    What have you made?

Need a couple of barrel socks so got my sewing machine out. Mine is just a plain camo thing but did something nicer for my daughter.

A simple set up but it works for me.

  4. I would suggest either a sideboard, or office type cupboards to sit underneath the small shelf. So can have rigs/kit in one cupboard. Spares/parts and accessories in another. So all sorted and you know where it all is. I've literally juts bought some free standing grid wall for my British airsoft collection.

This is now 99% done. Not exactly clone correct but passable at 15m 723 alike. Had to get the mock flashlight 3d printed and then screw the pistol grip in in possibly the most cack handed way, but at least its solid. Just need a butler creek flip cover to hide the front of the "flashlight" XD

  7. Where's the fun in that? 😁🤣 All Airsofters collect stuff to go with each pew so theoretically there should be loads of STUFF for loads of pews. Well, that's my theory and I'm sticking to it. 🤣🤣🤣

  8. All you guys posting up pics of your collections are making me feel grossly inadequate and deprived. I'm wondering if I actually have an interest in guns or airsofting or am I just pretending. 😂😂 Regards Ps. This post was about storage not how many feckin' guns you can get in a picture 😂

  9. This. Maybe if more people were to exercise their consumer rights, rather than accept faulty goods and try to fix them at greater expense, then shops might actually be forced to up their game when it comes to customer service

  10. Babe wake up new APFG update, Okay yet another post, I've been busy. So the screws work perfectly so far with testing, I've also swapped out my maple leaf Mr hop 50 degree out for a flamingo 60, this was because I found that with the combination of Mr hop and crazy jet barrel the bb was getting seated slightly differently each time causing inconsistent hop affect . So far the flamingo has been much better however I haven't shot many shots through it. Also installed the GSI mcx hop arm with their soft nub, The tolerancing of the hole that the pin for the arm sits in was way too small so I drilled using a 2mm drill bit it out until the pin sat in snugly. The GSI hop arm is better as it has a flatter contact patch, as oppose to the original arm which has a thin rounded metal part which causes inconsistent bb hop especially when the power changes (very bad as GBB are always slowly loosing power). Also another thing to note is the JWI hop unit is a very snug fit in some spear! If there are anymore things I discover I will post them here Until then Enjoy!

  12. Went to Bespoke today as I was working half an hour away and had underlings to do work whilst I looked important. So I pulled rank and ducked out for a bit with my faulty from new AA G36 GBBR. If you remember the other thread, it is firing a shot at 500 ish fps, then everything subsequent to that just rolls out of the barrel. I bought it from them at the end of last summer, then had trouble getting in touch, and then work/travel commitments made getting to their then Slough based store tricky. Talking to them today, I am willing to grant them the communication issues were down to them preparing for the move. New shop is looking pretty damn impressive. They have a fairly big unit on a small trading estate. I assume a warehouse downstairs, then a large open office upstairs with a new shop area that is going to be quite big too. They answered the buzzer and let me in unannounced. An incredibly polite staff (I think the owner) took my pew, which is now well over 6 months from purchase, listened to the description of the fault and said he'd take it down to his tech whilst I had a look around. I was then given a tour of the new office, shop, firing range, pistol showroom and Air gun showroom. There was not much in stock at the moment as they're still bringing things up from the Slough premises. But they had, amongst other things, the Walther WA2000 along with some very nice looking pistols that I had to fight very hard to resist. I wish I had £780 to spend on a wall hanger. Had a good 30 or so minutes left to my own devices whilst the nice lady behind the counter helped some dude pick out a pew for his daughter, then the guy came back to say that they could see the problem I was having, and would keep the pew for a few days to fix it as they didn't have another in stock, implying to me, that he would have been happy to give me a replacement - so top marks there. They also confirmed that once they're finished setting up, they will be doing all kinds of repairs, upgrades, and customisations in house as well as sales. This should take them another week or two, but i have two or three non essential pews that need attention that no one else seems to be interested in (or that I'd trust), so they'll be heading there once the G36 is proven. Sooo.... If one were to take everything at face value, and assuming they fix my RIF, then I am a happy bunny and they deserve all the success after what must be an eye wateringly expensive investment. Can't blame the shop for a faulty RIF out of the box, but unlike Only Airsoft in Stevenage, where there seems to be an attitude of "warranty is up to them" once you leave the shop, Bespoke seem to just want to keep you happy. Although to be fair to Only Airsoft, they have honoured the warranty when required - it's just the perception that they give off that is unnecessary. Certainly can't fault Bespoke for care and attention so far! Standby for updates.

  13. I just fell for the classic ‘ooh I’ll try fettling with some airsoft bollocks to unwind a bit before bed’ which predictably led to me losing a grip screw and lots of swearing. Anyway, 30 minutes of rolling around later I’m headed to bed full of dust, screw still MIA and more wound up then when I started 😂

  14. Modular system: 1) Single PLCE side pocket with “survival” / day hike kit 2) Second PLCE side pocket with light weight insulation and bivi. Ground mat on outside. 3) The bug out bag. 60L bergen will hold all the above, wet weather layer, three season bag, 3 days food and 2-3L of water. More than enough for DoE of trip. Side pockets bump it to 80L and is enough capacity to cope with UK winter overnighting in the Cairngorms. 4) Fucking big bag. 120L this will hold two full sets of artic sleeping gear. Or one set and mortar rounds. If you need to carry all your skirmish kit in it plus camping gear. It will probably still have space. The bags above are the 60L Dutch Issue Sting and the 120L Saracen. They were both designed by Lowe Alpine and also made by Fesca. The ones above are the “Gen 2” with molle panels and and MMPS so they will take PLCE rocket pockets the right way up. Both models have adjustable back systems and are very robust. They are some of the best carrying military packs ever made and can be picked very cheaply. The Lowe Apline CFP-90 is also excellent but the shoulder suspension is a bit prone to breaking. It’s also quite pricey this side of the pond.

  18. This package from Firesupport would be £200 posted, so you may get around £140 posted. It just depends on how quickly you want to sell. The lower you list it, the more likely people are going to go for it. Some people would rather pay that extra £60 to have everything brand new and with a warranty. Again if it's not selling after that, drop to £130, £125, £120.....

  23. Saturday was another day out for the Red Alert crew, over at Gunman Alpha, for one of their filmsims (I missed the Vietnam one 😕) Another bloody great day. And when I say that, I want to point out I didn't get a single confirmed kill all day. Didn't matter. It was such a fun day that I didn't care. We all had a great time. There was a minor incident of overkill from another player but it was dealt with. I also bumped into @RebelScumwho seems to be a nice bloke. Sunday I was working as usual, and after crawling through the ferns at Gunman all day, then drinking half a bottle of fireball whisky and sleeping on a friend's sofa, I started the day a little delicately. But it was a great day, with the only complaint from anyone all day was that it was too hot. During the down time I put the bolt back into my MWS, which a mate had taken away to fit a new nozzle on, and do a little work with. It's flinging .4s straight as an arrow off into the distance somewhere. Bloody happy! It is tick season, and I found one of the little shits on my in the shower this morning, so be sure to check yourselves after woodland game days. And we did a Pride month shoot on Sunday morning.

  24. Yes. At the risk of banging a broken drum, UKARA is just a central register of site memberships. You can be a member of many sites at once, with multiple such memberships registered with UKARA. Don't sweat it, just start playing and see if you enjoy it.
