  1. Masada crapped it's gearbox (sector gear and piston munched themselves) so, in light of that, the only thing remaining stock will be the shell, and only until the T.L. Shell is available again.

    SHS 13.1 Gearset

    Lonex Red Piston

    Lonex POM Piston Head

Lonex AUG Cylinder Head (it works better as a replacement than an AK one o0 )

    Prometheus Stainless Cylinder for 301-400mm

Prometheus EG 318mm 6.03mm Inner Barrel for PTS Masada 11.5"

    AirsoftPro PTS Masada aluminium nozzle

SHS CNC Hop Chamber for PTS Masada

    WiiTech Bearing Spring Guide

    70D Sorbo Pad

Is there any benefit of the chimera over the Spectre. Further more the BTC parts over the Gate Titan. Interested to know

That gun case is actually supposed to be fairly decent even if it is made by a fairly crappish company so you got a good find there

Masada uses a proprietary trigger mech which means my only OOTB (ie no modification required) option is the Chimera at the moment. Having used the Gate in another gun, it's got too much going on to be reliable, the first one I used failed after a single day of use.

As for the case, i normally use Peli cases, but with my new car, they aren't practical as the boot is rather small, and my last softbag was a £10 one from Taiwangun, so i was more amazed it lasted as long as it did.

  3.

Have also just orderd myself one of these but in black!

Looks like they run a SP90 spring as standard but awaiting confirmation, Will hopefully receive mine on Monday/Tuesday.

Will Look to see how tough the internals look before just chucking a spring inside it and keep you all posted.

Depends who you order it from on the spring, i've been told mine will be coming with an M130 giving approximately 430fps. The ones for the US market are coming with m150 springs as standard.

  4. Be interested to see how this performs and what the upgrade path is like

From what I gather, the only things that can be upgraded per se, is the spring (AEG), the hop up bucking (VSR) and the inner barrel (VSR). But the bits that interested me the most was the built in trigger adjustment and the direct feed mags.

Will have to wait and see though, as I won't be picking it up until the 16th.

Small adjustment, by way of AFG (and back to typically crap photos, because of crap lighting) - Now installed a jefftron V2 unit, and thoroughly impressed with it, to the point i'm replacing the stock G&G fet with one in another gun. Only thing left is to wait for the PTS Enhanced Polymer Stock's to arrive in the UK, as the CTR is a PITA to take off to put the battery in.

  6. HMRC finally coughed up for my (hefty) tax rebate, so i've updated my machine a little bit, this is primarily for working, but side effect of it being slightly insane in games - hopefully excluding the GPU's this will keep me going for at least 5 if not more years.

OS: Windows 8.1 (because certain components are still reported as unstable on 10, a year after release, stability is king.)

    Coolers: 2x NZXT Kraken X61*

Motherboard: Asus Z10PE-D16* (bios flashed for Broadwell-E)

RAM: 128GB Samsung DDR4-2133MHz ECC/REG CL15* (8x16GB, still got 8 slots free for further upgrade potential)

GPU: 2x EVGA GTX Titan X (Maxwell)* (as soon as available, will be getting Pascal Titan X's)
