Looking for applicants aged from 13-16 but will make exceptions. You have to have multicam or mtp, also you must have a gun, an AR-15 variant preferably as we are aiming to imitate us/uk special forces and play milsim in a few years. You must be dedicated to the sport and the team, and turn up to training often. We have many roles that are open: .Regular infantryman AR-15 style weapon Plate carrier, basic soldier. .Support gunner M249 Saw etc style weapon, provides suppressing fire, carriers large amounts of ammunition, chest rig etc. .Sniper/Recon Sniper rifle or DMR, provides recon intelligence for the team, designated special missions, ghillie suit/parka. Works in a sniper team (2 people, spotter and sniper). .Demolitions specialist Provides explosives/demolition capabilities to the team, carries lots of pyro, AR-15 style weapon. Moderators Tackle Posted May 19, 2019 Moderators Posted May 19, 2019 so your aiming to imitate uk/us sf, with particular uniform & weapon requirements, & you want very committed players with an average age of 13-16, how are you going to overcome the fact that none of your team will be old enough to puchase two tones, never mind realistic imitation firearms, kinda gonna spoil the look of you "hardcore operators" ?.

Ain’t gonna happen , how are you potential team members supposed to get the kit/guns/pyro for the roles you’ve set out coming from your target age group ? A , for starters they ain’t going to get the kit to fit them at that age/body size . B , as has been said they can’t legally get the guns needed and even if they’re lucky enough to have a parent/sibling who can get them for them what are the chances they’ll let you go charging off with said expensive gun unsupervised ? I’d say slim to none existent ! C , cost of kit , do you realise how much it costs to put together even the most rudimentary of loadout’s together ? let alone an actually recognisable one ? D , cost of consumables you’d need , playing the roles you’ve listed a sniper/support gunner/ demo guy , sniper heavy weight ammo is expensive , amount of ammo needed for an effective support gunner is going to again be very expensive and then your demo role with ‘lots of pyro’ guess what ? Yup going to cost a bloody fortune. Who’s going to pay for it ? Your parents ? certainly won’t be you or your team mates now would it ? E , finally the real deal breaker is commitment , this is why it just won’t happen . Sorry wee man but there’s no way your going to find a committed group of teens that’ll follow what your asking just not happening end off . All my points may sound a bit harsh but around half term school hols we see posts like this year in year out on ALL the forums , some kid spouting his pipe dreams on the net , and basically all of them end up getting absolutely ripped apart and the poster ending up a right laughingstock , so if I was you I’d just quietly lock this down . Will save you a lot of embarrassment.?

Iirc wasnt there a famous quote that one of the sf guys preferred the m4 over the sa80 as you could operate the safety without taking your finger off the trigger? It's a good platform, i would not be one bit surprised to find anyone with the choice and the need using one.
