2nd part of this month's spend was delivered today.

I'm wondering if it's RIF's that cause delays, as I waited almost 2 months for it to clear Border Force.... They were inside the box and resealed it and was covered in Border Force tape. (It only took 4 days to come from Poland to the UK, then sat with UPS, then BF. Glad you got your items quick mate..

These are once again available in the UK...so been after one for ages and it's also the GEN 2 verison. (Got mine through opticswarehouse.co.uk...same with all my other Vortex optics. Gotta love zero % finance)

Yep, still messing with it and trying to find optimal settings... This weekend will be trying the full 4k but it's only 30fps on 4k...there is also 2k and 1080p with much higher refresh rates.. I'm just trying to get back into video editing..used to do a lot when I played ARMA years ago..trying to remember how to use my software..

Well most compressors that I have seen are of the "generic" Asian ones...(Some airsoft/paintball retailers or Amazon) I elected instead to get a tank and buy refills from a Dive shop and they will also test my tanks & dive tanks as well when they need doing..so supporting local business as well..granted not a lot of money were talking about here..but putting a few quid into business I guess. Oh next year..i'm going to try scuba diving as they do a real good starter package/tryout.

I was thinking of getting my own compressor, but there are so many things that could go wrong with it and where do I get it serviced? In the end I just bought a dive tank and get it filled for £5 at a dive shop when I need to top it up. Some sites will fill you tank as well for a price or even free....

Pretty Meh! day today..was good this morning and had fun using the MTW setup as DMR on 0.4's and testing out the new Scopecam 2. Switched over to the WE AK74UN for the afternoon game, but things went downhill...gamemode was attack and defend on the whole field..but was not fun fighting on a 30Degree bank and people were tired/grumpy and being twats...a lot of full auto into people going on. Decided to call it quits with about an hour to go as wasn't fun at all....Which is the first time ever that I've walked off a field. Complained to the marshals, but having only 2hrs sleep the night before, may have dampened my mood for the day...and but mid afternoon I just got fed up with the snail pace gameplay and people being twats...I think about a dozen peeps also had the same idea and quit. Oh the AK74 ran great and the Ra-Tech heavy recoil kit kicks ass...was a lot of fun playing with it before things went south on the playing field. (Having to pick your shots with only a 30rnd mag is nerve racking...buy satisfying as well)

I have a BOLT M16 and a TM NGRS M4 SOPMOD and the TM quality is better than BOLT's, but the recoil is waay better than the TM...but I would go for a TM instead, considering there isn't much in the price point. (Depending where you shop) I've never had a problem with my TM, but i've broken the BOLT once, which Negative Airsoft fixed for me..but I am starting to have further issues with the BOLT...the main one being the Stock has sheered away from the the gun and until I can figure out how to fix it, it's gaffer taped on... The recoil of this gun is just too much for it to handle I think.... I still love my BOLT, it's a lot of fun to play with...but the TM is well, just a bit better on QC and longevity.

Suppressor, Holo sight and maybe some PTS mags..and your good to go.

To answer a few questions above. ZCI Barrel and Maple leaf rubber... I don't think I gain any further range (which is quite far already) but I did notice an improvement in shot displacement at range. Running as DMR on 0.4's.... MTW was a laser the the week...taking mofo's out at long range..and them not being able to hit back at me. I run my HPA tank in a variety of setups.. Pic 1 - Single shoulder type bag, which runs diagonally across my back, allows me to carry extra stuff...I'm running chest rig with extra mag bandolier here (Running light) Pic 2 - Plate carrier, with Camelback type carrier molle onto the plate carrier..only room for the HPA bottle really. Pic 3 - Can't see it, but running just a camelback water holder, with the HPA bottle inside it...drum mag holds about 2000bb's...I use this for really light loadout!

Haha...I noticed the very same thing yesterday. Not your average run of the mill goat herding talib. Some trained dudes right there.

When I run mine @ AEG fps, I use 0.32 or 0.36. @ DMR fps I use 0.4. (Place I got a good deal on 0.4's has ran out of stock..so probably switching to 0.36 ASG Devil Blasters for DMR role) I just recently put in a ZCI barrel & Mapleleaf super macron 70 Degree..and ran as DMR the other week.. Really improved the groupings and the range was just awesome. (Pic below is when I ditch the single mags and use it at AEG fps with drum mag)

Welcome to the MTW gang!! Such an awesome rif... Used mine last week as DMR on 0.4's. Stuck in a ZCI & Maple leaf rubber and accuracy has improved even more.

After my items finally turned up from Poland (Sat for over a month with Border Farce) WE AK74 with some nice patches.... (Not sure about the Eotech on it, may run it just with iron sights) Also had the ra-tech parts sat on my desk waiting for this beasty to turn up...will run it stock to get a feel for it, then put the upgrades in.

Shoved in a ZCI barrel and Mapel Leaf 70degree bucking...and I have to say a marked improvement in range and grouping of BB's... Quiet impressed for such a cheap upgrade.

Had a great day @ ACE Airsoft, low numbers (30) but still stellar day with great plays by both teams. We kinda stomped the opposite team in the morning, so me & my team mate joined the other team and that balanced things out nicely and we even managed to win a couple of the afternoon games. Both sides played really well and hit taking was spot on. Really enjoyed it and having the field upgraded a bit for the NvS paintball side of things the previous week was a bonus having new structures laid out everywhere. Roll on next Sunday...

What site..so I know to avoid it.

I emailed Enola Gaye (Uk firm) about the lack of EG67 nades....had a email back (Which I was surprised about) saying they would be re-stocking retailers beginning of July....they were waiting on their own suppliers..(Maybe china?) I'm still waiting... I want some boom boom! I to have noticed my local(ish) retailer when going in every other month the distinct lack of bits & bobs and mags... I was speaking with a site owner the other week and he's saying prices will be going up. ASG & NUPROL have increased their prices 10%+..but it's down to the retailer to either absorb the price hike or pass it onto us.... I went and stocked up with some BB's from my new fav online BB supplier.
