  1. Old jeans, top or hoody, some sturdy boots (preferably with ankle support) gloves & scarf to protect hands and neck & maybe a hat (takes away a bit of the sting) You can hire a face mask along with a rifle
  2. Me & my team mates are in and we'll be booking pretty soon You mentioned about bbq setup & no bonfires, are we allowed to bring a small gas burner for cooking our dinner and breakfast ??
  3. Cheers ian I'm a lone parent & there both teenage boys, its hard to find a common interest with some kids these days but they love it 'when can I go again' they say I take them 1 at a time and most of the time they bugger off but as we've got radios, we all meet up and attack/die together I loved spending time with my dad when he was a lorry driver (even when I was on leave) and try to see him when we can Kids want time with there parents and not all the modern stuff, consoles, phones etc (well at least some kids dont) Little gits usually walk away with less injuries than me so there doing better than I am at keeping there heads down lol
  4. People tend to skim over what catches there eye when reading about Ukara & Vcra & because of this, they dont fully understand everything to do with it Most people will quote the bad stuff because that's what they remember the most
  5. IMO I would say having a 'DEFENCE' is a good thing when proving to 'said authorities/people' why you have these things in your possession And it came in very handy for me one day when I had the police at my door because my neighbour upstairs was burgled and I had all my kit laid out on my front room floor And when I purchased a rifle in store, I told the guy this was my number, he checked the website and was done in 5 minutes instead of ringing my local sites head office
  6. Hopefully 1 one of my sons will be happy as I'm building a plate carrier for him for his birthday at the end of the month (replaced the moe handguard with my old ras rail on his M4 & took a bit of modifying to line everything up) So far I've got Double M4 pouch Single M4 pouch Radio pouch Will buy tomorrow Plate carrier Beretta holster (he wants my old gas Beretta)
  7. My M4 pouches are a little tight but that means I dont use the elastic retention straps cause there held in place nicely and I haven't lost a mag (yet)
  8. ^^^i agree with Chris555 Go to uni, get a good trade and get the qualifications, I joined the infantry (that's all I wanted to do) and never got a meaningful trade, I'm 36 now and stuck in dead end jobs while trying to go to college doing an electronics course GO TO UNI Airsoft can wait and you can always go to game days when you've got free time, kit can be picked up on eBay fairly cheaply, I had a majority of my kit from the army but with 2 teenage boys who join me, we make do & I save up for stuff or buy cheap counterparts
  9. I like using the polymer mid caps sold by army surplus & toys on eBay (I believe he's on here aswell) Only 1 of them had a feed issue so when I took it apart, the little clip that holds the bb's in the feed tube hadn't been filed down but works great now its done They work good with my M4 mag well adapter on my G36C aswell
  10. G36, I use it as a nsck up rifle in case my M4 goes belly up before I started
  11. From taiwangun 3x M4 flash mags (1 for me & 2 for my sons M4) Replica M56C with 3x shells 10 bags of 2000 bb's 2x g23 gas mags Should arrive next Tuesday, next week I'll be ordering my sons plate carrier plus a few extra pouches and Beretta holster for his birthday end of the month
  12. They can be the same radio and you can program them on your computer The baofeng 888s can be done
  13. If I get a ukara licence, does that mean i can drive Mykara around at last ?? Lol
  14. The hop will reduce FPS but not by much, sounds like you may need to downgrade the spring, I had to do it in my JG g36c down to an M90 spring as to hot and my M4 as upgraded internals What rifle is it ??
  15. Fair enough, I'll admit it's easier to let a tech look at it but I'm one of those people who needs to know how it works and can fix it
  16. My quote went wrong If you know what to do, look inside the gearbox, could just need regreasing
  17. Same here plus my boys are old enough to join in
  18. Book, pay and turn up mate, you'll never regret it and say 'why didn't I do this sooner'
  19. I'm thinking of going over to propane as I've now got 2 gas pistols but......unsure what size bottle and other bits needed to fill the mags ???
  20. Have a look at screws for rc cars as they're very similar
  21. Yeeeeeeees Its a full face mask and wouldn't be advertised there if it was no good
  22. Me and 3 others from our team went begining of this year Facilities wise - a decent shop, porta pottys for both genders, free tea & coffee all day plus food cooked to order, well organised safe zone with plenty of benches at a decent height and to sit Chrono was done using there mags and cable tied to prove chrono'd Site wise - its big, laid out well with plenty of mixed ground, various positions to take with high & low ground to capture/avoid Even a couple of trenches Staff - very friendly, helpful, funny and fair to all players Defo worth a visit, drive slow as its easy to miss the signs and to ruin your 'boy racer' alloys lol
  23. ^^^^^^ wtf hell is that ?? its hideous, it burns my eyes
  24. I've got 2 adventure cameras to mount on my bump helmet but they've only got 40 minute battery life so I need to find an external charge device aswell
