  10. So long as the rounds never leave the premises legally you are fine. Its obviously a good idea to put a backstop behind what your shooting as the BBs will damage the walls and such. But other than that its exactly how I zeroed my sight. My neighbours so far haven't complained about that or the air gun.

  13. Cheers for the response folks, I shall continue blasting away at my bank statements from ten paces then. Zak, got it from SoCom Tactical in Fleet for £45, fitted the pressure pad into the handle now as well and you have a choice of red dot, light, reddot/light combi. The battery fixture at the rear is a bit loose so taped that down. Other than that it's great

^^Yes, unfortunately UKARA do still have a de facto monopoly. The best thing about transparent as a 2 tone colour is that you can paint it inside with any cheap black spray paint, as well as externally, so when it gets scratched, unlike orange or green, it will not show. As soon as you are a skirmisher you can legally change your 2 tone into an RIF. Worth bearing that in mind, because if you get one which is painted, rather than made from brightly coloured plastic, you can just remove the paint with Fairy Power Spray.

You can buy a RIF with defences other than UKARA, you know........being a regular skirmisher, having a junior site membership and even keeping photos of you skirmishing on a Facebook account works for 2nd hand sales and may even be good enough for buying stuff from new (I know it is with the junior membership if you're buying at the site's shop)

  19. Actually, I think in the context of this game, "marshalls" strolling around in UN blue would confuse people. In some games, you could make it fit, but it will be difficult with this storyline. There are already three forces in different dress in this game. Its a very large woodland setting and I think in this case, referees in a fluorescent yellow tabard or jacket will be relatively low key.

    M4 sporadic firing

Just a quick update guys. I took it to a shop to be looked at (crafty's airsoft in Derby) and they opened it up to find the plugs to the motor had been soldered on by the previous owner, and one had come off, so was making, then losing contact with the motor intermitently. They replaced/refitted them properly and it seems to have done the trick, but we'll know for sure come game day sunday Thanks for all the suggestions, but Rock-climby-Dave was the winner on this one, so many man points to you, Sir.

Interesting to hear, my buddy who seems to go into battle with little more than a Glock and metric fuckton of explosives uses their remote dets but I've not tried the handheld ones. Where did you get yours from?

    Pyro's

Xplode MK5's are a fucking menace - the fuse time can be literally as little as 2s. Don't use unless wearing thick leather gloves, and DO NOT, under any circumstances, light one and pull your hand back over your shoulder to throw it overarm, because that puts it right next to your ear...

Why do you want a 2 tone? I ask because there are many misconceptions about the law floating around.

You should still have an order number. Call them and explain you've seen it cheaper and want to cancel and get a refund. You never know, they may still send it to you and price match it to G&P's price.

  28. I just had a thought. If I go ahead with the Aussie loadout, I could build a Digerizooka! Fit a 20mm inner tube and simple trigger to a Digeridoo and use Grenades to launch either bb's or maybe even some sort of large projectile.

  29. Hello. I recently purchased my 1st AEG which is the Umarex H & K UMP 45, however it comes with a 400 round hi-cap mag. This will do for now however I would like to get a few mid-caps in the future as I am not to keen on winding (maybe i'm not used to it) as I have only used rentals up until now. I have googled this already and very little results come up, from what I have seen they are from america. Would any of you guys happen to know anywhere in the UK that has these available to purchase. Cheers!

    NAE 14!

Nottingham is about an hour from Sheffield, and you're South of me. Add an hour for picking people up on the way, food and toilet stops etc. S'about 6 hours. Especially once you get lost in the most white dominant town on Earth. People were staring at my mate Ben as though he were an alien. (He's Asian lol) Last year the trip home was one of the highlights, we were all so sleep deprived that we were literally high from tiredness. Talking about service stations being ideal places for tramps to live, 'cos they're open all the time. Then how they must all set out to make it to a service station once they become tramps, but only a very small percentage survive the journey lol. Then my mate Joe was like, "Why don't they just live in the countryside?" and we went off on one talking about how there's fruit everywhere and shit. Not laughed so hard in absolutely years, seriously. But anyway, you can have a go with it if an opportunity presents itself, Tac. Joe bought one at the same time and it actually stripped a piston absolutely months ago, so I dunno if they're just inconsistent in terms of production batches, or if he was abusing his a little more than I was, or what. Hopefully it'll still be around come August time.

    NAE 14!

Alright for some TacMaster! Hampshire is what, half hour away? My main concern is the camping... Gonna be sharing a tent methinks. It's 4 hours here too Monty. I figure it's worth it for one of the biggest Airsoft events across the country though. Looks like great fun

  37. Check the motor connectors are on properly. Are you handy with tools? it's going to most likely be a connector issue, rather than a 'box issue. Check the wires aren't stripped anywhere and shorting
