  1. Welcome to airsoft. Say goodbye to your fingertips.
  2. Maybe you should read the article and understand what your condemning peoples reactions to then. As for picking out the word "little" - I picked out the entire phrase that you used which to me at least implied that you thought the matter to be insignificant. And there we have the answer to your other thread...
  3. “He who is cruel to animals becomes hard also in his dealings with men. We can judge the heart of a man by his treatment of animals.” - Immanuel Kant Now, I realise it's very easy to grab a glib quote from the internet but this one is all too true. While you (possibly) rightly say that there is worse going on in the world we should not stand by and allow people like the perpetrators of this particularly vile and unspeakable act to get away with what they've done. The sentences handed to them are laughably lenient considering what they did and the manner in which they behaved while they did it. Granted it would be a better response to sign the change.org petition for harsher sentences for animal abusers but to dismiss it as "a little violent animal cruelty" gives us as much of an insight into your thinking as you say a violent response gives you into others. It IS very true that many people (myself included at times) are wont to respond in an overtly violent manner while protected by the anonymity provided by the internet, but I honestly and truly hope that someone in whatever prison these pondscum end up in is a dog lover and beats the living shit out of them. This world has no more need of them than tits on a boar.
  4. I'm assuming that you think that violent repercussions wrought upon these people would make "us" no better than "them". While in principle I agree, there would be a long way to go before any person that has an understandable desire to beat the living shit out of oxygen thieves like this would drop so far down the social ladder as to be considered "worse" or at least "as bad as" someone that would carry out wanton acts of abuse on an innocent animal.
  5. Can't remember now, google "3 point sling instructions" and you'll be set. Tacsling have some great videos on their site too.
  6. Looks like a pretty standard 3 point sling to me. Just with "quick release" hooks. The cruciform bit is to wrap around a fixed stock.
  7. A has etched markings, B has white markings. Take your pick.
  8. As long as you get the right buffer tube then there's no reason why not. That needs a screw in one with a lock nut, the CM16 has the more usual type that is part of the upper receiver.
  9. Oh FFS. Look at the listing of the entire receiver kit from the Aegcartasia website: http://aegcartasia.com/accessoires/receiver-body/for-aeg/mbaf37.html The one on amazon has clearly been 'shopped badly. That there? That took about 10 seconds to google.
  10. Mine are the ESS Profile Turbofan goggles so no, they don't really fog anyway.
  11. Which Bolle goggles (they do loads)? I have ESS Profile goggles which work well with my helmet, most do to be fair. One thing to bear in mind is that wearing a helmet can restrict the airflow through the upper vents of the goggles if it sits really close. As for masks, any half decent mesh mash should be fine but be prepared to trim the nose area a bit if you want them to play nice with your goggles. They very rarely fit the bridge cutout.
  12. The AKS74U (which was the only one not on offer as I said).
  13. Still a good £50 more than I paid for my CYMA, but as I say - it depends on YOUR budget. If that's what you want then go for it. Sod's Law dictates that the only one I'd want is the only one NOT on offer of course!
  14. Personally I bought a CYMA and lightly upgraded it (Angle of Engagement correction with sorbothane pad, SHS piston head/cylinder head, Gate PICO AAB mosfet). Depends on your budget really. A whole E&L will most likely cost more and not be that much better than the higher end CYMAs (mine is the CM045, built like a tank, is nice). Unless you've been offered an E&L body cheap then a CYMA box won't really be much of an upgrade in itself, don't forget that you'll also have to budget for hop unit, barrel etc...
  15. I know what you mean. Not as bad as the electric winder on my M249 mag - whiiiiiirrrrrrrrrr, click, click, click! Flash mags don't need as much winding though which is nice. Mine will do most of the mag on a single wind up.
  16. They are, and it doesn't. Not really. They still rattle.
  17. It won't rattle if you leave it in the safe zone....
  18. No, the hi cap has a little flap on the top, you open that and just pour the BBs in.
  19. If you're going down the "build it yourself" route then most people would take the opportunity to fit higher spec parts than a bog standard CYMA box and motor. If you're just going to get a CYMA one from Amazon and chuck it in then you may as well save yourself the hassle and buy a new CYMA.
  20. Does she know what she's let herself in for? Don't forget you'll need a decent speedloader for the midcaps (get the Tokyo Marui M4 mag shaped one, all the others I've ever had have been shite).
  21. Personally I'd say it depends on your play style. Unless you're going to seriously spray and pray then I'd say get a few mids and keep the hicap as a backup. Welcome back by the way
  22. No. It's a transitional pattern https://www.nightgear.co.uk/en-UK/blog/stay-concealed-with-the-new-a-tacs-ix-camo-pattern/
  23. Yeah, tried the dz with a buddy today. Lost all the bonus dz keys I got from pre-order.
