  1. I had an amazing day today. Found out that my first ghillie suit DEFINITELY works. Not only did I have multiple instances of people looking directly at me and not seeing me, but I also had around 15 - 20 mins in a rolling assault where they had cleared my team out and were swarming all around me to keep engaging with my team who were moving back. Their respawn was literally 3m in front of me for about 5 of those minutes and nobody saw me. I was so worried someone was going to either see my boots or step on/trip over me as they came REALLY close. Waited until their respawn moved a bit further past me down the path, repositioned and started plinking people with my VSR, much to their confusion. Was a fantastic day. Easily one of my top 3 moments in this hobby over the last 15 years. The adrenaline was insane and my heart was pounding the whole time xD

  2. I fucking love when your gun is fucking spot on at home (even after fucking extensive testing), but then on the field it does whatever the fuck it wants. Fuck off, really..

  3. For those unfortunate enough to require glasses for airsoft and don't particularly want to wear your glasses under goggles or wear contacts, I came across these guys with 5 star reviews on google and 4.9 on trustpilot, I thought I'd give them a go for you. https://www.reglazemyspex.com/ I'm short sighted and require some prescription lens so everything at long distance isnt blurry and I dont get a migraine from squinting the f out my face. I brought a pair of nuprol lens insert eye pro from here: https://www.patrolbase.co.uk/nuprol-battle-pro-eye-protective-airsoft-glasses?fv=7711 Firstly I emailed their support and asked them if its something they accommodate, friendly guy came back to me and said it was fine and they would be classed as full rim lens (cheapest). I'm honestly shocked by the cost of the lens and the quick turn around. I picked the most basic package which was anti scratch distance lens at £6.99 but with postage came to £11.69. I ordered it on Wednesday and was emailed all the usual confirmation etc and a member of staff emailed me a royal mail delivery label, which was for 48 hour tracked delivery, so boxed it up, put the label on it and handed it into the post office the same day. They received the insert on Friday and within a few hours of receiving it, I had confirmation come through that the order was complete and was reshipped out on 48 hour tracked delivery again. I received the lens today with a thank you card and two cadbury chocolate éclairs! Tried the lens out and checked my long distance and could see everything just like if i was wearing my specs. Hopefully the service these guys provide stay top notch and you guys can save a bit of that cash for extra "toys" 😂 P.S. I don't know if the site admins want to reach out to them but they did say they was open to discounts for members of clubs, online communities etc. Here's the pics.

  5. Awesome work! I try doing this every so often, however I end up getting cramp in my legs/arms after about 5 min. We had a game day yesterday, I was shooting with my camera rather than a rif (pictures here) however. Lots of new players, which suprised me to be honest but with some guidance from the more experienced players it turned out to be a really great day. New players taking their hits and not being scared of running to the front lines as it were 😁

  6. A fellow Worthing player! Yeah, and in fairness I was basically out of the game for well over half of it as I couldn't move! But it was all worth it for that short time I was able to do stuff

    THE TM MWS thread

Guess it depends on the barrel nut. My Mk18 has a plate that sits behind the nut. Then the free float rail bolts to it. And the lower section bolts to the upper. I dont need to run a adapter ring as Im using Laylax's modular outer barrel. But if your using the stock one you may need to. 1. Normal, real AR's do this. Its the buffer spring 2. Apply hop, and the BB's wont roll out. This is normal on zero hop on a lot of guns. Depends on the type of rubber used and if any hop is applied. 3. Its a gas gun. FPS consistency isnt a strong point My Glock 19 will start at 260 and finish a mag on 240ish. NPAS's are fiddling and take time to find the sweet spot. Failing that run the stock bolt. You cant fail with that. Hell I bought an entire spare off some one here.

  10. Load out 1: Operator Probably my favourite one- Warrior Chest Rig, Helikon IFAK, dummy PRC152, x3 PMAGs, TQ for decoration, Gerber Strongarm (this is replaced on game days with a rubber bladed knife). Z Tac Headset and SEAL Team Cap. Over a simple button down shirt and jeans, with a 5.11 belt and Blackhawk Glock Holster. Loadout 2: SWAT The generic SWAT operator load out, MilTec Plate carrier, CAT TQ, Dummy PRC152, x3 Condor Mag Pouches, Blackhawk Glock holster on the belt, plus x2 M4 mag pouches and x1 pistol mag pouch. Up top is a Nuprol FAST helmet, with Earmor M32s. (the SEAL team call sign patches are going!)

  11. Today was fun. As per my status update, my M4 decided to be a cunt and jam bbs, so I ended up playing with a teammate's backup gun. Which didn't like Lonex flash mags. But heh. At least it somehow worked. But anyway, short session today as the weather was crap, I went with a slightly lighter loadout (more speedsofty, my belt + a chest rig with just 3 single mag pouches) which worked really well. We had a new player who was at his first game, he quickly gained the nickname "fisherman's friend" because he literally showed up dressed like a fisherman (rubber boots, weird blue boonie and a green pvc parka). Wore mesh goggles because glasses kept steaming up, not a smart idea considering that I took a bb shard to the eye. Luckily it didn't do any damage but for half a second I got scared as I've witnessed some nasty shit with cheap bbs and mesh goggles. Oh, and it was probably the last game for a while, the expected rise in new rona cases during the autumn/winter season somehow caught our government by surprise, so we are most likely shutting down sports tomorrow (but not parties, silly country).
