Success! My new keys came today and took the screws out perfectly. Now to figure out how to remove the rest of it!

Remove the rear sights then that whole unit should come out. It will be quite hard to remove, but don't put stress on the plastic nozzle or you'll run the risk of snapping it. Takes a lot of patience the first time.

Hi! Thanks for the well wishes guys My body aches like never before! I have "more or less passed" I'm on medical deferral until I get some glasses as my vision is not good enough for the Army Air Corps. Was a great experience! Only thing I hated was that I was sleeping in a room with 25 other guys (most were 25 + going for reserves) snoring and farting like I've never experienced before Lots of good banter though and the staff there were pretty cool, gotta ge...

Should of explained it a bit better haha. The hammer doesn't lock back with the trigger pull just no response when its normal way up. When its upside down the hammer moves as normal.

Its the "s-42/43" parts where there is a issue. The S43 part isn't in the right position should be pulled up a bit more.

Yeh, there's a spring that pushes the trigger bar up and sits inside a small groove.

I emailed them at 1PM yesterday, still no response. Will have to give them a ring I think. Not that worried anyway I'm sure this will all get sorted out.

Do not use an 11.1! Your gearbox will last about 10 minutes, they don't recommend certain batteries because they feel like it

In all honesty the only reason I got the 11.1 was because I plan to hook it up with a HPA system. So I didn't really care to much if it broke. Thanks for the help anyways

If the catch has popped out, you're missing the roll pin. You need to line up the catch with the hole in the handle and bash the pin back in!

Bucking won't affect it, there's a problem with either the magazines or the trigger mech. Have you cleaned them both recently?

Did you specifically buy the milspec nut? Otherwise unless specified you'd of got an AEG spec which doesn't fit on the Tippman

You either need a Tap (inside threads) OR a Die (outside threads). Unless you're planning on drilling it out fitting a thread repair kit then you need it the same size as it's supposed to be. If it's a blind thread (not all the way through) you'll need a plug tap.
