I really need to get a 3D printer but I might miss making shit with my hands - those resin printers look sexy tho…… @mightyjebus I might “if” I was you and since you seem to have a 3D printer* I would serious think about encasing those rare earth magnets with a case of some sort cuss when they get a sharp shock they have been known to shatter - think of your eyes buddy *as I don’t currently have one I would use some Sugru just to stop anything coming away. Speedbird_666
Mk III fan mount fully finished, working and mounted, Mk I Goggle strap Battery box done (looks bigger in the picture than it actually is). Battery box needs refinement - I forgot to radius the edges. Mk II will be on the printer later today. Given the big ol' difference between quality ballistic rated goggles and the same goggles but with a fan, I think there's a huge need for simple ready-made kits (or at least the plans/links grouped together online) based on some common and popular goggle types in order for people do to these mods themselves. Ive got some 130rd mid caps for when I can get a Tanuki Works HPA adaptor, until then, changing the mag and line was too much of a pain in the middle of a game to put up with. I’ll need to see if the mechanism in the drum is capable of pushing up 0.43’s or it’s a bit of a pointless endeavour

Alimcd
Ran 400 or so 0.28’s through it this morning. Dialled in the regulator but then found it’s creeping a bit when I go up to 0.43’s so ended up having to set the regulator again… I’m very happy that it feeds the 0.43’s fine and I’m getting a consistent 299-305fps @95ish psi. Only slight issue is it looks a little daft but with 2500rd capacity, zero feeding issues and a consistent output I can live with that! Im going to tidy up the JB Weld once it’s completely cured and then probably go over it with some black paint. HuttArmouries
A now fully functional (but not yet pretty) front loading 12 gram co2 cartridge powered tag launcher with adjustable regulator. A nice casing is in the works. Did have to ditch the idea of a trigger mech and use a button for now but the final version should hopefully have something nicer. sjhirst, TheFull9 and Druid799 2

Supporters SeniorSpaz87 Posted July 20, 2021 Supporters Share Posted July 20, 2021 My old STAR L86 finally started to fail on me, so I wanted to HPA it. Unfortunately the offset nozzle really limited my options, so I printed and modified a shell to fit a Polarstar F2. Popular Post Speedbird_666
A mate needed a thumb-saver reloading thingy for his Hi-Capa mags. 10 minutes in Fusion 360, and 40 minutes on the printer later, it worked out pretty good.
