  1. Very bottom of the page, on both browser and mobile
  2. Literally the telegram groups I'm in. When I sold the striker it took 5 days to get a "yes I confirm the purchase, here's the money" 😕 as the guy would send ONE message a day. now it's the same shit all over again for the mp5. I have like 7 messages asking "is it available?" To which I replied "yes, available", then fuck all for at least 4/5 days -.-
  3. Two, one ME sport, one ME pro I would say three, because I believe the knockoff is actually a Maxx "surplus" of old TE chambers, but let's assume it's a clone. i have also worked on a couple of teammates chambers to fix minor (user) assembly errors, like you know, buying a MI instead of a ME to use in a G&G raider
  4. I recommend going back to read my post very carefully, especially the last three lines. I find it rather fun that most "slagging" comments come from people who most likely have never even been in the same postcode as the item they're shitting on, which is most likely your case since all you came up with was "hehe me clever, me post negative airsoft, me win" without giving any actual information or feedback on your experience with the actual hop chamber. I'll say it once again. If you favour performance over anything else, then Maxx is the way to go. If you are happy with the infamous "just as good", then get a ZCI. I had ZCI units in my M4s, then one day I bought a Maxx to try out, the difference is night and day, literally. I had to overhop to reach 60 metres with the ZCI, whereas with the Maxx I hit 70 metres (both measures taken with this so I think they're pretty accurate), same gun, same spring, same nozzle, same barrel and hop rubber. Was it worth? To me, absolutely, all I cared about was raw performance and I didn't mind filing down the feed tube (which, btw, wasn't an issue with other magazines I tried, but mine are the ones that give me the best performance in terms of feeding so the choice was obvious). Fuck me I even had less power loss with hop applied. Also ain't it funny when Luke slags on internal mosfets but then ends up praising Perun internal mosfets? Or starts fitting a crapton of Asters? Just let that sink in for a minute Oh, almost forgot, I did actually comment on Luke's facebook post about Maxx units. Go find it
  5. Hold up. The MAXX unit is better than the ZCI, you can't deny that. The main thing is the rigidity of the arm/tensioner system, being made of aluminium they are infintely stiffer than the ZCI's plastic combo, which vastly affects performance as the pressure applied to the bb is much more consistent. Now, on its own a hop chamber is useless, so you need a gun to slap that bitch in. This is why most people hate Maxx units, they can be an absolute cunt to fit. I had to do minor tweaks to fit my three chambers, most of the work though was done to the feed tubes, since they were a little bit too chubby for my magazines. The older TE model required a bit of a love tap with a drill because the tolerances were actually too tight inside the chamber, where the rubber would sit, which caused feeding issues. The ME models, though, were bang on in that regard. I'll always say it: if you are looking at raw performance, you can't beat a Maxx hop unit, at that point you accept that you may have to replace the nozzle to match the chamber. If you are trying to find a compromise between performance and price, then these chambers are NOT for you. It's that simple.
  6. Overtravel I guess. Not really useful on the AAP since I found the stock trigger to break just a smidge before running out of available travel. But maybe these one are thinner and allow for a bit more travel. Mind you, it'll take about 2 months for them to get here, based on my last purchase from HK (fucking airtech g&g short stroke trigger kit, took ages, had enough time to get bored of the arp and sell it -.-)
  7. Not that I care much, I can't stand italian music I haven't had any issue yet with both of my gen 1s. Mind you, I very rarely use (or carry) sidearms, most of the rounds I fire are at home, for shits and giggles. The gen 2 "improved" hammer seems to last longer than the gen 1, but will eventually shit the bed. The only solution would be to upgrade to a cow cow set asap. It also appears to be a somewhat common issue with the G18 system. On a side note, I have just ordered two TTI triggers from WGC shop.
  8. Haha, that could work! Actually, the Velcro jacket idea is something I might do in the future 😛 ended up ordering a mayflower gen 4 from the US of A, hopefully it'll be here before July 11th (have a tournament booked, short one but it'll be a good chance to test the rig). Saw a video of one guy (bb warrior something) who used mp2 inserts in a mf gen 4 rig, I remember him saying they were a hair short too. If you happen to have multiple inserts and you don't mind taking a few pictures, I'd appreciate it! On a side note, I might replace all the fucking buckles I have on my TMR and Pentagon flatpack clone with ITWs so I have a 100% compatible system where I can interchange harnesses, packs, rigs depending on my needs. Might also buy a replica of the crye airlite harness (Found one on aliexpress, I know it's not the real thing but good luck sourcing just the harness) to tinker around with.
  9. New Perun Hybrid installed.

Anti retard design: you REALLY need to be special to mess the installation, the hardest part is peeling the selector sticker off the paper.

Programming isn't super intuitive, but not a big deal, one will eventually get used to it, plus now you have a very convenient set of stickers to attach to a buffer tube/stock for a quick reminder along with the usual card.

Disabling precocking is hilarious, the gun starts to charge like a laser beam, then fires a shot to release spring tension :D

Binary trigger doesn't struggle anymore to read the trigger on a "slow" build like the optical did. If you hold the trigger it cancels the 2nd shot.

Two stage trigger is super convenient, although it doesn't work when binary trigger is on (I might leave binary off for now).

Adjustable precocking/ab/trigger sensitivity are a nice feature.

Rof reduction and dmr delay are two settings I'll never touch, but I get normal people would use them.

For the price? Gate can go fuck itself.

You want the absolute maximum freedom of tuning? Can't beat a Titan with Expert firmware, but these two are very different units for very different purposes (imo).

Overall, worth the wait for me.

      Skara

Haven't played around with it much yesterday, just a couple of shots to check everything was working and a short dive into programming to get the hang of it.

Will do some more testing tonight (remind me later :P)

that would be a negative but may be diffrent on skara's one due to mine being a pre production unit

  10. They're here! Minor disappointment in the V3 as it requires soldering out of the box, but I can totally understand why they did that (there's a million + 1 different guns with V3 boxes and having a one size fits all set of wires is impossible). V2 will be installed tonight, V3 within saturday
  11. Small update to my King Arms PDW: Maxx TE chamber installed, new handguard from AliExpress fitted. Just need the new Perun V2 Hybrid (which just arrived) to be installed, and maybe a harder hop rubber, then it's 101% done until I get bored with the stubby fixed wobbly cunt stock
  12. Yesterday was meh. Hot, humid, wasn't motivated to do anything. One of those days where you wonder if staying in bed would've been the better choice. Hopefully next weekend will be better..at the very least I'll try some new stuff out.
  13. Just placed an order for a Mayflower UW gen IV chest rig in ranger green from overseas. €190 posted, currently preparing ass for the sandpaper-wrapped buttfuck I'm gonna get by customs
  14. Shipping is fair, import fees aren't 😕 about WTF, can't find chest rigs, only accessories and modifications for existing stuff 😕 edit: nvm found the "turnkey" rigs. The smaller mp5 style one looks interesting, might have a closer look at it in the future. Good. My epm clones have those small rubbery plates, not proper ranger plates though. I was considering running some MP2 inserts, they are supposed to be compatible with MF pouches, if not, KYWIs.
  15. WHERE? Been trying to find a mamba in stock for ages -.-
  16. While I am itching to buy the mayflower gen4, I have scooped arount the internet a little bit to gather more information (on possible alternatives as well). One horror story I seem to read often is that the magazine pouches on the gen 4 are a really tight fit for anything that's not a GI (standard aluminium) mag. I don't know if I should consider this a bonus because I run metal Lonex Flash Mags for these events. I do have a set of battleaxe epm clones but it's unlikely I'm gonna use them at a tournament (unless required, but this is extremely unlikely as midcaps just are not a thing here). There are also conflicting reports of magazine retention inserts fitting, some say KYWIs don't fit, others say MP-2s fit, others say neither fit, then you have all the fanboys shitting on each other. In all this there are plenty of pictures of pmags inserted into the rig -.- Fucking internet really. Then, talking to my club president, he suggested the esstac boar he uses. the one piece rig is impossibru to find, the split front ones don't seem too bad, especially the "trimmed" version which only holds 4 mags instead of 6/8, I can swap the magazine holder things with ak if needed (also impossibru to find). Is not swift clip compatible, though, and I'm trying to stay away from MOLLE platforms because they get bulky very quickly. Overall I'm not impressed by it and it's out of stock everywhere -.- Still leaning towards the mayflower gen 4, I'm giving myself until Monday morning to decide, then I'm clicking "buy".
  17. Ultimately pick the gun you like. Both makes use fairly standard parts so any mechanical niggle can be easily sorted for not much. Do NOT watch YouTube reviews, 9 times out of 10 you're just wasting time, they tell you where the fire selector is on an M4 and don't provide any useful information.
  18. Can you hike 20 kilometres on shit terrain with that shit on without dying? kudos to you, because I can't
  19. I have considered it, two things put me off though: Double stack pouches (they flap about when half empty) and the lack of swift clips, I understand that they are not necessary but I'm not willing to mod a €440 rig (it's also out of my budget by a fair bit). Yes I do, I run a FRV belt (not always though) with just two pistol mags, one rifle mag, dump pouch and holster if I fancy a sidearm.. One thing o forgot to mention is that sidearms are typically dead weight in these events and I carry one only if requested by the organizer. As I said the only one would be the mk23 but I'll be storing it inside my backpack until I need to use it (for more than 5 seconds, that is). And no, a split front Mav is not a winner It's not compatible unless I extensively mod it (swap all the webbing and buckles from 1.5" to 1").
  20. Good question. 3/4 magazines, radio, knife (4" blade), a multi tool of some sort, gps, compass, notepad + pens/pencils, first aid stuff, small torch, snacks, gardening shears, length of cord, batteries for rifles and electronics, bbs, essentially everything one would need for a 8h+ game with no safezone nor resupply point apart from the occasional water fountain/stream, plus "mission essential items" such as optics, night vision, fake explosives, smoke grenades. I'm pretty sure I could get away with the tmr but it is not meant to carry much more than just mags, all the weight is at the front and concentrated in a relatively small area and it's noticeable (for example when I run 4 mags and a full bag of bbs or a water bottle in the dangler). I will of course have a backpack to carry water and those items which are not needed in a hurry like waterproofs or warm clothes, extra first aid gear, stuff like night vision during daytime or those mission essential items we already used or won't be needed for at least another 3/4 hours, maybe a small gas can and my mk23 (disassembled) if stealthy ninja stuff is required. The load also varies according to the field I'm gonna be playing in, the last time we played at such events it was a shitshow of steep climbs, exposed tiny trails and consistent rain for 8 hours straight, I made the mistake of loading the TMR to the max which, to be 101% honest, sucked big black cocks as it made me give up on life just past 4 hours (I still feel bad about it after two years).. EDIT: also forgot to mention that we use M4s in these events, so we can share magazines with each other.
  21. I'd like to have the real thing, to be honest.
  22. Way too big. Okay, let's remove the ak mags from the equation. M4 mags only.
