If you really want to start using your SR-25 to it's full potential, open it's gearbox up/pay a tech to and start getting upgrade parts for it. An M120/M130 would be a good start, and you'll see immediate range benefits by using heavier BBs such as 0.30s, as they retain more kinetic energy through their flight than a 0.25g does.

Have a look at upgrade guides or ask around if you want to know how to get the best out of your SR-25, as without upgrades it's basically an inconveniently large assault rifle locked to semi

Just managed to acquire a pair of G5 mags for £40 inc p&p, thats a rough saving of ~£70..Win.

Sorry mate but I'm not on about a charger, I use 2x iMax B6 chargers for all my battery's

 

A lipo alarm plugs into the white balance plug, when the battery's in use, it monitors each cell and can be set so that if 1 cell hits 3.3v then the audible alarm sounds

 

On the rare occurance that I'll field an AEG, I used to use them, but they have a tendency to constantly beep when you fire in small auto bursts. Now I just listen for the sound of the motor to change dramatically.

That's not standardised, my local site operators run a woodland site and a CQB site with the same fps limits; 368fps for full auto and sidearms

Ha well mags arnt a problem as I pay £30 plus for 1 mid cap for the 417 as it is, so I don't mind.

 

I'm kinda swaying towards the 416c or the mp7.

Both allow me to use in cqb and woodland environments, whilst also giving me the kick and boost in realism ??

I'd say go for the MP7 - the 416c in both manufacturers uses a short stroked bolt, which WE have never done before successfully (and definitely haven't this time - Nugentgl on youtube has a list of faults for it a mile long - its been out 2 months...), and the other, the VFC, self implodes in about 1000rds.

For the love of god, Do NOT buy anything VFC if you are a new GBBR user, you will regret it.

The aftermarket kits are by no means drop in on the WE's, but with some it is possible (Airsoft Surgeon kit is a definite yes with modification), The Ace 1 Arms, I highly doubt it, as it was a bit of a bugger to install on a TM, which it was made for.

It's not a real one, just a really high quality replica. Functions nearly the same as a real one (slightly lower power lasers), IR/Visible Lasers and a Laser powered focusable IR illuminator.

 

I'd love a real one, but the cheapest I've ever seen one is $1400, which is a little excessive

G&P WOC with G&P Silver Steel Bolt, Steel TCG inc uprated 150% springs, well under the budget. Could throw in a few Prowin V2's to make it that little bit sweeter.

Though I love shooting them, the mag prices of GBBRs puts me off. £40 for a 30-40 round mag could pay for a number of AEG mags.

 

That said I probably will end up buying a GBBR at some point.

Gas - Run all year round, just have to select the correct lube and gas for the conditions, easier to maintain, more reliable, more fun to use, and more satisfying than spray and praying with aeg's.

Sucks to be you then, as our faulty return rate for PS4 consoles is about 6% (Usually the rubber coming off the joysticks), compared to nearly 40% on Xbox Ones (The slightly more serious disc drive or severe overheating failures) - The Xbox's are just badly manufactured.
