  2. So I decided to go with biostrip and I'm pleased with the Initial results. Tested on a small area to begin with and it loosened the paint within 10minutes. Coated the handguard today and left it for half an hour, cleaned most the paint off except for a few areas that seemed thicker. Coated it again and it's mostly come off. There are a few darker areas after cleaning off but I can live with it. May have another go but the initial results are good

    Kydex holsters

Verdict: Blackhawk Omnivore holsters are great, they are universal but very secure due to their active retention which is applied to flashlight (or 20mm mounting bracket if non flashlight version) and at a reasonable price. It’s not always the easiest for us southpaws to find good holsters but this one works. if you are looking to mount it to a QLS system though you will need an adaptor as the two are not directly compatible. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4948094/files

  12. I don't know if I'd risk it bud. Feel your pain though with ordering something than realising you need just one ore thing... Been there. Many times. I bought the right tool as last thing I'd want to do is mangle the nozzle or anything else in there for that matter.

  13. Not really. I bought a GBLS from them, L119A2 build. Took longer than expected to be delivered, not a biggie. But the workmaship was a bit rough tbh, especially with the CTR stock mods. The default spring and the chamber flag were missing, didn't really bother me. But when I removed handguard to replace the hop some months later, the barrel nut was gouged and damaged, it looked like the wrong tool had been used. To be clear this did not affect the performance, function or look of the gun as it is hidden, but still I though this does not look like the work of people who are conscientious or fully competent. The gun has been great, the deal was not bad. But not sure I would look their way again tbh.

  18. Realistically mine is Red Alert 6 at Eversly as part of a film sim weekend. I wish I could commit to more but... you know, life My load out will be Para/Pathfinder 85 so I get away with a Sig226 as sidearm, use tm mc51 as main (I know not an "issued" toy but it did do some field tests) and I get to do all of that in the most excellent heavy canvas known to man 'Pattern 58' in a 68 smock.

  22. Got my pistol eventually, it was a right pain though. They don’t send out orders themselves it’s done by their logistics ?. They lost it or sent it to the wrong person. It arrived 4 days late and when I opened the box it was a demo version of the one I ordered, complete with orange tip and marked up with lots of use and abuse. The company who supplied Furby Bundy was GBLS, they promised to pick up the pistol and deliver the correct one on Monday last week. UPS picked it up but no replacement. More calls to the manager of Furby and I got the right one delivered on Tuesday. To be fair the owner of Furby called Steve was pretty good, and he gave me £50 compensation for all the agro and a can of gas. Would I use them again, not sure to be honest. Can’t really recommend them for mail order goods, probably fine if you call in the shop and purchase face to face.
