Shit sales threads which he attempted to justify by claiming selling on behalf of a dead friend, & then abusive when anyone questions it. No place for his lazy shit eating attitude here.3 points -
When you can't give substance to a bogus claim, retaliate with insults. That strategy always works and inspires confidence to buy something from you at an rip-off markup! I welcome being proven wrong but it's awfully convenient he's now come up with a story that he doesn't think he'll be challenged on about his "friend". Classic strategy to prey on people's sympathies and distract them away from challenging the claim because it would be poor etiquette.3 points

@Stokey2785 your adverts are terribly written, very little info that's of use, awful pictures, especially the gun thats covered in ghillie wrap, people need to see, in detail, what their actually contemplating buying. And finally, why have you joined to sell your mates stuff, maybe he needs to sign up & take responsibility for these atrocious sales threads. Sort it out please, before they get deleted due to their misleading nature.3 points -

What have you made?
Cannonfodder and one other reacted to Speedbird_666 for a topic
Finally started a Crye MR-C build. I've been wanting to make one of these ever since GRAW came out on the Xbox 360 - 3D printing (and affordable design software) is now making happen after being on the back-burner for over a decade. It's just a wall-hanger/prop. Maybe one day I'll make a functional Airsoft gun but I'm not too bothered on that front. Still have a good dozen hours of printing, then numerous more hours of sanding, filling and painting. Stitch bitches should note this takes design elements from the two mock-ups I have found in my searches, and Crye's own low-res 3d renderings (they all differ slightly), along with some small creative liberties taken on my part (i.e trigger and ambi fire selector).2 points -

Personally, I'd be more than happy if there was a no pyro rule in indoor CQB sites. A well aimed and timed bit of pyro outdoors takes skill; conversely, to lob a grenade through a doorway in a building and hope for the best does not. Kind of the definition of pay to win in my view. Even in well policed sites, there always seems to be someone who doesn't stick to the rules and uses oversized pyro too. I always look forward to the pyro cut off time when I'm playing evening games at my preferred CQB site, the game play just becomes more even and fun after that.2 points -
Airsoft helped me with weight loss
Jacob Wright reacted to GothicGhost for a topic
,I was around 16 stone few years ago and over the years it been hard to shift the weight, I started running so I when airsoft with my son I could keep up and have fun without dying from exhaustion. So, over this year I have been running more and more, I started out slow from couch to 5K and in June I did my first race for life 10k event its so good getting across the finish line. I can now run the 10k distance without stopping and my current weight dropped to 13.4 stone at age 40 right now. Thanks.1 point -

You could try contacting kyairsoft. The oem of the canik pistol is armorer works and kyairsoft are the official parts retailer for AW and for WE (kind of the same company). But if it's just a pin then a roll pin may be perfect for the job as Tackle says1 point

Gbls das Gdr 15 Skirmish Review
Emergencychimps reacted to Chev Chelios for a topic
Have a good way to carry the hop allen key as the rubber beds in so you don't lose it. Something to load the mags that does not become a ball ache, I recommend the EMG electric speed loader. Grease is not a big issue, I paid huge amounts for aeroshell when honestly white lithium is fine. Use the heaviest BB's you can afford. When done for the day press the thing in the image it removes tension on a spring.1 point -

Tackle reacted to Cannonfodder for a topic
As is clear by my profile picture I like things that go boom, however I do agree that unrestricted use of pyros does make the game get boring fast. However a blanket ban can kill a game just as badly. If nobody wants to move as they know there's several guns pointing at a doorway then games will end up as a stalemate with neither side wanting to move forwards. Fortunately from what I've seen many sites are starting to restrict the number of bangs a player can carry.1 point -

This thread seems to have died, but is there a current or relatively active gbls das resource on another platform? Just purchased one (not got it yet) and looking for what I need to do/get in to ensure it's ready for the first skirmish1 point -

Yeah honesty. Was speaking to a few people at my local airsoft plantation, would be intresting to see how it holds up to use. Got a friend who spent 1200 in total ( includiong the gun ) on the TM MWS. Use mine and say it performs the same and all in im about £550 with no accessories. Will post a update once i have the Airtac adapter and longevity as it will get used heavily.1 point

So tried changing bucking and it got worse, tried different barrel still bad. Checked compression on nozzle (should have done this before) and Maxx pro noz was leaking loads. Tried another max pro noz and same thing. Switched back to shs and hey presto it worked a treat. Now consistent fps at 270/280 and 0.9j-1j on 0.28g. Happy days and thanks for the help folks1 point -

But would that saving get swallowed up by taxes & import issues? For what it's worth, mine cost £245 from the classifieds, I don't know the make but it was worth the cost for the unicorn poo rarity (as in they don't pop up very often). Mine is a wall hanger so consider the TM name & quality the extra £100.1 point -

CYMA MP5 - Semi auto broke
The_Lord_Poncho reacted to Ace Airsoft War Games for a topic
Hi, I had this issue with most of our CYMA MP5 rentals using NIMH or 7.4 Lipo, would fire no problem on full auto but semi would be very hit and miss if at all. After lots of head scratching we noticed that on full auto people tend to usually pull the trigger quite hard and it fires, so we tried the same principle on semi pulling the trigger like really hard and IT WORKED every time!! Turned out to be worn out and dirty internal trigger contacts in the end. Hope that helps.1 point -

GBB AR Recommendations!
lokkers reacted to Speedbird_666 for a topic
The only assumption I'm going to make is that you are not going to get along with other members of this forum with that kind of attitude. This isn't Discord or Facebook. Your first post is of a 'what am bestest m4?' variety - something that we have seen 1000x over on these forums. Your nebulous question immediately rings alarm bells and whilst the delivery of the UKARA advice above was slightly clumsy, it is somewhat understandable given that most who ask these things still live at home with mummy and daddy, and are looking to write their airsoft xmas list to Santa. Try introducing yourself on the forums - there is an entire section dedicated to it here.1 point -
