    Sorry, but having worked for online retailers in the past, you get an understanding of what is legal and what is not within the UK. There are quite a few things on the site which need rectifying to be legal.

     

    In a visible location on the site:

     

    • You need a Physical Address listed for correspondence.
    • As products mention excluding tax prices, you must display your VAT number.

     

    Terms and Conditions:

     

    • Faulty Goods - Whilst the up to 28 days is correct, the next statement is not. Between 28 days and 6 MONTHS (not the 2 months you mention). It is also you, the retailer, that has to provide proof that the fault was not down to general wear and tear, not the consumer. The consumer still has the right at this point to a refund via refusal of goods, minus reasonable deductions for recision, and you again have to provide proof of what is defined as reasonable deductions.

    Any chance you could knock together a review in a couple of months time please? That's the one GBBR i've very nearly bought a couple of times now and there's not a huge amount of reviews about.

     

    Will do, however this parcel got sent back. Wrong gun (AK105) and it clearly got mishandled in shipping as box was caved in on arrival, to the point that the lower receiver had been warped enough to completely seize the bolt. Oh and wrong mags as well.

     

    Arrived just after 10am yesterday, fired off an email to Samoon shortly after, and courier was arranged by them, and parcel picked up at 5pm. At least they can do something right on this order. >.>

     

    Also going to be claiming my customs tax and handling fees off them, or requesting further discount, because that is frankly taking the piss to mess up an order that badly.

    Haha, well...

    Got to tier 10 a couple of times in WOT. Only got tier 3 right now in WoWs

     

    I'm on my 2nd account now just to have something to do in tanks with XP, main account has every tree with all tanks elite'd and still over a million free XP left on the account.

     

    Been waiting for warships for ages; now it's downloading :)

    I don't think that fair at all, they are very capable if you don't expect too much of them, a lot of people that bought them expected them to be like an AEG moaning about the mag cap and weigh, and complaining that you had to cock it. Mine is more accurate and has better range than my CM aeg ever did. less consistent, but no less consistent than some other gas guns.

    Its far from the best, but certainly not "absolutely terrible".

     

    Even the manufacturer thinks they are crap. Because they are crap.

    Is that 360 FPS standard across all magazines?

    There was a 1j bolt kit for these iirc, I'm on my phone but will double check later.

     

    There was one, but neither GHK nor G&G make the gearbox or spare parts for these any more and haven't done for over a year. It had to be ordered direct from Samoon, and they don't stock them any more due to them being discontinued.

    Help me with a DMR role

    It's worth checking with your local site as to what they class as a DMR, 2 of the 4 sites I play at will only accept a DMR if it is a 'real' DMR, ie M14 etc, it stops people taking a short M4/MP5 locking it to semi, hiking the fps to 425, fitting a mosfet and an 11.1 and spamming the shite out of it

     

    Wish more sites would do this - Worst i've seen is an MP5K being claimed as one. >.>
