  1. I've ran my m&p on nothing but green for a few thousand rounds and it's had no problems so I don't think I'd worry too much about that to be honest.
  2. You don't need to switch out anything, least of all the slide.
  3. You don't need any upgrades on a tm pistol. It'll out shoot a decent number of rifles out of the box
  4. Buy one, if you don't like it then sell it.
  5. I'd go M&P (I did infact ). Runs very smooth and reliably and shoots great. It might be possible to swap the mag release to the other side too- the mags have indents to suggest you can like the real one. Slide release and safety are both ambi-friendly so good all round really.
  6. It's a spring pistol. Just Google search the model number as 14096
  7. Personally if you're after one I'd wait for the alpha-tec one to come out, it can't be too long now.
  8. You've left some rail space, you could fit another sight on there. Wasteful
  9. I'd just use halfords camo range of spray paint, saves paying postage for krylon or any other not commonly found brand that do the exact same thing.
  10. I don't think the base rig won't be cheaper than the DCS, they know people will buy it even if it's at the same price and probably even if it costs a bit more. The design is also more complex so even though you lose a bit of pals on the front the cummerbund and other bits will take up that loss and probably more. It's made of 500d rather than 1000 too so depending on fabric costs that is another potential increase in price. I think it'll fall in line with the RICAS or possibly the raptor in terms of price, at least when it's first launched. Sales may reduce the price further down the line but the production costs is very much likely to be higher on this than the DCS which is much simpler.
  11. I would, hicapa parts are cheap and easy to find should anything break. Hicapas tend to be fine on green anyway, it's only the newer tm stuff that tends to break on green (although the m&p has lasted very well). I'd use propane over nuprol though that's for sure
  12. WE due to the mag size is my vote too. The MEU is decent but the small mag gas capacity let's it down somewhat
  13. They're expected to be out in the summer this year, they said on Facebook. As for pricing, I'd imagine 150ish depending on which setup you buy. That's only speculation thiugh, they having said anything about pricing yet
  14. I've had 3 each bought at least a year apart so can't have been from the same batch and all have been beyond temperamental. Of all the optics I've owned, which is a fair few now, they're by far the worst- the other G&p stuff is alright but they're all basically rebranded China clones anwayI know Sam_G had one that was fairly terrible as well as a few other friends and players. As I say, I've seen a few good but they're outnumbered greatly by the bad, but then you get what you pay for, even more so with these kind of things so cheap optics are always going to be 50/50 or worse anyway. In my opinion and experience my original comment is justified.
  15. Pretty much anything for that money will be a chinese clone so just a case of getting one you like the look of and hoping it won't be a lemon really. Avoid G&P aimpoints though, they're a joke.
  16. You need mags, you don't need a plate carrier. Compromise and get fewer mags a cheap second hand pouches to attach to a belt, then you have the best of both.
  17. They're all tits, it's a case of picking the best of a bad bunch. Not a huge fan of any of them, don't even like listening to them for the most part although I can listen to Farage even though I think the majority of the stuff that comes out his mouth is bollocks. My take on it is that those who don't have a problem with things now will vote Conservative, those who don't like it will vote labour and the fruitcakes/loonies will vote UKIP.
  18. It's on a real gun so I don't think it's a WE China clone
  19. I think I'd want to be on your team.
  20. Just so you're aware, I'd highly recommend picking up a couple of spare plastic loading nozzles, the WE ones can range from lasting a few hundred rounds up to a several thousand depending on how lucky you are. Worth having at least on spare just in case.
  21. Get it from milspec solutions and it will come with a free npas already installed, then you'll be set for playing straight awar
  22. I can one up that, I was once asked if my Ar15 was, I shit you not, an L85.
  23. That's what you call a screen shot
  24. Well I stood up in front of you while you were shooting a few years ago, that was pretty stupid lol
