  1. This is a different kind of dreamer. I always thought this minigun was nicknamed after the Roman god of fire but whoever put up the listing clearly had something else on their mind. Even the URL shows they're thinking of it a lot. 🤣 https://www.zerooneairsoft.com/products/Classic-Army-AEG-M133-Mini-Vulvan

  3. Patrolbase have a few decent ones. I've gone ahead and bought myself one of these: https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/a-and-k-m249-mk1-skeleton-stock-and-sound-drum-magazine?pv=8502 £310 for the full metal version of the m249 is nice, since the polymer, lightweight version is about that price normally. Other good one on Patrolbase is this if you need a hard case for anything in particular: https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/parra-no-5451-requiem-hard-case

  4. I run a VisionKing LPVO like McSpoons, and just like McSpoons, I find around x2~3 zoom works just fine. Its a decent scope for the money The VisionKing is also illuminated so you can sort of run it like a red dot of you want.

  5. Hello there, We are a custom coatings company based in South Wales. We offer almost any wet spraying applications a swell as hydrodipping. We offer Cerakote Ceramic coatings, powdercoat, relaquering, chrome effect, custom paint effects and hydrodipping. We have just started doing Cerakote on air soft parts and it seems popular so im trying to spread the word a little. We have been cerakoting a while now but mainly air rifles and motorbike parts. We (myself and my other half, Dave) have been applying coatings since 2011 when our daughter was born and we decided to go self employed. Prior to that Dave was custom painting cars for many years and then we both ventured into the dental industry as engineers and managers. Oh how times have changed haha. We are a family business who care about our reputation and what we provide to our customers. A bad review is never acceptable and we do everything we can to make sure we keep all our customers happy. Its worked so far! www.aquagraphix.co.uk www.facebook.com/aquagraphixuk If you require a quote on anything please either PM the facebook page or email [email protected] or call 01443836599 Please send photos for a quote. Hope to be helping you pimp your guns very soon. Any questions just ask..... Thanks for reading Eve (The real boss)

  10. Combat South will always be missed. The village was great and the fresh cooked lunch being included and so filling for those winter days. It's a site where the marshalls knew how to do a great job and use what they had to make game modes work. Do wish Russ and the team would open a new site, but the shop seems so busy and the express store don't think they will. Bought my first rif from them and they threw a free game day in, just spectacular service. Also the store is great and they have always been honest with purchase choices without the unneeded upsell.

  11. I too have a thing for a thumbhole stock 😍 and I was excited to see this rifle getting released. I've seen other videos of this SL8 and the thing that puts me off is that the barrel kind of wobbles. It's not firmly seated. I'll try to find the video and post it here. I think this is a JG SL8 with upgrades. Skip to 13:30 if you want to see the barrel wobble thing. There's a few other bits this guy isn't keen on.

  12. Home safe with the baby. About to perform surgery. surgery done… just swapped the spring. just an FYI, the bore of the piston is on the smaller side… I’ve been using zci sp100 springs as they are within .5mm in diameter bigger than stock. I run a sub 350 fps setup. My other mp5’s shoot between 275-285 FPS with .25g bbs (hop already set). Supposedly eagle6 springs work well with the gun but I only have their sp90 springs.

    About batteries

Hit the nail on the head there. Let's face it, that's how Nuprol/Vorsk/Raven et al have been in business for as long as they have.

  16. The trickiest part of owning GBBRs in my limited experience is getting mags that don't leak (and fixing them if they do). Everything else is quite straightforward. Yes, clean the barrel. Yes, buy some silicone grease and/ or spray for lubing the working parts And setting the hop is probably not something to worry about while you're just plinking in the garden. But on this gun it's really easy anyway 👍

  17. Great bits of kit these but unfortunately they're not the bargain they used to be

  18. Similar to the TT mav but half the price (but better imho) is the bulle mle, I own 2,plus numerous other rigs but always find myself gravitating back to the mle, super comfortable & lightweight, can't recommend it enough. https://www.flecktarn.co.uk/odtmb2nx.html

  19. We could spend ages talking about nylon. Tell us what RIFs you have and how much crap you intend to carry with you! Kit selection is heavily based on your play style and your supply requirements. I, for example, have different kits for different uses: If I'm playing a "short" event, with not many kilometres involved, I run a chest rig, shooter's belt and small (9L) backpack. When kilometres and play hours increase (8h+) I switch to a battle belt and either a small (9L) or medium (20L) backpack. Pack selection is also based on expected weather/temperatures and event duration. For regular skirmishes anything goes, really. Depending on the RIF I use I may not even wear any nylon, just a small pack with comms, BBs and water.
