The best way I've learned the limited knowledge I have is by watching YouTube videos & asking questions on here A good thing about a g36 is the folding stock that allows use in both urban & rural (houses, buildings, CQB and woodland) settings
-
Biggest tip I can give as a g36 owner is dont mess with it until it starts to lose performance Its a good rifle mate as it is just get into the habit of cleaning the barrel with the hop up turned off
-
I use a 100cm Swiss arms rifle bag (eBay) and an mtp shotgun bag bought from a army surplus shop
-
I've a got a tri shot, makes your arm ache after a while lol
-
The only honourable player I've seen so far was a guy who took a hit from me but turned out that I'd hit his mate but I was adamant it was him, he took the hit so we stood together chatting while we waited for a medic I bought him a burger at lunch for being a decent guy
-
Your question was answered in your "reliable gun" thread and people mentioned the G&G combat machine

I think one problem is because of COD & BF games My eldest always refers to a sniper rifle as a 'sniper' and have to correct him every time ffs
-
Or invincible mate, SOME newbies think its bloody COD or something but then they probably do it so they can brag to there mates "I didn't get hit but i hit all the experienced guys" Just reminded me (its not honourable but its still a bonehead thing) Last game I played in woodland (with beast mode) this rental guy was taking pot shots so I fired & hit him in the head, I got hit almost immediately so stick my hand up to which the rental does the same but sticks the V sign up at me, I ask what's that about but he gives me a load a crap so I walk down & asks him the same question He replys with "that was a great shot" so I say 'why the fingers ?? I'm not stupid, your telling me to fuck off' he had no answer but I still shook his hand for taking his hit and me being the better man Sufficed to say he was shiting himself when I challenged him
-
Nah, i prefer the manwell avatar you've got but you could make it your signature Jbbg should have that as there website motto
-
Oh I know its a sore subject but thought I'd get in before anyone else did lol I know exactly what you mean, the amount of times I've thrown things cause they were shit My 1st rc sail boat I made, I used an old racing hull I had, looked brilliant by the time I'd finished, put it in the water (a stiff breeze) and it just sat there and drifted away so I jumped in after it & threw it at the wall
-
Most/some weapons from shops with BB guns in the title
-
Wtf ?? Dude that is such a rip off, I expect better from G&G, you'd be better off with a pea shooter
-
1st game I played, I snuck up on 2 'police' players who were together, double tap in the arse cheek, other guy turns round & gets 2 in the chest, same game I sneek up on a support gunner (on his own & told by a Marshall 10ft away from him) I take 2 steps back & double tap to the thigh I've caught so many players being 5 ft from me and they surrendered but the best has to be a little kid I could've shot in the head from 5" away but he was so confused when he saw me, he didn't know what to do and I thought he was going to cry
-
I just bought a paper and a cup of tea lol
-
Wonder if he's related to the hulk ?? He's massive and your right duck, rather a friend than an enemy but then he could always be a friendly giant and its just his size that's intimidating

I believe I'm quite techno savvy and shop online fairly often but I still enjoy face to face chatting in a shop but like a lot of us, I was raised in a different generation My dad worked 6 days a week to give us the best he could as my mum wasn't around so I grew up working for what I had and appreciated every bit of it Kids these days have far more available with computers etc, we had to read books for info, they have the internet but some kids are truly spoilt little brats who get what they want without working for it, we're in a 'throw away' society still instead of 'look after it'. As kids we did recycle things but back then we didn't know what we know now That is how I'm trying to raise my 14 yr old boys, work for what you got and you'll get far more than just a reward, a sense of accomplishment, confidence etc, these are just a few of many things that SOME kids are lacking Its a whole different generation now and us old gits are the ones following kids rather than guiding & leading I believe we can't blame everything on parents or society (we had similar pressures etc when I was a kid) but there are more factors involved now we have unlimited internet access, technology & so on

I use mtp trousers with DPM smock in winter & mtp trousers with DPM ubacs in summer while wearing either DPM chest rig or olive green plate carrier depending on site & vegetation I'm playing in Dpm mainly for spring/summer & mtp for autumn/winter
-
They've got to be of some use other than for testing things & blaming things for
-
Pmsl I'm probably the bigger kid than my sons are My 3 year old daughters getting in on it now, she loves helping me with little jobs on my weapons and under extreme supervision & me holding everything, she loves pulling the trigger and make it go "bang" as she puts it
-
I clean everything after each game I attend, I discharge all my batteries and charge them the day before, empty all mags, fill gas mags to maintain the seals Clean & polish my boots, wash all my kit, get mud of my plate carrier (ingrained mud dulls everything so takes the shine of it which is what you want) Its all routine from my army cadet/army days so its all habit
-
I've got the tri shot springer for CQB but you need an arm like the hulk to cock it each time but its fun watching people duck down when they hear it cock lol
-
The thing for me is that I have 2 teenage sons who come with me but no one else in my family do it (despite inviting them along) so anything I buy goes to them aswell My youngest just had a complete plate carrier, pistol & holster for his birthday and my eldest wants the same so it gets veeeeery expensive :/ I just buy what I need/want & say its from my kids for my birthday/father's day so I can get away with it

Try black ops in cribbs and portishead for woodland and a bit of rural/urban There's the old courthouse on nelson street for Close Quarter Combat (CQC) plus Spartan airsoft in brockley coombe (near the airport) A few of us are going on the 19th to Spartan so drop me a PM for info mate if you want to join us

Where would we be without your mega waffle, brain farts and insights duck lol But I see what your saying, soon as you use/replace something, it depreciates I built a push bike that cost a grand to import and build, after much use I wanted £500 for it then the bloody thing broke the day someone was coming to look at it but still made £200 on all the parts which was better than throwing it all away Rc boats/cars I make usually sell for about 3/4 the price of what I spend out
