My early 90's P226 is slowly getting there.
It's a TM with full guarder kit along with a Genuine surefire, genuine early west german grips and a steel replica early rear sight. A few other little bit left to alter, but not looking far off. 

My OCD hurts so but I admit that your right!

We use some fancy things, but we use them as event organisers & give access to players (we might let players directly operate things or we might have staff operating them on behalf of players)
 
 
If the site is happy then you can use your own - and you retain full liability 
 
Drones are a tricky one - it can be an offence to fly a drone over people, look into the types, sizes etc and permissions etc
Its a bad thing when a drone gets shot down onto players 
(It’s also a bad thing for the player who shoots an event drone on camera being recognised by the operator and their unique balls being left embedded in the drones polystyrene body shell)

 
The suitcase here gives players sight of drone and/or RC cameras and the switches to control devices carried by drone and/or RC car.
Players are more likely to be allowed to drive the RC car then to fly the drone.  Our ‘pilot’ would operate the drone

I’ve always been a believer in that if someone is offering any kind of military based training course that the public can attend and it doesn’t cost hundred pounds(training with someone who has time served experience isn’t cheap no matter what field it’s in)then there’s a VERY good chance the person running it is either a walt or bloater . I’ve family and friends who’ve spent yrs working for big international security companies that are also involved in training others and I’m pretty sure none of the ‘bonafide’ companies would have anything to do with training Joe public AND they charged thousands for their courses . 
What it comes down too is the guys who could train you do this properly from their own personal experience are already getting payed mega bucks to do it for a big company somewhere , they don’t need to run Mickey Mouse courses that anyone can attend for a couple of quid . 
As lots have said just YouTube the crap out of it and I’m sure you’ll substantially up your game just by doing that . 👍

Always been a big fan of Cyma AK’s and recently been switched on to their new Mosfet edition M4/M16 guns as well , I’ve got the CM.009E and it’s without a doubt one of the best AEG’s I’ve bought in a very long time and it’s only a few 🦑 more than the one you’ve highlighted so if you can stretch to it I’d highly recommend one of their mosfet models . 👍

While it's not explicitly the m4, I recently purchased the m4's big, 7.62x51mm calibre sister in the SR-25 and I've been incredibly impressed with it (though it's a platinum edition, so it's also the expensive big sister...).
 
Outside of that, I've owned both a Cyma m14 and a Cyma mp5k and both have been absolutely phenomenal out of the box. I'm 3 for 3 when it comes to Cyma RIFs being really great out of the box for good prices; I really don't think you can go too far wrong with Cyma these days.

As above, love my cm009, the mosfet is a worthwhile addition for a little extra initial outlay

About 10 years ago I bought up someone's entire kit. Kept the bits I wanted and sold the bits I didn't. Made most of my money back. You'll be cutting your own throat if you sell everything in one go.

To be honest I ain’t to fussed on someone else making a bit.

In the end retailer reputation means nothing , back beginning of the yr I had real problems with Bespoke over a warranty return and they started getting really arsey with me when I had the temerity to dare ask for updates after wks of no comm’s from them .😱
