I hate to say it, but it was very very serious well before tonight’s announcement. The latest measures were principally a reaction to people failing to take the previous warnings seriously and doing exactly the sort of thing common sense says they shouldn’t do (like going to the beach, or getting together at a skirmish). At the point they closed the schools (always a last resort, because of the knock on effect it has on parents who are in the emergency services etc.) people really should have taken notice. One of the factors in the rapid spread of the disease in Italy was people continued to socialise at restaurants so spread the virus, this is why the govt closed them at the same time they closed the schools.

Anyone else enjoy playing around in photoshop? Been doing a lot of edits lately. Such a massive program, think I could mess on for years and still only scratch the surface. Purchasing a drawing tablet in April to see if I can reignite my love of drawing.

Any bit of software is like trying to master a new strange complex computer game Learning just the basics feels like that ultra hard level you have stuck on for days/weeks It is an amazing feeling when you finally manage to get to grips with it even better when you understand it slightly and start to slowly begin to incorporate your new found skill (even if only on a limited scale) From rendering, to figuring out DTP stuff to Oooohhhhh is that what macros n crap do in xcel etc.... I was after a "real steel" optic and was given this Qwik Point on a random shotgun mount (I'm guessing an Automatic 5?). It's interesting, albeit a bit rubbish. It might look cool on my retro M16 AEG, or I might use it as a spotting scope for my camera

Been dipping a toe into DIY teching, tried spraying for the first time. G&G SOC M14 tiger stripe attempt #1. I'll install the longer barrel group once I get the gearbox sorted out, using the short SOC barrel assembly here to see how the stock looks with everything installed.

Not a misheard issue (sorry), but "Know what I mean?" really rattles my cage. Guy outside my work recently, chatting with his colleague and adding "know I mean?" to the end of every damn sentence - and sometimes even at the start of them. Really had to bite my lip. Almost turned to him and said: "Yes, I think your mate here and everyone else is very fucking clear about what you mean - it's not that complicated!" Honestly, getting old is a terrible thing. My patience is waning, lads 😐
