I'm currently using Kryptek Typhon (copy) trousers with either black or grey shirts and a black and grey fleece. Works pretty well for me.

ATACS LE isn't intended for concealment though. As with black it's supposed to be imposing and make a show of force. If it's dark then any colour other than day-glo will work. If your CQB is a built up area then I'd go for the more neutral colours like grey or RG. If "CQB" means some buildings on a farm then something with a bit more green in to blend in with the plant life (flowers and shit, not the rental players).

Or you could get a QD one that goes over the existing flash hider.

No idea, never tried it. The SCAR nozzle is longer if I remember correctly.

The G&G SCAR gearbox isn't a totally standard V2 box. The ambidextrous fire selector is driven by gears mounted on the outside and the nozzle is an odd length too. The hop unit is proprietary and is screwed in place. I recently fitted a BTC Spectre to mine and while it is broadly the same there are some ...special... tweaks as I say.

Just be careful to wipe off the excess epoxy before it sets though, too much and the handle won't slide properly.

Upgrade them when and if you have to. No point ripping out perfectly good parts from a working gun.

I seem to remember that the airsoft part wasn't as large as expected and about 3 people and a dog showed up. Hence the lack of a recurring event this year.

You could probably use a 416 or even M4 charging handle at a pinch. Make sure you get the same manufacturer though (VFC) as the profile of the little plastic bit on the end is subtly different from place to place (voice of experience).

I have the cyma mk14 ebr and it's not too long for cqb. It IS damned heavy though.

I was really looking forward to this game. Until they cancelled the campaign. For me R6 will always be about the planning and execution of sieges and raids and to my mind the best one is still Raven Shield. Vegas and Vegas2 were...OK but no campaign at all? No thanks. Cancelled my preorder and everything.

Thanks for the offer! Probably going to get a TBB the right length when I can afford it/be bothered to take it apart. Contrary to popular belief it's made f*ck all difference to the accuracy, mostly because the barrel is so short it struggled to hit the side of a barn at 10 paces anyway (so the perfect gun for a wannabe stormtrooper like me )

When I used mine with my AKs74u with the flash hider off, the barrel obscured the sensor. But then it did stick out nearer to an inch. So I cut the end of the barrel (cue posts banging on about crowning and needing a lathe), works fine now.

Absolutely - there is no apparent evidence that being hit in the breast causes cancer. It's still not a great idea if it's happening regularly enough and with sufficient force to cause scar tissue though. I'm sure we all know someone that's at risk, has beaten cancer or indeed lost someone to this horrible disease. Disinformation is bad but so is wilful ignorance.
