Thanks for your help gents!
I have found an official product that may fix the issue. Its called a Strike Chamber and it will tighten the arm up using a rubber O-Ring and plastic attachment. In addition it includes a modified hop arm that apparently gives better shot consistency. Hell even if it doesn't work I have to open up the gun anyway to put these parts in regardless. If I need to add an additional washer then so be it!

Unfortunately the shop was having a sale on other MP5 parts... Time to pimp this sucker out! More ramen to eat this month...
I cut the lever down so it's flush with the top of the handguard, then wedge a tiny bit of butyl tape (like blutac but way better) behind it, the hop adjustment is then stiff and impossible to accidentally knock.
So here is a gun picked up today from a fellow forum user @BigBlackGlock not the first time we've done dealings, but I am extremely happy with this one.
Thanks again buddy.
Tried a little something different with the last image.
Is it school project time again?
If you tell us why you're asking, we might be able to give more cogent information.
In the meantime, have a paraplegic in a wheelchair...
... and a chap with muscular dystrophy who can pretty much only operate a joystick and a trigger. No problem, 6 wheeled offroad goddamn wheelchair tank.
there was a thread on here a while back with a fella wanting advice on how to play with 1 arm.
the equipment is going to vary wildly based on the specific disability, and i'd imagine anyone with a disability is going to do what the rest of us do in terms of just cobbling, bodging and manufacturing a setup that works for them.
