  2. "Loadouts: British MTP (all genuine british issue including vest exc knee pads)" You can get issue Revision eye pro that will stop IED frag for £20 on eBay, then you'd not have this concern. Much better some fogging than shot in the eye. You can get all sorts of anti-fogs and aftermarket fan kits. FMA is not a brand from which to be buying the one and only utterly crucial piece of protective equipment needed in airsoft. The double irony is that what you've bought is a chinese knock-off of Revision goggles and they cost the same as the real ones that don't have the fans. Not in a million years would I trust that stuff to protect my eyesight and neither should anyone else. Not trying to come across harsh here but this is one subject where the facts need to be stated very very clearly and where I will not compromise.

Just got my new JG G36 through the post. Pretty sure it is a Gen4 as it has the JG Hop unit that has the feed tube on the Hop unit. The barrel length is only 263mm where it should be 509mm! Pretty happy to have it though for my MG36 project! Nice Nylon fibre body.

  4. My honest opinion is don’t bother, sell and get something better, even if it is a project gun. I really cannot rate or recommend Nuprol guns for anything. If you want a project gun, can I recommend you find a receiver(eBay or here) , and a gearbox from @ak2m4 and then do everything you want to learn with that box, upgrade little bits at a time, try whatever you want. I did this myself, and my scratch built project gun is now the only gun I like using.

  5. No, unless you want a VSR10 that was upgraded by Socom tactical and cant shoot 20m after £500 of parts 🤣. Never fear we took the piss out of him for that.😀

  6. @FreeFrag.UK cheers bud. I've not had chance to field it yet. Externally it's the mutts nuts, and bloody heavy. Only down side is the way the weapon is wired. It requires 2 batteries. One for the gear box and one for the box mag. Yet lct's M60 was direct wired. Meaning that the box mag was wired to the electronic trigger switch. So every time you pull the trigger it would run the box mag. So as this also has an electronic switch, I will be doing this mod, or other wise you have to press and hold a button on the bottom of the ammo tin 😒 Really not impressed by that tbh and thought better of LCT. Only other thing. Not sure if it's a pro or con at moment. But where LCT have made it exactly 1:1 scale. Things like airsoft externals do not fit. For example the side scope mount. Airsoft versions are too big and wobble alot!, so having to source a real one. Some may see that as a plus... but when you look at real part prices some may say it's not!. As for the L85's, the afghan spec is ICS and the UGL one is ARES. But if buy running you mean skirmishing, neither at the moment. The ICS needs the motor looking at. And the ugl is away having work done to it as not quite accurate.

  8. Not strictly airsoft related, though I'll bung them in here next time I go on holiday; but a new rifle safe with inbuilt ammo lockbox. Absolute bargain from eBay.

  9. You can pick these up on eBay for £20 and about £40 with the whole setup (cummerbund, mag pouches, medic, OPS panel, etc..).
