    Yeh, you'll want it professionally done and crowned as that can screw with your airflow if done wrong. I think Airlab does it if you're struggling to find somewhere, but I'm sure there are plenty of places out there. Preferably you'll just measure it right and get it right the first time :)

     

    But er, stay away from those aluminium ones like Madbull and others.

     

    Kingdom of Airsoft does an excellent job of modifying barrels FYI :)

    I just had a realisation. For the time that UPS took to contact me, by post and email, while waiting for a response from me and taking days actually contact me, they held my package before allowing it to pass through customs, FOR NO REASON beyond the off chance that a package from evike.com, a known airsoft retailer might contain a RIF or other 'iffy' item.

     

    That's some kind of interfering with postage. They had held my parcel entirely off their own back for their own interests without involving UK customs, just because of the source.

     

    Had they just given it to UK customs it would have gone straight through without any issue.

     

    This all before the ransoming begins.

     

    They are allowed to do this, as is every other parcel company importing from outside of the EU.

    Jedi Master - if you copy paragraphs from my blog and then paste them into Google you will see that it takes you to my Blog - meaning that the text is original.

     

     

    I work for a university, which means I have access to stupid amounts of plagiarism checkers. I just ran the your post against the article that Jedi Master posted, yours is exactly 51% plagiarism, which when yours is about that much shorter - Completely plagiarised.

    My new G&P M7A1 Type B

     

    Externally, keeping it simple, swapped the standard rail for a Dytac Troy TRX Battlerail 7.2" and the flash hider for a SI Cookie Cutter replica, with a G&P T1. Categorically, do not like the stock. That will be changed, looking at probably an MFT BMS or similar.

     

    Internally -

    Orga Magnus HD 6.13mm 182mm

    ASCU Gen 4

    Lonex Titan A2 Motor

     

    Will see how that goes for now, I suspect as with all G&P Gearboxes i've had in the past, I'm going to need a new piston after 5-6k bb's, at which point, i'll pop a Lonex Blue one in, along with a Siegetek DSG Gearset, Sorbo, reshim, radius the GB shell etc etc.

    I only play at two sites currently. One is woodland so the TRMR isn’t any good anyway and the other is SWAT Fortress who don’t allow anyone to use 12G as it’s very close quarters plus it’s a former tobacco factory.

     

    12G is pure evil anyway, and only used on teflon players with a marshall overseeing, more used to prove a point than anything else.

    Also TRMR's are a lot faster to re-arm as well. with an X4 base you have a good choice.

    in truth though you can only use the .209 & 9mm as pretty much no where allows shotgun and defo no where allows Mag-Flash those things are mental. Here's a little video i did just to show the difference in a .209 / 9mm / Mag-Flash.

    My local allows use of 12G by responsible and vetted persons :P Mag-Flash is no more insane than the 3 stage TLSFX flash bangs, and certainly no louder.

     

    OP, TRMR is potentially better as there is no pin to lose, and so much easier to reset (Oshi needs you to carry a 2 pence coin round to hold the firing pin place whilst you insert the safety pin >.< )
