Wish some airsoft companies would start adopting M-LOK, getting accessories is proving to be a real PITA in the UK, already bought a load from the US, but would rather avoid that.

Silencer arrived, definitely looks much better - and as a complete surprise to me, it makes it noticeably quieter.

Like the look of that. If it was mine I'd get one of the longer fluted barrels as I think that stock would look better with a longer outer barrel. Just my opinion and I'm in 2 minds to make it.
Got a over barrel silencer on the way, going to be about 24cm longer than that. The fluted barrel is RATech, and i'd rather not give any money to them if I can avoid it, as their QC is worse than WE.

I'm getting all my work done by Fire Support. There fairly knowledgeable on the guns.
Not so much. Back when I had one on a whim, sent it to them to get the LiPo mod and a (supplied) Eagle M100 installed. Came back with a standard AEG spring installed, the Eagle still sitting in the box in its packaging, stripped piston and them refusing to fix their cockup. Up until that point, i'd used the gun for 6 or 7 midcaps on a site range. Was working fine prior to being given to them.

This is a good start to my KC02 build - 10 minutes the gun to fit into a Magpul X-22 Hunter for Ruger 10/22 stock chassis. And it looks AWESOME. Not sure i'm going to bother with the GOOB silencer now.

Think nowt beats a black rubber Dildo
ORLY? How's about the giant purple dildo swords from SR

The eagle 6 spring mentioned above is just a shorter spring made for tm recoils.
They use a slightly shorter spring to the standard aeg gearbox.
Firesupport I would of thought would use a compatible spring when upgrading so wouldnt give that too much thought.
Firesupport are a very well renowned store that dont have a habit of trying to rip people off so I would just trust their judgement.
Tightbore is the only thing I wouldn't bother with it will give you a few more fps but is not so great for accuracy consistency. The TM barrels are fine and only really worth changing out for PDI or Orga.
The bit in the middle was a bit unnecessary and wont win any friends though mate. Havent seen anybody post anything negative on your thread.
Orga is a waste of time in an AEG without a bore up kit, which as far as i'm aware doesn't exist for recoils. Orga only works well with larger volumes of air than a standard piston/cylinder can provide. Added, it also brings the added bonus of a 35-45fps drop on the 6.13mm or 50-70fps drop on the 6.23 (hence the necessity for a much larger air volume potential), which would bring the OP back to square one.

Spent a few hours going through all the new G&G rental guns at my local site, and its a problem with the hop unit on all of the new design ones. Simple answer, you need to replace the hop unit completely, the unit is now made of a much softer plastic than they used to use, and the bit that engages the mag gets deformed too easily, and doesn't even engage it with some mags as its too short.
We systematically replaced all the hop units with the metal lonex one along with a lonex hop rubber and sure enough, they have had no problems with any mag type since. One thing though, if you do do this, use the stock g&g barrel clip, yet to find a gun where the lonex one will actually fit in the receiver, courtesy of the pointless reinforcing strips on the outer diameter.

FYI physics dictate with no hop applied a maximum theoretical range of 50m at 350fps taken from an average shouldered height, and that is relying on perfect world situations ie no wind, 0% humidity, low temperature, low air pressure etc.
90-100m would not be possible on a site legal gun in the UK, as you would be needing 4.5J of energy, which roughly translates to 700fps on a 0.2g bb.

What made you go for the Orgas over the RATech inner and Outer Barrel setup?
Because the only place a Ratech inner should be installed is the bin. Literally the biggest cause of jam's in "upgraded" WE GBBR's.
The Ratech carrier was only bought until the guy making the 3D printed ones gets his act together and starts letting people buy them easily >.<

HAHA typical usual Funny you always like to pick at what other people say. Rather than actually posting something helpful you just pick like it's big & clever. Thanks for the giggle.
Sorry but the only person being a douchebag here is you, as per usual. You post shit like this as if you are the oracle of all things, when you clearly have no clue what you are talking about. If you don't like being corrected when you're wrong, don't post bullshit.

I’ve just built my own. Cost me roughly £550-£600 and it’s all good stuff.
Problem with buying a pre-built “Gaming PC” is they aren’t actually gaming spec, well not the cheap ones anyway. You could get lets say a £400 gaming PC but the PSU won’t be to gaming spec, the RAM certainly won’t be to gaming spec, CPU Fan will be a standard cooler and not a proper Arctic cooler which it would need. The GPU will be just about gaming spec but nothing to rave about and the motherboards in those kind of PC’s are generally Gigabyte boards which are just shite.
Nothing is "Gaming Spec" The entire concept is just marketing BS. Gigabyte aren't shite. Most prebuilt's use foxconn OEM boards, similar to those used by Dell for their cheaper office computers.

Someone has more money than sense
I can get 60fps most of the time, but it takes an 800 quid pc and a good server in most cases
I guess it can be used quite well, depending on the quality of the "instructors" I guess, especially with a few mods
Needed the CPU and RAM for work back when I was working remote contracts, 1 titan x was won in a competition, the other bought on black friday for less than a GTX970, also the fact I'm running at 5120x2880 does start to necessitate the extra oomph
-
But it's a bitch to run well
Really? Hadn't noticed. *Has Intel Core i7 5960x, 64GB RAM, 2z GTX Titan X though, so not hugely surprising*

as above, payed for 2 boxes of the P90 mags and there hasn't been any status update for the past few days, planning to cancel if nothing happens by the end of the day.
That site doesn't keep stock, they only order in when orders are made to them. its the same with gpairsoft-uk etc etc. You could be waiting months for that to arrive.
-
They've always been hit and miss for me - 2 deliveries arrived next day, 3 took over a fortnight (i've had stuff from HK/Taiwan/Japan arrive in less than 3 days).
Unless I can't get it elsewhere or it doesn't work out cheaper to order elsewhere, even if customs charges are involved, are the only situations i'll buy from them now.
-
Bought myself a G&G Wildhog 7" - Needed a backup/Lender gun, it was cheap and reliable enough - the new mosfet + microswitch trigger is pretty damn impressive for a stock rifle.
Incidentally, was testing different high cap type mags in it, if you use Lonex flash mags you're going to need a new hop unit, won't feed at all.

What are Berget games? Where is it held? Any links?
Massive milsim's done in Sweden, I went to Final Strike in 2012 and it was truly amazing but it does require serious pre-planning and funds. It cost me nearly £600 all in.
Just be aware the FPS limits are completely different to the UK, hits REALLY hurt. Limit's using 0.2g are:
MED's :
1 metre - up to 355fps semi and full auto.
10 metres - up to 425fps semi and full auto.
15 metres - up to 460fps semi and full auto.
And some exquisitely rare Bolt Actions, with a MED of 40 metres - 690fps.
-
Is it? Don't know a lot about the higher end collector's stuff, just thought it was a ridiculous price for a broken wallhanger
The Prime Kit for that particular pistol comes to about £970 once landed in the UK.
-
Prime kit on its own is worth *twice* that.

Yeh, you'll want it professionally done and crowned as that can screw with your airflow if done wrong. I think Airlab does it if you're struggling to find somewhere, but I'm sure there are plenty of places out there. Preferably you'll just measure it right and get it right the first time
But er, stay away from those aluminium ones like Madbull and others.
Kingdom of Airsoft does an excellent job of modifying barrels FYI
What GBBR to buy ?

With it's relative age compared to the market and non-existent spares, no amount of fanboy-ism is going to make it last very long, it is by far the worst GBBR for mag gas efficiency as well.
