Hey there. For a first gun, you'd probs want something automatic, prety much everyone recommends the G&G combat machine m4s. For shotguns, you can probs get away with those spring tri shots like the DE m56 as they are inexpensive and have decent performence for a shotty. The best shotgun out there is the TM (forgot the specific name) gas shotgun; it can shoot 3 or 6 bbs at a time, maybe something you want to save up for, in the future. Anyway, have fun, eye protection first though

I haven't used this in a looong time... but: Anyway... I've seen people playing with 800 fps set ups but the trajectory goes waaaayyy off because all current BB weights are too light for that kind of speed, unless you use steel BBs...

ASG make thier "Ultimate Gearbox" with their "Ultimate" brand parts in it. I have one and it's absolutely beautiful. It doesn't come with a motor though so you'll have to pick one out separately. Mine is running at 22 RPS atm, planning to make it run at 27-30 ish rps, it is a solid gearbox.

Hey there, 1. Nothing, they just look cool 2. Nothing will happen because it's not actuated when not in use but I guess for safety (pffft), you can leave it unconnected. 3. BB ammo? Yes, cause you'll degrade the spring in it overtime. Gas? Nah, leave it. 4. Depends on the gun make, usually 1-2 full mags on green gas and roughly 3-4 full mags on CO2. 5. Best not to when preparing for a game just incase. For casual use? Meh, doesn't matter what you do.

Feeding nozzle might not have fully pushed the BB into the hop up chamber before it fires which results in some of the air escaping, that's the only thing I can think of; the tappet plate might be not working like it should.

It's a clone of the TM VSR, so yes. -
It reminds me of those Galil ARM bipods that attach at the front. Could get one of those and do some DIY modding. On the other hand, you can get one of those AK bipods that clamp onto the barrel, or in fact, any bipod that clamps onto the barrel.

The Madbull blues are very good, the red one AFAIK is for higher FPS setups, like in the region of 400s.
