    One of the best miniseries I've ever watched.Found out yesterday Rudy Reyes played himself as they couldn't find anyone badass enough for him. I watched an interview where the real guys were talking about it. Pretty interesting.

      any compressed file use winrar

      if a file is corrupt there is little you can do about it except download again or from another source. Unless you are extremely lucky and winrar has a repair archive in it - very old/rare now, or if using newsgroups par or parity files to repair

      to see if file is complete and intact you can run a checksum - md5 checksum or others and compare the result with a complete checksum value

    At Bristol airsoft is there a chance a Marshall can be a playing adult?

      If you mean will a Marshall act as the adult so that you can play then I very much doubt it...

      If you meant something else then Marshalls are often drawn from players in exchange for free games when there not marshalling.

      I play at the courthouse in Bristol (if that's what you are talking about). The marshals usually play on either team with one or two just wondering around between teams. Unless you meant something else?

    What FPS games (reasonably modern such as MOH 2010) had a really good single player? As in you wanted to play it more, you got attached to the characters (in a video game way)

    After a bit more checking me and my friends have realised that Spartan aren't holding a game this coming sunday (PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong) so for the last 30 mins I've been trailing through Black ops cribbs website however, I am pretty confused and the contact form wont submit. Does anyone know how long the rental game days are (Saturday/sunday) because it looks like they are 2 hours from what I've seen and we were hoping to find an all day site o_0

    When I turn my laptop on I have to give the fan a little kick start with a pin or something but today I used a staple.....and I dropped it in there. Should I go ahead and kick start the fan with something longer or what? I've posted a few questions on forums but no one seems to know...

      Once you've extracted the staple you need to get an air duster in there and try cleaning the fan out. You shouldn't be poking stuff in to "kick start" your cooling.

      Yeah defo don’t be pushing stuff inside to kick start and defo don’t start it while you’ve got a staple stuck in there. The fan could start and fling it into something else causing damage etc.

      Get a tin of compressed air and give it blast like Lozart suggested.

      Most laptops will have a youtube guide to clean out the fans, have a look and see what you can find.

    While I'm waiting to get squad im thinking of checking project reality standalone out, is it worth it? ( I mean do people play it still on vast numbers etc)

      I already have Arma 2 and 3 I was looking for something different while waiting for Squad. PR 1.3 is a free Standalone that doesn't require bf2.

      PR is pretty great. Squad looks like it'll be pretty much the same, but it's not at the same level feature wise yet.

       

      Arma 3 is up there, too, I'd recommend trying out something like TacBF, which offers a very similar gamestyle to PR, but on Arma 3 instead

      Still have the white CM on the side but hey ho it is a good safe gun - besides, gain experience & upgrade as you yourself improves. Me I still suck so happy to stay on the starter guns for now/ever

    I though snus looked like removable braces instead of mud. Anyway I think if its bad (as in mouth cancer bad in this case) dont take it.

    I think I may have just brokenm my computer headphone hole/slot thing. I was getting up when my foot caught on the headphones and i heard a craking sound. The headphones still work but the bit where you plug them into seems really messed up. I've tried googleing but all I get is godlegoop. Any ideas?

      I guess I was hoping it would be just a give it a kick job so my parents would be non the wiser. I' thinking of contacting the seller,(Freshtec solutions) and checking about giving it to them to repair. I already emailed them directly through their site and they said they would but because I bought it through Amazon.co.uk I have to go through them. Not looking forward to breaking the news....

    So, I saw this on Steam today (on Steam pay and charts it seems to be doing amazing) for £29.99. I personally really like it and will be getting it at some point. However, I am worries about it dying or the devs running with my money... However, some of the devs helped to make the Project Reality mod which (I have never played) looked really good. I was going to get Six Seige instead but at £49.99.... No. Has anyone got the game? How hard is it to find lobbies with good numbers? Can you jump in and play with a good, communicating team? Is it a better Arma? Just a few questions haha. Anyway, I thought it deserved a thread

    Keep trying on your parents. After a year and a half my mum is almost ready to speak about airsoft! Personally, I'd go down the brother route then probably feel guilty about lying hugely to parents etc and bury it XD.

    Completed the airfix dogfight doubles Spitfire yesterday, very pleased. First aircraft model that didn't end up a failure after painting! Anyway, I just found the airfix MGB Roadster in my brothers wardrobe and my mum would like me to make it for dad for christmas (when he was younger he had one as a project). However, some of the parts are off the sprues and there are no instructions. Can anyone help with finding out what the instructions are/have you built it etc? Thanks all, James. Edit My friends are also getting into warhammer so I may be buying 3 space marines and having a go with blood angels. No one wants to do bolt action

    Bloody avast. So, I feel my laptop is running unusually slow these days so I pop onto Avast. It says 'Detected 39 useless programs' etc so (all excited) I click on the bit I need to annnddd after waiting for it to 'analyse' it turns out you have to pay to get theme removed. Great. So I'm just doing a full system scan instead.

      PC's really only f*ck up when they go online. Years ago when us old farts where using ye ol' dial-up when we really really had to PC's hardly ever went tits up and needed only like 32mb ram to run...

      Cthulhu Saves The World is a really, really fun little game. It's going for 33p at the moment. VVVVVV is also a lot of fun- 99p. You can play the demo on Newgrounds at the moment.

      With regards to GTA V, it will be taken down to about £25, as this is the usual sale price this year- especially as it's under a year old. It's currently sat at £24 during this sale, but you can get it for £21 on G2A.
