Silly question time! am I correct in saying that I absolutely have to remove the barrel to access the hop unit? and I need the Laylax ngrs barrel nut tool?? (To do it properly.... I am a engineer... correct tool for correct job etc)

They are pretty hot, when stock, with the high power nozzle 360’ish FPS. fyi g&g do a low power nozzle, it’s pretty expensive though if you get done for import charges etc, but it dose reduce the power nicely (FYI power down nozzles are blue) -
Learn to move without been seen or making noise keep to the shadows, stay well back at windows, don’t give your self away. If your solo or on a flank by your self, don’t over stay your welcome, or over exploit your enemy always think where wouldn’t I look for a sniper, obvious places will get you counter sniped dont be predictable avoid headshots unless it the only part of someone that’s visible, fleshy bits often work better (thighs/arms etc etc) too much cammo is worse then none at all heavier bb’s penetrate bushes better

The mk18 is on pre-order at my local shop for £495 (but with a note that this may go up etc). I am not a fan of the shorter cqbr style, I prefer the barrel to extend slightly, like the standard m4a1 mws, think g&g R8-L (I sound old and cranky now lol .... but I know what I like 😂) I just love the look of old akm’s .... and I do happen to have a RS nsp3 (soviet era night sight) iirc

Cannot believe it been almost 5 years since I started this thread 😎 been printing loads of stuff (and 650 face shields during the initial wave of covid), not much airsoft though, but I did make this over silencer mod that gave me a nice optic rail for my glock

She is abit of a gas Hogg 😂 I built her to use full auto more then semi, hence the hpa 900rd electric fed mag, and she uses a full 48ci tank per 900rds iirc (it’s been a while since I last used her so I may be wrong here)

I dunno ... as the years go by, I am less and less of a m4 fan 😞 I do kinda like the mk18 (wish it had a extended outer barrel though). My main concern is availability of M4 mags, I know my local shop had 20’ish (all they could get) coming.... but there all pre-sold now. Then again with the ak, there is probably going to be a equal demand etc edit:- I tend to keep going back to blasters bb’s

Soooo a long while (3 or 4 years ago) back I managed to get a 2nd l85 cheap.... so I did a thing 😁😁😁 (had it finished 3 years now, mixed ICS and 3d printed parts etc)

So this past month has been trash (my cat needing a £705 operation, had to sell my gsx650f motorbike) I was feeling down popped into my mates shop, was not going to buy/order anything (went in for a chat ... honest).... then this just kinda got ordered/happened/alien abduction kinda thing Oooh my god is she one heavy sexy beast
