Not really challenging my opinion that all modern camo is just DPM that someone has spunked on.

Well, I had a delivery from everyone’s Austrian friend. I have to save the new pattern looks very good and no where near as orange in some of the photos. Very well made Plate Carrier and with the hex plate is super lightweight and breathable. It’s about 1/3 of the weight of the Issue Osprey plate carrier I had before. I got the Hydration pack and Bladder as well after crouching in the undergrowth with 2 team members at Gunman Eversley and they all grabbed their tubes and had a drink whilst I was dying of thirst and wishing that my drink back at the Safe Zone was closer!! I was also impressed with the ‘bag of sweets’ inside the box. It contained some Nov stickers (which will never be used), a Pistol Patch and some very useful BB weight stickers that will definitely be used on my plethora of speed loader so I can be sure what I have filled them with. I agree with one post about having to get matching pouches from one place but I am going to use my multiCam ones for now and change as necessary. I am sure some Geardo will complain that I am mixing patterns but oh well… overall very impressed and looking forwards to trying it out in game.

Vera is having her makeup done. I felt that putting Vera on her might be a bit on the nose so I was actually considering putting Blue Sun on it, funnily enough! Far from finished. ockquote widget

I cannot offer any insights or advice, but if you don't make it, dibs on your stuff. Yup, the worst off I've had was locking up the... well, technically "brakes" on a Royal Enfield at lights. The crash bars did a great job of protecting it by landing on my knee, so give me a few years and I might be putting in for another borg implant.

Another vote for a bfg here, but I would say that as I'll take any excuse to use pyros. Do you play cqb or woodland? The impact detonated bangs can be unreliable on softer ground so a timed one may be a better option

Now firstly I am not a fan boi!! But I was in the market for a Plate Carrier. My criteria were - Lightweight (I previously had an issued Osprey Plate Carrier which weighed a ton and made you sweat like buggery) and that I could get a Hydration system to. insaw that every one’s favourite Austrian had released a new camo so I had a look at it and quite liked it. Had a browse of the rest of his site and saw the Plate Carrier which has an open hexagonal plate and mesh panels to let the heat out. It also had a matching Hydration pack available so I pulled the trigger. It turned up today and I am very impressed. It is solidly built and looks fantastic. I love the new Camo, I know some won’t and some may even not like it purely because Novritsch made it. Silly really if it is a good product. lived the little pack that came with it with Stickers and a patch. I agree that I now need to purchase the matching pouches from his site but I don’t mind that. In the meantime I am going to fit my multicam pouches. That will wind the Geardos up. 😂😂😂

Booked on for the 12th of November game at Area 66. Will be my first game since well before the pandemic! Also ordered some prescription inserts for my goggles since I'm old and blind now... Will be interesting to see the difference and if I actually needed glasses sooner or if I was genuinely fogging up.

That’s a shame about the nozzle bud. Was it stock? The only nozzle I’ve managed to break was an ra tech plastic magnetic locking npas. The feeder snapped. Not sure why, but I feel the We nozzles are best.

I have saved a fortune from reusable pyro. I do try to push up but I have used at least 400 shotgun primers and 50-100 9mm blanks, total spend of around £200 for grenades and primers (over 10 years) or I could have spent £1500 on the same amount of bangs on disposable pyro (at £3 a throw) and I still have 2 grenades I could sell. As for go pros, the footage is rarely any good. But if you enjoy editing the videos it could bring you more fun

7 of us, plus another 4 lads we know from the hobby all went to The Farm CQB in Lincoln. A bit of a drive from Derby but well worth it for an Airsoft "treat" every once in a while! Had a really good day, the site is brilliant! We ran riot with out hi capa's then switched to my shotty at the end of the day! Will definitely go back again.....when it's not as wet though!

Cut the Shadowfoam for my MP5K, and my "very favourite gun". All my cases now have Shadowfoam, the MP5K has room for a friend then I'll do something in the lid.

I feel like that's their first mistake; thinking AI500 is anything more than a large skirmish day with ammo limits and basic uniform colour palette rules. It's far removed from any filmsim/battlesim or milsim I've ever been to, for sure!

Bandoliers are great, I've often run them, they make for a good high speed low drag set up, especially if your bodyshape isn't ideal for belt rigs. No idea if this site is legit - https://www.tacticalgeartrade.co.uk/flyye-industries/flyye-1000d-bandoleer-molle-platform-webbing-belt-coyote-brown.html If you can't be sure then the usual sites in the far east have them if you google 'molle bandolier' or 'bandoleer'. Personally I'd recommend a chest rig or PALS belt since there's a reason those are so popular and the bandoliers are far scarcer, but there's options to try.
