I think scrolling through pages of what people say on a subject, in academic terms, is called research. Maybe you should try it?2 points

So you want to be given all the info without making the effort to find it yourself. Sounds a lot like wanting to be spoonfed to me2 points -

Just get a Feyachi from Amazon and a lens protector from ebay (red dot engineering) and you're good to go for now. Later on you can still spend hundreds of pounds on a Vortex/Holosun/SIG etc. 🙃1 point

I would say £95-100 if you apply the 2/3rds rule of thumb. At £120 - you are only £40 away from a brand new one - unmolested and with a warranty. And that waranty is very handy for these particular guns.1 point -
My best T1 clone was an Aim-O so far and it costs about 60 pounds. But a basic Feyachi for less does the same job. A red dot is a 100 times better than iron sight on any given gun except pistols in my humble opinion. It easier to aquire the target altough lot of people aim by tracer and correct it if it has to be. And yes I tried to use iron sights out of curiosity before but didn't like it and wouldn't go back after using optics. Personally I think it's silly to spend a fortune on optics because a.) you don't need holding zero, recoil impulse simply non-existent compared to a real steel and b.) your effective range on an airsoft gun. Snipers may beg to differ because eye relief and other additional features on a scope. I bought my HolyWarrior second hand from here there is no way I'm gonna spend 120 pounds on a brand new one. 🤭1 point

Best budget EOTECH clone

I don't know about the T1/2 clones, but if you can spend £120 on a sight, then that would get you a used Vortex real-steel quality T1/2 style sight with a lifetime warranty that means any one that owns it can send it back for repair or replacement even if the damage is accidental (I.e. the glass getting shot out by a bb, or dropped). No receipt or proof of purchase required. To me that's more appealing than spending £120 on a new clone with no similar warranty. An Eotech style sight is more intricate, there's more for your money in terms of what it looks like and the features it has, but that's the trade-off. If you're not sold on the Eotech style, then the Vortex might well be the best bet. IMHO 😋 What is your budget, btw? Is £100+ a stretch?1 point -
I bet you have another pair of socks just the same 😂😂 The tiger stripe does look good though👍1 point

5x ICS M4 owner here. Older CS4-based ICS guns have M90/95 springs and downgraded motors (to prevent over-spin) for the UK market. They were also produced in an era when many sites operated a 328fps limit so sub-300fps was the 'standard' out of the box for them. A few of mine needed spring replacements (I use XT M100 or M105 from @ak2m4 depending on barrel length) and replacement of the compression seals. A doddle with the split gearbox - there's a reason I have 5. I would also suggest replacing the Piston and Piston head at the same time - full metal rack is the way to go with these guns due to AoE - which is a 'thing' with ICS and the stock plastic pistons - AoE correction is trickier compared to a 'normal' GB due to the split design. I just throw in a full-metal rack 14 tooth piston and call it done. It would also be a good idea to pickup a few tappet plates from @HuttArmouries as they can be a bit weak on the older guns - although i haven't killed one yet. Going stock-less of a lot of fun, my CXP-15 was run like that for over a year. You can get a QD receiver end cap from Fire-Support that replaces the stock extension on the receiver (ICS-MA-86).1 point -

We could try really hard to kill off every duplicate thread that ever starts, but I don't think that's necessarily very good for the longer-term health of a forum. Better to forgive than forbid (or something along those lines... you get my gist I'm sure)1 point -
I thought he kept it to one lie per video. That's still a lot of lying, but at least it's deliberate, unlike Skylar on Reddit.1 point
