the first time a few months back and have decided to buy my own gear and start going regularly. As you've probably already guessed, I don't really know what to look. I'd really like to stick under £200 for the gun with battery and charger if possible. VFC 417s are very hit and miss internally. The TM recoils are great, if you can afford one without suffering do so. You will end up dissapointed if you try one having not bought one. Shouldn't break, I've got a socom m4 that's been fine for over a year, and a scar that's the same (bar a battery connector I accidentally snapped off and can't be bothered to fix), and the 416s have updates over those to be even more reliable. The only question is whether you really want a 417 over 416 or not. If you don't mind hugely go for the TM.

Unless it's along the lines of "just stand in front of me a moment" haha

The cheaper one is always sold out? I can't remember where I got mine, or which version but all I use if for is to set a burst count of 1, 2, 3 or full auto. The rest of the features are just too complicated to remember how to do them

I'm guessing if your photo was a man sitting in a basement wearing Burberry and waving money at the camera the checks would be a bit more *stringent* but oh well. TMs already have steel pinions,and pretty decent ones at that. Standard sintered+machined pinion,just as strong as any old stock pinion. Thing is on TMs is that once you upgrade,you have to upgrade nearly everything and do it very well. Once you replace the zinc sector gear you have to replace the other gears since the steel sector will chew the weaker steel gears up. Then you need to replace the piston since it's ABS and will get wrecked by the steel sector.And you have to do a good job at all that since TM gearboxes have very small margins allowing for error. One cockup and the whole thing grenades itself bit by bit so you have to replace any parts than can be a source of failure and tune everything correctly. That said not all TM parts are bad. Tappet plates are fine,cylinder,cylinder head and nozzle a good quality and seal well,hop up units are well made and Pistol grips give the best motor alignment. ZCI and TM pistol grips are the top choices for 'silent' gearbox build where perfect motor alignment is needed. I've found lots of pistol grips are cast shodilly so the motor alignment is off giving an irremovable screech. TM seem to have improved the quality of the gear sets & pistons on recoil shock guns. The sector is still pot metal and does like to be chewed up under heavy stress but the spur and bevel are partly machined sintered carbon steel which is pretty good,they like to mesh well with other gear sets too. The pistons are much much stronger,and will not fail unless you jam in a very strong spring (m120+ above) or really cock up AOE correction.

I use the condor one without the sewn in pouches... I can fit 6x M4, 2x pistol and an administration pouch without any hassle. Add a belt and I can add 6x smokes, 3x M4, 2x pistol, dump pouch, maxpexition sabre cat. And a 3ltr water pack. I would also say I have plenty more room to add bits...

I agree with lozart. However you have to admit jambwow's videos are annoying and rage inducing. Like when he gets really close to the camera and then gives it a smug look. NO.

The gas block is something that brings the bolt back on a real gun but on airsoft guns it is just for looks really, if you are extending the barrel you wont have to worry about it but considering i dont have one of these guns there could be something extra but all i CAN definitely tell you is that a gas block has no purpose on an airsoft gun.
