Before that it's just generally anxious.

Back at Zed again last night. Lots of fun as always and new game formats which keeps things fresh. Yeah our team wasn't the winning one but I don't think anyone really cared, we all had fun shooting people in the dark and that's all that matters.
Took a doozie of a hit to the forehead, other guy was coming up the escalator so his position meant my cap caught the BB and directed it to just above my eyebrow. Only noticed I was leaking when I got back to the safe zone and got that 'ooh that looks hurty' look from the other players and then a marshal appeared with a first aid kit 😂 Bit of a wipe and with the application of the worlds smallest plaster I was ready to go again. I look like I've popped a massive zit today though.
Worth noting that hit taking was on point all night, didn't hear a single grumble from anyone.
 
Also my rental battery went flat and while it was being changed a guy on our team handed my his MP7 and said 'fill yer boots' (or words to that effect) and I have to say that I could certainly be tempted!! Although I'd need a ton of mags 😁
 
Oh and one more thing ... I finally got my UKARA sorted!!!! There'll be a couple of deliveries next week ☺️

Went to my local District 23 last night and as I pulled up the first thing I saw through the shop door was this CZ shadow 2.
 

 
Been eying one up for ages, and it was the only one they had and in the colour i wanted so... I think it was inevitable that it was coming home with me. Never got chance to use it last night though as they had no Co2 left. But hey ho. Still mega happy.

Don't be unkind.  He's coloured that in quite well and avoided going to too close to the edges.  Felt tips are not easy things to use.

@Shamal I had seen that one and very nearly got it but hesitated then when I had that one in my hands in the shop I just gave in 😂
 
I'm surprised it's still for sale. Though realistically I would only pay up to 110 for a used one no matter its apparent history. As tackle said... no warranty.

So, as can be seen in THIS POST, I bought a crappy cheap mandible for my helmet.
It did not go well.
However, I was able to salvage the arms that attached the mandible to the helmet rail, and I had an old mask that I've never used knocking around.
Some measuring, fiberglass paste, sanding, more measuring, drilling and finally painting.....
 

This is normal. Every MWS does this. You can shave it down and smooth it off, but it will return. Its where the bolt hits the buffer stop

Went down to Z-Mart again last night, lots of fun as usual and they've definitely changed some walls about which helps keep things fresh. Chatted about kit with some of the guys and got lots of good tips which will come in handy when I'm buying more stuff (inevitable!).
Games were good fun, ran out of BBs on one of them which was a first for me but at least it's giving me a good idea as to how many mags I'll need. Even decided to leave my torch illuminating a particularly dark section the other team were pushing through which gave our team better sight and also drew fire away as they'd have thought there was a player holding it.
There were a few people talking about others not taking their hits which I think was fairly justified as a couple of times there must've been 5 or 6 of us shooting a guy and there's no way none of those landed. Marshalls were good and had words where necessary and tracked problem players to improve their hit taking - even shot a few to check. As I'm using a rental and thus no tracer I'm very much reliant on hit calling as I've no idea if my shots are landing as it's dark, me, I always err on the side of caution and there was a couple of times where I wasn't sure if I was hit or not so I just called it anyway and respawned.
 
All in all another good night running around a disused Debenhams. One more game and I'll be getting UKARA sorted!

RA tech NPAS has served me well. Had to import from emperion though as there wasn't any UK stock. That might have changed now.

@Madhouse sounds like a great session. Also seems your doing it right getting eyepro etc first before your UKARA and not getting a 2 tone. I too bought many accessories and sights etc ready to go on my rifle for when I got it.

Took my mws out for the 3rd time yesterday.....I'm in love. 
 
I can see why people don't want to use aegs ever. 
 
Internally mines completely stock, outrageously effective and good fun. A whole new way of playing Airsoft.
