iKey is the maple leaf version, hadron h plate is what I may have ordered. £3.50 and IIRC performed better.in my mk23 than an iKey so that'll do me. Quite possibly ordered a ZCI 130mm inner as well. For £13.50 from @ak2m4 it's a crime not to.

I really do despise you lot sometimes. Told myself months ago I wouldn't get an AAP01 as I'd invested too much in my capa's but here I am with a dispatch email from Airsoft World and a glint in my eye waiting for an AAP to arrive. Still in 2 minds of whether to make a primary pistol out of it or to make it my sniper side arm. Going to get it in my hands and have a play before I decide. Can I ask though? What hopup rubbers are people using and what if any ikey/hplate are being used? I kind of want to put "just" an autobot in as when I ran an ikey in stock chamber on my capa I needed .32's to keep it with a slight kick at the end. I'd prefer this to hop between .25 and .3's

The devil in me says this: If you had a valid defense then you wouldn't buy an IF in the first place. It's a TM though, just buy the OEM TM parts as they'll fit better, work better and probably be in the "right" colour for you.

I stuffed mine with cotton wool. Gives it a bit more solidity so always a bonus, less internal room to echo. Faceless barrels are very nice, very similar to the PDI ones and I'm sure will be a notable improvement on the TNT coated brass.

Nice one dude, always worth being 5-10 under as well as site chronos vary a bit and it saves a twitchy bumhole at chrono on game day.

Much smaller guys are going to be less prone to it though and because they don't have the "social weight" in the first place are likely much more aware nobody gives a fling about their opinion. Clearly in your example the guy was wrong as well so it would only take a few comments and dislikes to sink the video from people/regulars from the site who know the rules.

Fun fact. KM has more YT followers than people that all of the "toxic UK airsoft" groups have put together. I bet he literally gives 0 F's about the "hype" the groups think they have whipped up. I honestly don't care about all this, it's simple, you don't want to watch his vids, unsubscribe and go find 3 other smaller creators who put out honest footage together. Problem solved.

May not be the hop unit. Could be piston head, cylinder head, nozzle not mating correctly, bucking to barrel needing sealing, bucking itself. I would start by PTFE'ing bucking to barrel. If it's stock VSR parts, drill the pin out on the cylinder to head, unscrew it, inspect your piston, rebuild with PTFE on threads of cylinder head. Forum must be broken at the moment though as it allowed both the words sniper and cheap in the same sentence.

You will, keep at it. Tweak little things, I just bought a better mic and have started adjusting my audio for clarity (and hide my speech impediment). Camera next but that's expensive.

@lilredmachine subbed, there's a couple of us started making these nice "non pro" videos lately. Sometimes production quality etc can be forgiven for good content.

Since posting the above I just received my order. 6 days from ordering to delivery, painless. No vat (as less than £135) and no import fees. There is hope yet!

You'd probably need to sand that as the tape wouldn't adhere very well to a stippled surface.

Ran a ZCI with a SBA 60 in a FAST for a game or 2. Worked well enough. Barrel is a step down in quality to be honest and the MR hop bucking is designed for the maple leaf barrels.

I bit. Purple on order. I just feel I "need" one of these Battlecats in my life lol. Also R8 look to be a bit easier going now, announced they are shipping again and charging £10 for postage so hopefully it comes through in ok time.

After trying some different parts and upgrades, I managed to find more stuff to waffle on about with the Golden Eagle Hi Capa pistols!
