An Airsoft wiki was started a couple of years ago, no one used it and it was a waste of time. It doesn't provide anything very useful. The specs of guns are almost always on sites you buy them from so there's not much more to gain from a wiki imo

Or maybe, just maybe, the English voted as they normally do for the usual parties for the most part. Evidently a lot of the Sottish population prefer an English government going off that logic, given you know, you just had a referendum and decided to stay

They run mainly off facebook, when Sam_G was head marshal there the website was updated regularly but looks like they have somewhat forgotten about it now lol

I'd imagine the majority of the money raised goes back into supporting the forum. As far as I know it's not cheap to run for a long time and the patches were bought in bulk as a small business to help fund the continuation of the forum, I doubt there's much more than that in it to be honest.

WE ones won't fit, I believe WA type mags will (so GHK, Pro-win etc) but require some modification.

To be honest, I'd have no problem trying max my gun's potential to what the rules allow. If they insist on chronoing with .2s then go with it. Hit 495 on that (a little leeway to be safe) and then swap to .43s. You won't have done anything wrong by their rules and you'll benefit from it, strictly speaking it may not be in the 'spirit of the rules' but then if they ignore joule creep then that's up to them. I'd just go for it, especially if you're doing a sniper rifle build.

Oh I couldn't say for sure, I told them I was using .28s and they carried on as normal. Was a while a go though so they might've changed. So many places don't acknowledge/believe joule creep though so it's tough situation.

Only combat south let me use the weight I was using in the guns (and rightly so, especially in gas guns). Every other site including my main one insists on .2s which is pretty stupid imo, I turn my guns down sufficiently to make sure regardless but it doesn't take much to print out and laminate a conversion chart.

Yeah it pisses me off too, can't think of any particularly memorable occasions but it's a general annoyance. How hard is it to wait till you respawn after a few seconds. Sometimes people forget and it slips out which I don't mind but when it's blatant and there's effort going in to discussing it, that's when it bothers me. If you're reading this and you talk when dead, you're a knob.

Anyone else see the irony in this?
