Have a look at the Maruzen Walther P99 Non Blowback; usually comes with a suppressor. They're quiet and also have awesome range for pistols. Not sure how they do compared to the TM mk23. At my local site, theres a guy that runs 2 of these (akimbo style) and is known as the Anzio hitman and he is very quiet, absolute nightmare to play against!

None of them have been used other than test firing a few rounds and chrono'ing. I've been ticking off what guns I've always wanted with the money saved up during lockdown. Also bought a multiple base for my trmr. Still left on the list: P90 (Cybergun version with trades) MK18 MP7 AK74u

I guess this is untapered? This would go into the cheap sr15 but the cheap sr15 out barrel would only go a few mm into the g&p sr15.

Hi all, I have a g&p sr15 that I am looking to modify and I need some assistance. I have never modded anything that falls under the "m4" bracket, so this is a first for me. What I want to do so swap the outer barrel so that a suppressor sits either flush against the end of the handguard/rail system, rather than further down at the end of the outer barrel that protrudes out of the rail system OR install a suppressor that is integrated underneath the rails. I also want to swap the "DMR style" stock for a standard AR style buffer tube so that I can put a crane or similar style stock. Images below: top is current setup, bottom is what I'm aiming for. Regarding the stock; I took off the dmr stock and I tried to attach a random m4 stock from my brothers old Asia Electric Gun SR15 (same model, different manufacturer mind) but I noticed that the bit that protrudes at the back of the receiver that guides the stock tube in place was considerably shorter on the g&p than the Asia gun. I screwed in the stock tube but when the screw went in all the way, the tube had around 1 or 2 inches of play, sliding backwards and forwards. I then tried to install the shorter outer barrel system from the Asia sr15 onto the g&p sr15 but it was slightly too wide to slot into the front of the receiver. I am now trying to find a stock tube that will fit and an outer barrel that will fit. The outer barrel I'm after is around 13" I beleive (current stock barrel is 17"). Is there any specific tube or barrel that I need? Will it have to be g&p branded or are there certain compatibility with different brands? Can anyone assist?

My first aeg was the classic army ump. Was a good piece of kit but there was one problem with it; the mags are so long you cant go prone very well! Something I've personally not seen is the Cheytac Intervention and some of the other "made famous by video game" snipers. Also Fn2000 and Uzi.

They operate mostly on facebook. It's been a while since I've been there but if you're going to one of thier events, they put new event pages on thier facebook page announced the upcoming games. The sight itself is alright. Its 3 floors; unless things have changed, the top floor is pitch black, the middle is partly lit and the bottom floor pitch black. Torches are a must! This was a vid I shot a few years back; I havent bothered with the camera there since as the footage is always rubbish because of how dark it is!

Are you aware of Sierra 2/Monica CQB at West Midlands Airsoft? It's a cqb site (very tight parts in places) that is dark even in the day. They do evening shoots there which are pitch black this time of year. They are located by the Mercedes Garage and Health Centre on Remer Street in Cobridge.

Another +1 for dual pistols. I used to take 2 TM FN 5-7's as my primaries and had an M79 as my secondary in case I needed a bit of oomph in a tight situation. I also have an mp9 which is awesome in cqb. Looks awesome with the suppressor but it's so much easier to swing around without it. Hell you could dual wield mp9s or mp7s!

By chance I have a maple leaf hop rubber and nub spare. Will give that a go and check the seals etc. Then maybe view a tbb. Thanks all for the advice.

Noob question. I've recently acquired a tm high cycle aug in a trade and I love it to bits. I'm considering using it on my next skirmish (some time away) and I was hoping to bump the fps a little as they shoot 260-270 stock. I wasnt going to touch the gearbox as they have been designed specifically for low torque motors and low power springs I was going switch the inner barrel; I bwive they come 260mm stock and I was thinking of adding a 300+ tbb. I've viewed the cylinder volume chart online but I'm rubbish at tech work. I beleive the high cycle has a 3/4 hole. If I have interpreted the chart correctly I could install up to 350mm inner barrel. Am I right in believing this, are there any other variables I need to consider and would anyone roughly be able to guess at what length I would be in danger of shooting over 350 fps? I appreciate this may be a "how long is a piece of string" question! I'm not aiming for 350, more like 300 to 320 just so the hits are felt. Chart for reference.

Very random but I had a boneyard TM spas 12 that I bought second hand a few years ago. I finally got round to gutting it to see if it was salvagable (not at all; trigger mech snapped) and I took out the 3 inner barrels. Iirc the guy I got it from said they were upgraded barrels; anyone know if these are aftermarket parts and if so what else do they fit (gbbr, bolt snipers etc) and does anyone have any interest in them?

What did you use to lube them?

I absolutely love moscart shells but they are a pain to maintain. I used to leave my valves in a small tub filled with oil (the top cap from a green gas bottle works well) and leave it by a radiator or something that gives off a bit of heat. Works 9 out of 10 times for me
