  1. 80 Metres is about typical for a fully upgraded sniper rifle. Unless you are a god tier builder.
  2. That FPS is far too low, especially considered the barrel length and the whacking great spring you have in there. Do you have an air leak? Cock the bolt , stick your thumb over the end of the inner barrel and fire, does the air stay in the cylinder or does it leak out? You should be hitting out 100 metres with that setup. (Though that's with an M170 which if working properly will be too hot for any UK field) You should be getting about 80 metres with an M145/M150 which would be UK legal.
  3. I had already read those sections. It appears the law there is very similar to ours (Though as an unrelated aside, they do not have anything like UKARA). They note Airsoft Ammunition as being fine to be imported or exported and that Low Powered Air Weapons are also fine, subject to import laws. On the Firearms (Excepted Air Weapons) List, it states that anything under 1.3 Joules does not require a firearms certificate. This assumes that an Airsoft Weapon under 1.3J is classed an Excepted Air Weapon This does not help me as I am sending certain parts. In the Firearms Law of 2000 it states that "Any component part of a lethal barrelled or Prohibited weapon" would mean it is a firearm part. These parts are not forming a lethal weapon. As such, the Firearms law of 2000 does not apply. So I am really not sure what to describe this as, it is not prohibited to import. Basically I want to get this to Jersey as pain free as possible, but also covering my back if something goes wrong (IE describing it as something its not). "Toy Parts" => We cant really describe it as a part as the closest definition according to Jersey law is Excepted Air Weapon part. But it's least likely to get checked. "Airsoft Parts" -> Is exactly what it is, without being specific to any laws. "Excepted Air Weapon part" => Probably the most descriptive word, but might get me aggro sending it and is more likely to get picked up on the other side for checks. For what its worth, the seller say sending it as Toy Parts should be fine... But it's my ass on the line as well.
  4. I understand that Jersey whilst owned by the UK is technically not part of the UK. I believe they have the same laws as us and that me posting a VSR Receiver and scope rail shouldn't be a problem. But I do have to fill out a customs form. Will I be covered legally if I put Toy parts? Or should I put something like "Airsoft parts" or "Low powered air weapon parts" ? Cheers!
  5. You would probably have to look at some Bullpups as the motors aren't in the pistol grip. There is not much weight forward of the pistol grip either which will certainly help in your situation.
  6. They do work together. But why not get the Action Army AAP01 which is a better pistol that is similar? The WE Glock itself would be a better choice over the Galaxy. Please spend the extra 20 quid over any of pistols you have linked and get A Tokyo Marui instead. It would be well worth it.
  7. This is a great one. Selling a bundle of guns for £400, the vast majority of which don't function.
  8. This advert is COMPLETED!

Hello all. I have this little used DTD KSG Shotgun Adapter. I got this direct from DTD who factory smoothed out the internal tube for better feeding then their standard KSG Shotgun adapters. I have decided to go back to shells full time. This is compatible with all M4 mags I own. I dont have the original box or packaging. Here is a link to the manual PowerPoint Presentation (wordpress.com) I am not even sure these are still available to buy or are even made anymore. Price includes postage. This is also for sale on Ebay, so get in whilst you can!

  9. None. The We 1911s use single stack mags which can do 35 RDS on extended mags. The TM extended one can do 40 RDs but you really need a TM 1911 to make use of it. The WE 1911s are really terrible mind.
  10. The great Gear clearout begins!

Need to start making some space, I lost weight during my sojourn to Cornwall and numerous things no longer fit me. Plus I have a bunch of Tac Vests to sell.

Desperately holding onto my genuine SSO Russian Sniper suit in DPM, but it really doesn't fit... That'll go last :P

That reminds me that I also have a bunch of gear to sell, most in excellent condition, but it no longer suits me. Time to clear the garage a little... 😅

  11. I agree with you on this. I have written much on the site but there were more then one group of people skinning up at lunchtime in the Carpark at Tactical Warfare in Croydon. The smell reached the safe zone yet they weren't remove from the game day.
  12. I am a big fan of my TM Aug high cycle. It's considered one of the better of the high cycle series. It outperforms any of my other stock rifles despite the low FPS. ROF out of box is impressive. It's fairly easy to take apart and work on, but I would grab some spare parts when you find them. I'm for the AUG if you like the look and feel of the platform. It's light in my mind and the weight in the back means it's much easier to carry then most rifles. Then again I like weird and wonderful and can put up with the quirks of something different.
  13. I have a G&G gearbox in my Specna one M16/M203. I couldn't tell you what the exact model of the gearbox was though. Works fine.
  14. Cheers for the link! I have a (Shock horror) G&P M4 Magpul Reciever and barrel set to get done.
  15. Looks like a standard Marui Hardballer to me. Value is not much. maybe to a collector. Do you have any mags?

    A&k M4

A&K internals are pretty crusty. Externals are perfectly fine though. Use it til it breaks or until you become unsatisfied with its performance.
  17. Nope. The A&K uses proprietary mags of which only High Caps are available. There may be a 3dprintable STL file out there for a midcap, but I don't think it was ever publicly available.
  18. I have the same charger and its why I got this. https://www.taiwangun.com/battery-chargers/adapter-for-li-po-aep-batteries-ipower
  19. What part of it isn't true? I have been through it myself. (Though I had a UKARA)
  20. 3rd party as it is run by Airsoft retailers, but Border Force has access to it if the parcel is spotted as part of its random checks. It happened to me once and even with a valid UKARA took a few months to get it checked by them and released. If it gets caught being imported without a UKARA number it will likely be destroyed as it's very difficult and time consuming to prove other defenses (That frankly Border force probably won't recognise) For your own sake, just get a UKARA number as it makes things much simpler for you.
  21. Solved! Sticky output valve which wont return to position fast enough. Still in Cornwall without tools so had to use spit instead of silicon as lube. Firing every time now. Until the spit dries out anyway.
  22. Hello all. Problem with one of my TM FN57 mags. Got a TM FN57, only part that's changed is the outer barrel. One mag fires with no real issues. Other mag, I rack the slide and although a BB fires out (low power) the slide won't blow back and I have to manually rack the slide to fire another BB (Again with no power) mag is full of gas. Any ideas? Using green gas.
  23. No Electric pistol has fast RPS. TM Hi Capa Xtreme is the only one I would go for in terms of GBB. Considering how many sites are banning full auto under 30 metres, its a little useless to consider high RPS as important in a pistol form factor.
