Paypal sided with me, got most of my money minus what I paid for shipping, which obviously isn't ideal but a lot better than nothing.2 points

Low fps could it be cylinder related?
Lozart and one other reacted to Colin Allen for a topic
It is surprising how good some gearboxes look after a long period. I opened up the lad’s blowback G&G AKM on Sunday to deal with a low power issue, after it had not been opened for many years. Apart from a worn piston head O ring, it was pretty much perfect. it was still a bugger to do due to the stupid pneumatic blowback system.2 points -

Specna use more than one OEM; consequently, not all Specna branded mags work in all Specna branded guns.2 points -

Jurassic Army. Look at the size of the vent holes in the piston head. Length of the cylinder head shaft looks quite long as well. Looks all nice and clean, cheap to fix up and run2 points -

Wow, that is OLD! The different design of tappet plate would certainly account for what you're seeing. The fix will still be a longer nozzle though as you can't get tappet plates like that any more.2 points -

Just seen the footage of Rotherham in the news; burnt-out cars, broken windows, rubbish and grafiti everywhere, fence posts ripped out and strewn about the place... And now the riots!!2 points -

Fair enough; I was just making the point that one cannot even rely on Specna mags to work in Specna guns.1 point -

We have loads of different brands for our mags... I think the only Specna mags are the two that came with mine out of the box.... The rest are whatever I've bought from the classifieds here and Amazon.1 point -

Ive taken mine apart and It comes apart like a normal 1911 style pistol. The slide release is just very stiff to get out. Also make sure its not cocked when you take it out XD1 point -
*appears from a smoke screen of multicam black* I'm going from memory and my photo cloud storage, but far as I can see @hitmanNo2 is right. None of my NSPA G4s (either MC or MTP) have the black tape, but my US produced MC G4s have it. I've never really sat down and done a list of like 'GX from Y country on Z year has A tape or B label in C position' etc because honestly I'm not sure even Crye has a master list like that which every item adheres to faithfully. Personally, I've never actually seen a single item so far which was trying to pass itself off as genuine Crye that didn't have typos in the labelling or really badly printed CP logos on the black tape along with other telltale giveaways. For me the pic in the OP is a real item for sure.1 point

https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/electric-powered/g36-airsoft-riffle-with-extras_i64691 The seller hasn't specified which brand of G36 (I assume either JG, CYMA or ASG with no side picatinny rails) but its functional and cosmetic problems lead me to believe he's dreaming with the price. The swapped motor, sight and torch must all be worth big bucks.1 point

M4 Airsoft mag brands
Cannonfodder reacted to BigStew for a topic
No some guns will feed from any mag, some will only feed from their own brand, some will require the mag to be modified. There is absolutely no hard and fast rule and varies from gun to gun even made by the same manufacture. Only thing that can be fixed on the fly with out real knowledge and experience is barrel blockages. Even if you are technically proficient I would highly recommend not trying to open up your gun and site, that's asking for a part to ping off in a random direction never to be seen again1 point -
That’ll be something to keep in mind! I’ve ordered a modify M16A1 nozzle to test, as well as a ZCI hop unit/rubber combo because it was cheap and I know they work well. Hopefully one of them should solve the issue 😂1 point

He could try fitting a standard tappet plate and seeing how that goes; it might still need a different nozzle.1 point -

Might be worth looking into something like this: https://www.firesupport.uk/airsoft-pro-reinforcement-m-block-for-version-2-gearbox.html to hold the hop unit steady. Usually the wings on the side of the hop unit engage in the slots in the barrel to prevent that side to side rotation. You may be able to pack that a bit?1 point

By the time a Navy pilot pulled into a little town, every hotel room was taken. "You've got to have a room somewhere," he pleaded. "Or just a bed, I don't care where." "Well, I do have a double room with one occupant, a Marine pilot," admitted the manager, "and he might be glad to split the cost. But to tell you the truth, he snores so loudly that people in adjoining rooms have complained in the past. I'm not sure it'd be worth it to you." "No problem," the tired Navy pilot assured him. "I'll take it." The next morning the Navy Pilot came down to breakfast bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. "How'd you sleep?" Asked the manager. "Never better." The manager was impressed. No problem with the other guy snoring, then?" "Nope, I shut him up in no time." Said the Navy pilot. "How'd you manage that?" asked the manager. "He was already in bed, snoring away, when I came in the room, I went over, gave him a kiss on the cheek, said, 'Goodnight, beautiful,' ...and he sat up all night watching me."1 point -

A GIRLS FIRST TIME As you lie back your muscles tighten. You put him off for a while searching for an excuse, but he refuses to be swayed as he approaches you. He asks if you're afraid and you shake your head bravely. He has had more experience, but it's the first time his finger has found the right place. He probes deeply and you shiver; your body tenses; but he's gentle like he promised he'd be. He looks deeply within your eyes and tells you to trust him-he's done this many times before. His cool smile relaxes you and you open wider to give him more room for an ease of entrance. You begin to plead and beg him to hurry, but he slowly takes his time, wanting to cause you as little pain as possible. As he presses closer, going deeper, you feel the tissue give way; pain surges throughout your body and you feel the slight trickle of blood as he continues. He looks at you concerned and asks you if it's too painful. Your eyes are filled with tears but you shake your head and nod for him to go on. He begins going in and out with skill but you are now too numb to feel him within you. After a few moments, you feel something bursting within you and he pulls it out of you, you lay panting, glad to have it over. He looks at you and smiling warmly, tells you, with a chuckle; that you have been his most stubborn yet most rewarding experience. You smile and thank your dentist. After all, it was your first time to have a tooth pulled. You filthy minded feckers 😉1 point -
